Update 01-01-2025 Android app now shows drive thru option when ordering.. Impossible Whopper cans exactly as ordered - no mayo, add mustard, slight upcharge (25¢) for extra lettuce & extra tomato. Cooked while I waited, served hot. Fries much more generous this time. Gentleman at the counter who took my order was friendly, very polite, and accommodating. I'm ranking this BK 5 stars, compared to other restaurants in this same "genre" of fast food. To be fully transparent, this was not our second visit, but our 5th since I first reviewed this BK. We've come back because they are now consistently earning our business. Bathrooms & Dining Room are newish, clean, and tastefully casual. Neutral tones are easy on the eyes. Now if guests could only figure out how to divide their trash into the proper bin! Newer BK with drive thru. Burger King android app didn't show a drive thru option to pick up mobile order - just eat inside or inform employee at the counter that you've arrived, which was odd and inconvenient. BK Impossible whopper was ok - I would've rated as good, but preferred without mayo and it came with mayo, so threw away half of the bun with lettuce, not leaving much to eat. Fries were not generously sized and slightly undercooked. Bathroom was clean and well-stocked. Counter employee greeted me, had food ready to go. I'll give them another chance on the food sometime. Wasn't busy on a Wednesday just after dinner time.
Great BK location if you are going with drive thru or pick up. Place is quite small but fresh though. Service is also great.
Got to the door at 8:30am, to find out locked even though The sign said 8:00 a.m. open and the other sign on the other door said 7:00 a.m. open called in and the employee unlocked the door and was very nice about it Even though she said they actually open the lobby at 9am. Might want to fix the confusion about that.

This location is one of the new style places that favor drive thru and kitchen space versus dine in real state. It feels more quaint. Definitely good small parties as tables can accommodate up to 6 people max.

I ordered a Whopper with my mobile phone. The timing was off. When I got my sandwich it was not as hot and juicy as normal. I was disappointed, but will be back. The Whopper is a great sandwich.
It was my first time at this location I needed something for lunch and honestly they where very fast when they gave me my order so I didn’t have to wait long and my food was on point. Nothing was missing and the way I ordered. Overall it was a really good experience. Thank you!!
My experience was great food was amazing staff were awesome and really patient. Theres only one problem , the students that go and hangout inside there are sooo rude and messy and loud .one of the staff members ask them to lower there voice and those kids ran there mouth like they were reading the bible just cuse words. Parents should feel ashamed bk is not a day care

Ordered a bacon burger and it was terrible. Under cooked bacon and the whole hamburger was soggy, flimsy almost like it was microwave or steamed. Onion rings were good and slurpy but won’t be coming back.

The first visit at least the burgers were warm.. the second visit, not even close. There was no one inside and we were only ones in drivethru on both instances.

I just went through the drive thru (9/5 @ 9pm) a full hour before closing and the order taker refused to take our order. We were going to order 6 burgers and she said they can’t do it, sorry. She said she cannot make that many burgers, which is ridiculous as it was just 6.
The Worst burger king , i've ever eaten at. My wife and I went through drive through on Christmas Eve.We got our food and went to the parking lot to eat.The food was cold and tasted old. We took the food back inside and they wouldn't do anything for us.Their customer service is horrible.The people there don't care. Don't waste your money at this burger king location.
Ordered food off DoorDash, food was cold although I live 3 minutes away, also ordered a vanilla shake that didn’t show up at my door. Can tell they just don’t take customer service serious, have had past struggles with this establishment.
I would have gave this place 0 stars. But I can’t the Assistant Manager Alex was very rude when we requested the restroom to be opened. She said multiple times that it was open. The second time I had to ask her I apologized for wasting her time but the bathroom was not open. She told me to try harder, still the restroom did not open. She proceeded to say she was way to busy to open it. Worst customer service ever
I was around this place and quickly went thru the drive thru to grab some fries and onion rings. I was very excited to get some fresh & hot fried food as i had to wait for 10+ mins by the window. But the fries and the onion rings were cold and soggy. Chiken fries were also not fresh. Not sure why we had to wait for those 10+ minutes.
Soda machine broken right now. Didn’t figure out till I got home. Thanks.

As long as an AI drive thru is present, I will not return to this location. Service is a 3 only because an actual human saved the order.
