The other day I was craving Philly cheesesteak fries 🍟. I know that's totally not in the menu and I don't mind paying extra .An employee by the name of Czarina made it happen.I was totally satisfied and happy with the customer service.

The people working there are really nice, professional, and hard-working. I work in the mall, so I need to get my food quickly, and they always prepare it fast.

Food court stall in the outlet. Cheesesteak and lemonade were ok. Small cheesesteak was more than enough food but extra beef might have been better. Fries with cheese sauce on the side were great, if too salty. Thick cut fries were crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Less salt would be better.

The food and employees were fine it was the management and the wait that seems off. Not just myself but others noticed that if you ordered from the Kiosk it took longer than if you went to the register. Rather than apologize for the wait, the manager made excuses. I wouldn't have said anything if it hadn't been for the other customers noticing also. Three customers from the line that ordered after me got thier sandwich before mine came out. I had no special order or request so there was really no excuse and he should have said "it's not supposed to do that and I'll look into it" and I would have been satisfied. I did finish my sandwich and went on with my life after writing this. Cheers

There was a lady with glasses whose name I don't know. She was quite rude and had an attitude as if she were being forced to work. They need to learn how to treat customers! The cup she gave me was wet all over with the drink, and even though she saw it, she didn't do anything about it.

Very bad experience. Just to get wings and fries waited 25 minutes. The amount of time to wait was ridiculous. After all that waiting the food didn’t even looked because of how mad I was for the wait. Management needs to figure out how to serve 15 people ordering chicken and steak sandwiches.

There was this lady named Dana or Diana, she was so rude while taking our order, she was showing us attitude when we were asking her questions. I ordered a large Philly cheesesteak combo, and my girlfriend found about a 1-inch piece of wood inside the sandwich. When we showed it to the staff, the male employee claimed it came from a mushroom and said it was “totally fine to eat,” which made no sense and felt very dismissive given the situation. When we first raised the issue, there was no immediate apology. Instead of showing concern, the staff seemed defensive. The woman wearing glasses appeared visibly annoyed that we even complained. When we were given a refund, it was handed to us in a very rude manner, as if we were being told to “take the money and leave,” rather than receiving a sincere apology.
