Why is Subway even still in business??? Togo's puts them to shame...hands down! #9 Hot Pastrami with Boom Boom Sauce.

The post pandemic menu had very few vegetarian choices. However the bread is awesome, as usual, and very much filling if you are super hungry.

The sandwich was good. But I’m only giving 4 stars because I was only given 8 inches of a 9 inch sandwich and 5 inches of a six inch sandwich. I measured each sandwich when it was obvious that they were short.

A little awkward ordering Togo's from a screen instead of the classic counter service but it worked and the sandwiches came out fast. Had the Clubhouse Melt and the bread was toasty good and turkey warm and delicious.

We've been going here for years & it's pretty hit & miss right now. The mgt recently changed & you can tell. There's a few reg. staff that make good sandwiches but it's a crap shoot with the others. Also, the ice machine had been down for SEVERAL weeks & there was no urgency to fix it (they're right across from Safeway & 1 employee said all they needed was to buy some ice & dump it in & customers COULD use it that way!!!!) They FINALLY got a new machine last week, BUT IT wasn't working right either! I'm hoping they work out the bugs soon bcuz they have been really good in the past.

Togos changed how you order recently, and not for the better. You now have to order and pay, then wait and wait and wait. No more made to order sandwiches there, you can no longer watch them make your order. You get what you get, and today it wasn't good. Very little produce and condiments. Sorry but probably won't be back, to bad because Togo used to be good.

Order was ready when I arrived. The order and online menu can be enhanced, enabling the customer to add details to their appetites craving. The wrap was a bit dry and also packed salt n pepper as ordered. The vegetables were crunchy and fresh. I believe it was bag o salad precut cabbage, shredded carrots, they added diced tomatoes and some pepperochinis stems that may had been bottom of bin, and a slice/chunk of cucumber on one side of the wrap. I'm sure glad I paid extra and added bacon (I thought would be sliced not bacon bits) and I added advocado. Otherwise, my new nickname would be Bugs, since I'd be all up in Elmer's garden, fulfilling my hunger. I arrived thirty minutes prior to closing and the food line where the sandwiches are made from was already put away for the night. I couldn't order soup. I observed a customer come at 8:45pm and turned down to order! I seen one worker leave at 8:55 with a beverage to a car, returning empty handed, then a lady pulled up and he brought her walker to her car. I assume she must had left it behind earlier. By 8:58 he was mopping the floors touching the oven the touch screen computer, no mask and no hand washing!!!! Again, left the restaurant, touching the door in and out as he returned, touched anything at the vehicle he brought the beverage to, touched a customer's leather wallet, thus making a second trip in n out of store, touched the oven, the mop, touchscreen computer, all the other items I couldn't see from my car as I ate my wrap, WITHOUT HANDWASH! In or not in a pandemic, I do believe there are health and food safety codes, rules, regulations, policies, procedures, signs, notices, nonetheless training videos that repeatingly educate restaurant workers of proper hygeine and what is expected and should be enforced while conducting a food establishment,management and staff, owners and investers type of business. Least to say,I rarely eat out. A definite reminder as to why I prefer to prepare and cook my own food and what I expose myself to during that process, nonetheless, eating it, enjoying it, relaxing after. No, not tonight, oh no. I'm gonna go tomorrow and get a covid 19 test. Hopefully rest between now and then. I'll be drinking slot of water, that's for sure.

Pretzel bun was soggy and not baked all the way. Sandwiches are greasy, not at all appetizing!!! Definitely not what they advertise. Sad! See pictures!

Horrible customer service! I was told they could not take my order for atleast 10 minutes.. There were no other customers in the store and yet they could not wait on me. Togos Corporation strongly frowns on treating customers this way. SHAME ON THE GUY WHO IS MANAGER THERE!!!! The is this isn't the first they have treated me this way. I worked 11 years for Togos and my manager would have fired us for that. I only wanted one small sandwich!

The worst experience at this place. The cashier took the wrong order when I made the person aware that it was the wrong sandwich she tried to argue stating I told her I wanted that certain sandwich. I had to tell her twice before she dropped it. Everyone can make a mistake I’m not upset over that however her unprofessional behavior it’s unacceptable. She definitely needs to coached.

Thursday $6 sandwich combo deal - Hot Roast Beef sandwich was SUPER dry (zero moisture...i've had jerky with more moisture) and no flavor...very disappointing! Au Jus couldn't save this sandwich.
