Only our second time to a Chic Fil A and let me tell you, this restaurant is a must go to. I had the chicken biscuit, tots and soda meal. Hot fresh food, great flavor and so on point with everything. The things that stuck out more than the awesome meal was the atmosphere. Fresh flowers at every table, uplifting music which was needed for me and super clean!!!! Better than most "5 star" high end restaurants. Can't say enough or give enough stars
Been coming to the location pretty consistently for the last couple years. After initial opening, the food quality dropped a bit and fries were soggy and chicken was moderate temp. However, the last several visits, the food has consistently been hot and fresh, fries slightly crisp and salted and the same consistently friendly service. After having issues twice at the Pleasanton location, always with veggie wrap, I've never had an issue with my order being correct at this location. This past visit the line was not long, but seemed to take forever for the line to move. I still rate it higher than any other fast food in the area for accuracy, friendliness and promptness in receiving our order. The cleanliness indoors keeps us coming back as well.
Reliable go-to! Their cashier was super friendly and helpful! Service was pretty fast, we went in to the lobby to order as the drive thru line was long. The lemonade is my favorite, so refreshing and tastes more like lemons than sugar. The cobb salad was nice too, I think I would’ve preferred more dressing sauce but it comes pre portioned. The nuggets and fries were hot and fresh. No complaints here, good fast food.
One of the best salads and dressings. They have clean environment and excellent service. Best part is they will bring food to your table and it's quick. They have good parking and speedy service. They have regular cleaning and they refresh decor and vase on table it feels festive and warm.

First-time at any Chick-fil-A. First in line for drive thru at 6:30 AM. Breakfast was good as was expected. Lady was super nice and gave my Frenchie a milk bone.

Came for a peach shake, saw this place from the freeway and made my exit! I like their drive thru, its away from the parking and not in the way of other cars that may need to pass through. Good service.
Delicious chicken deluxe sandwich. You can't go wrong. And please, the chick fil a sauce is SO GOOD levels up an already delicious chicken sandwich. Yum

First time at Chick Fil A. Very expensive $17 for one person. Food at least was hot and well put together, not smashed down. Chicken was tender. Fries were good.
Quality is dropping and prices are rising! I ordered a Grilled Chicken Club, the cheese was cold straight out from the fridge, the lattuce was the most saddest leaf of salad I have ever seen. We were dini g in and they neither gave us a tray!

Wish they had more open seating sometimes ill have to sit in the two person stall and I feel all cramped. Food is good. People are friendly. They always say my pleasure except two times in the morning ack to back. Had this one gal not give us the ever so famous my pleasure that we long for. Patty was tiny and shriveled mostly bun. This costs almost 10 dollar just for the sandbox alone and it's mostly bun.
Absolute worst service I've ever experienced in my life. 9/9/2025 at 12:30 pm PST. 25 minute wait in the drive thru and when I get to the window and complain the girl at the window LAUGHS. Then the lid wasn't placed on the cup correctly so the drink spills in my car, and the cherry on top? No straw or napkins. All because of one car they refused to have move out of line. I will be taking my complaint to corporate.
