It's another buger joint. Very clean, good service. Free peanuts.

Amazing smash burgers, freshly made per order. Be prepared to east messy, as they top off your bag of burgers and fries with extra scoops fries thrown on top. And you're supposed to eat the food by tearing open the bag. Burgers were fresh, 1 Patty is thin and soft bread. Fries we're crispy yet soft in the middle. The oil used has an off after taste, as if the oil was old. Make sure you add all the toppings! I added grilled onions and mushrooms, definitely added higher quality taste to this fast casual burger.

Despite the hype, these are some of the worst burgers I've ever had in my life. The brand prides on having their fries free of cholesterol by using peanut oil. While I don't know if this is factually true, the taste and texture of my fries was terrible, not to mention that my order took ages (at least 20 minutes) to be served despite being very few customers and five employees. I would never come here again.

Burger was over saturated in mayo and bun was soggy. The burger patty was small and first few bites were bread. The fries were good and fresh.. and the employees were friendly. Will never eat here again but it was worth a try for something new.

Overpriced greasy burgers with marginal service in a cramped, smoky, stinky spartan atmosphere. Completely overrated! I don't know what the appeal is for this place? Go to Red Robin next door and they'll come to your table and serve you better food for the same price.

The fries were good but the cheeseburger was Horrible! Unfortunately, I got it to go and didn't discover this until I got home. The meat just tasted bad and it was ridiculous how much mayonnaise and ketchup were in, on and around that burger! I suppose it was meant to hide the taste of bad meat. I took one bite, spit it out, threw it away. Waste of 9 bucks! Tables, chairs, and floor were also dirty. Debris everywhere. I can't believe they charge the prices they do! Soooo not worth it! Never again!!!!!!!!

Wow - $35 for hot dog and little cheeseburger - one order of fries and two small drinks. No hot dog buns at 6:45 on a Friday night - got a split Weiner in a tin to go container for 7.69! Fries were overcooked. The hamburger bun was cold and stale. Sorry 5 Guys - we will go to whataburger next time!

For $20 the food was horrible. The burger was unseasoned trash the bun was soggy. The fries were cold and under cooked. I get better at McDonald’s and for cheaper.

I placed an order through grub hub and when the order was delivered, it was missing half of the food. Bag wasn’t tampered with, so that told me FG didn’t place all of the food in the bag. I called to find out what happened and get a resolution and got told “we are really busy and short-staffed, it probably got switched with another order”. Was told to contact grub hub for a refund. No apology or attempt to make it right. So very disappointing.

I thought this place was gonna be good but I was totally wrong! The CSR was not friendly and didn’t explain the menu when we asked questions just kind if gave vague short answers. I asked for well done grilled jalapenos and got raw. The mayo was caked on to the point that it made the bread soggy. The fries were just tossed in the bag it was messy. The food was not to my liking but my husband somewhat enjoyed it.

Highway robbery on your food. I got a beef dog with ketchup and a small fries with medium coke and it was $17.00. I'll never come back.

There was nothing wrong with the building or ordering just the quality of food. This was the worst 5 guys food I've ever had. The buns were cold and the cheese was unmelted. The patty was mealy unseasoned and just fell apart. Half way through the burger just fell apart and was a mess. As expensive as 5 guys is this is unacceptable. I've always had a hard time selling people on 5 guys because of the price. Normally the quality is my argument. Not here. This is not my first visit at this location but will be my last. $61 for terrible food is not ok. The fries were ok but still, nothing was as flavorful as normal the meat patties tasted old and pre cooked.

Well, ordered a bag of large fries and small for the family, asked for them to be salted. So I get home with the food like we always do from here, we live not even 5 minutes away, and the fries were undercooked. It was like eating unsalted mash potatoes! No one liked their share, we threw them all out. Never have we had such unsavory fries from Five Guys before. We won’t be going back for a long time! My receipt that thats what we bought.

Ordered $26 worth of two burgers and fries. They shoved it all in one bag. Grease tore out the bottom of the bag. It's disappointing to pay this much to have the lack of caring just to throw it all in one bag. 😕 I am disliking this location more and more
