Hanabishi Japanese Cuisine is an incredible restaurant. The environment is relaxing, and inviting, and the service is remarkable. I was also amazed by the affordable and fair prices they charge and the outstanding service and attention to detail. This is easily the best affordable sushi restaurant in Livermore. Thank you, Hanabishi, I look forward to my next visit!

This place is a relatively new discovery and I'm so glad we tried it. We've been twice now and both times the sushi rolls were delicious. I appreciate the good size of the specialty rolls and not as expensive as other places. It makes sushi night an option more often. The server was great also, we enjoyed talking with her about Japan both times we've visited.

Very fresh and even the chef is japanise, good spot, not to busy and fair prices, when you dine in their combos they include a salad, soup and EDAMAME.

I really enjoy this place. I have been getting food here for many years. I am never disappointed. As a teenager My daughter called the king California roll “heavens perfect food” and it is something I almost always order. The Teriyaki chicken is great and the tempura is another item we often order. My husband and I usually order a combination plate for him and some sushi for me and then share.

I love everything about Hanabishi. It is quaint and unpretentious. The food is good and well priced. I always get amazing service here, like everyone is so nice. It has a great cozy vibe. Didn't realize how much I missed it after being away from Livermore for awhile but it was the first place I wanted to go after coming back!

This is the best sushi spot in town. It's a family owned business and you can tell they take pride in the food they serve. The fish is fresh and the rolls are beautiful. I highly recommend the tekka, Hawaii, spider roll and the Kevin roll. The bento boxes are amazing. The teriyaki beef is delicious. Their udon is so good, the broth is perfection. The owners are so nice and you'll feel right at home when you eat there.

The staff are all so kind and w smiling faces, couldn’t believe the prices as well as freshness of fish! Only thing was maybe too much rice in the rolls but not too bad:) The dressing for the salad is also very refreshing👍🏼 we look forward to being back!

I loved my experience here! The food was yummy, the staff were very friendly, and the prices were unbeatable. We really loved the volcano sushi roll and will definitely be returning.

We got the two item combo and I have to say I was not impressed with the mushy rice and the heavy batter on the tempura but they make interesting little salads. In fact their green salad is the best I’ve had in a Japanese restaurant. Do not get the Inari sushi as it is tasteless though the tskimino is good to add into it.

Good place. Great service and menu is good with affordable prices. I would certainly go back. Try the spicy tuna. Loved it.

I love sushi and have eaten at quite a few different places. I was a bit disappointed in the food I got here. The sushi just seemed lifeless...nothing special. I will not be going back. The service was great, the lady who took care of me was friendly and welcoming.

I just ordered a bento box from here and a godzilla roll and I absolutely do not recommend this place. The fish was not fresh and it smelled, the beef teriyaki was raw, the tempura was greasy and soggy. I do not recommend this place!

Came here for Dinner one day and was ignored for about 15 minutes standing there in view. A couple came in and stood behind me for another 10 minutes before we were addressed. "Sorry we cannot serve either parties as we only have one server". Awesome 🤗
