I gave this place and awesome review recently through their receipt. A lady knowingly gave me a cracked cup. The frape was getting all over her hand and all yet she still gave it to me. She grinned at me when I walked inside. If I ever have it was never my intentions to make her dislike me, especially over a misunderstanding on my part and I didn't even raise a big fuss over. I laugh at myself for it because all I had to do was turn my cup a little more and I'd of seen it but she took it another way I see now. I smile at her every morning I see her and laugh at myself for being like umm I ordered a medium and this is a small and she said no its not its a medium I looked confused because I saw an s on my cup. She told me what that one was for and I turned the cup a little more and it was an M. Like I said a misunderstanding on my part. I'm pregnant and this was the only place to get all of my orders right and come out fresh weather it be morning, noon, or evening. The lady at the counter replaced it. Thank you but I can't stop here if people just hold grudges or are prejudice.

This is absolutely disgusting. No way this leather patty weighed 1/4 pound. Put a small fry in a medium box but at least they’re hot. Pass this place Edit: I showed the manager and she made me a whole new meal which was perfect and even threw in an apple pie.

The two people who helped me, the one mopping the floor tonight and the girl at check out were excellent in their customer service. The food is as expected for McDonald's, very consistent. The quality of the furniture makes you wonder if you will catch something by using it. There were two nice booths being used by a sleepy employee on break and another random sitter you may have been waiting for an employee to get off. Basically the paying customers where left to the nasty, peeling, stained scary booths. It makes me how they pass inspection by their corporate office among other things. *Glares at corporate. If you come here, skip dining in and use the drive through only until the dining area gets cleaned up.

Never have I been to a McDonalds this bad. Food was overall ok they had messed up some of the sandwiches we had ordered quarter pounders and deluxe crispy. None of them were made right deluxe crispy didn’t even have lettuce. They had put pickles instead quarter pounders never had flavored onions and they’re supposed to come with it, we were also missing fries in our order and they were being rude about it. Workers and place was nasty the workers just yell at customers don’t have respect towards them. We had did a kiosk order to eat inside they don’t do table service. They don’t clean their lobby. Tables were all sticky and didn’t offer to clean them. I’ve been working for McDonald’s for the past five years already and this has been the worst I have ever been at a manager, this is unacceptable at a location.

Fast food just isn't fast anymore. The fries are always cold, the burgers look like someone punched them, and good luck on getting what you ordered. Several times I'll be missing a burger or a wrap or a large fry but I can't bring myself to turn around and get my food back that I paid for, because its not worth it. Morning shift is much better than Day/Evening shift. Buyer beware it's like playing roulette with your food if you shop here. This review is after moving here from another city in FL and I've been going to this McDonald's on and off for about 2 and 1/2 years. Good luck may the odds ever be in your favor.

First off we had to place the order on a stupid machine instead of talking to and explaining to someone what we wanted , we were given a numbered plaque to take to our table i assumed that was for the employee that was to bring the food to the right table , NOPE !! I guess not as when the food was put on the tray it was brought to the counter and we was yelled to so i could go up and get the tray and carry it back to the table , what the plaque was for who knows as i knew where i was setting Employees talking to each other at the top of their lungs , didn't make for a good atmosphere, the food was barely warm and after fries and nuggets reach that temp the flavor and texture are GONE ! So McDonald's now have their customers do half the work of what employees used to do , and I didn't even get a tip, you would think if no one had to take the orders , pour the drinks , make sure they had napkins and condiments they would at least make sure the food was hot and fresh , Yeah its just a McDonald's but I remember when they put out fresh food , had good service and was a pleasant place to get a quick meal , Keep it up McDonald's you may kill your own business eventually

I placed an online mobile order for two McCafé drinks. That was all. Seems pretty uncomplicated, right? Well apparently the machine was down. No worries, just refund my order then. Apparently, the refund process is nightmarishly complicated. Spent maybe 15 minutes waiting in the drive thru for the employees to figure out how to cancel my order. Once that was done, they instructed me that I could return tomorrow and the machine would be fixed. So, I returned the next day, same order. Same problem happened to me again. Machine was still down even after I was explicitly told it wouldn't be. I didn't even want to fight for the refund process again so I just ate the cost of those drinks. I just straight up won't be coming back anytime soon.

This McDonald's sucks. The workers are usually always rude, the drive through is almost always exceptionally slow. They always get something wrong with your order or forget to put something in your bag. There's never a "have a good day" from the person handing you your food, just an awkward stare as they wait for you to drive off (this has happened the multiple times I've been here). Usually the person accepting payment or giving my receipt has told me to have a good day. I don't get why their staff isn't trained on good customer service. I came here before and heard someone yelling about how I ordered a burger with only mayo, pickles, and cheese. He was in the back yelling "why order a burger if you don't want anything on it?!" idk bro maybe because that's my taste, or I have a particular allergy to one of the other ingredients I didn't order? You work in fast food, if you don't want to make food the way someone orders it, go work somewhere else. The Wendy's across the street has better service and much fresher food with friendlier staff. I went to this place for the last and final time just as a way to spend my points that were about to expire. As another reviewer stated, it's "like playing roulette with your food, and may the odds be ever in your favor". 0/10 place, 0/10 staff

Poor customer service. Your telling me that my order being under 30, you will not break a 100.00 when your establishment has been busy all morning. Then have a 12 year old adult come and tell me this bs. How crappy is that? You can't take someone 100.00 go to another register and break that down into 20s. That's great customer service. McDonald's go kick some rocks. Your food anit that good anyways. Didn't get no breakfast !!!

Been there 3 times, 3 times they got my order completely wrong. Waited over half an hour in the drive through each time, at slow times. Management needs to actually teach their crew their jobs. This last time I requested a refund after waiting over 30 minutes without food due to them getting it wrong. The lady tried to only refund me for the sandwich after she took the drink and sandwich back. A manager stepped in and refunded my full meal. They are nice, but the store is dirty, the crew can't seem to read the tickets in front of them, and they are ridiculously SLOW. Its called fast food for a reason. You can go down the street to the Bog Wood BBQ, pay roughly the same amount, get in and out faster, and the quantity is 10x better. I have my guilty pleasures, but this McDonald's isn't worth it. I will try again in a few months and see if they have their act together. If not, I guess they are off the list in this location.

Ordered Big Mac no bun extra sauce on App and picked it up in drive thru. Drove 3 mins down road to office to eat it and we'll it looked pretty minimal (guess it is all bun!) and was cold! Noticed that they only put one piece of cheese. Extra cost for sauce but none for saving them the bun which appears to be the bulk of the sandwich.

We should have stopped and went somewhere else when they told us they didn’t have ice, coke products, and/or ice cream products. We ordered a #3 and #4. I know how long I sat in line because cash app sends you an automatic notification when your card is charged. We waited 5 mins for old food. My chicken sandwich was inedible. I spit the first bite out because it was clear that sandwich was sitting there all day. The fries got reheated. Someone who’s worked fast food can clearly tell that’s the case or you need to change the oil. Their attitudes could use improvement as well. They don’t seem like they care for their jobs. Especially the girl working the second window handing out food. And since you guys lacked having any ice, you could at least fill the cups all the way instead of being cheap.
