Paprika Livigno Reviews
Amazing food, service and attention to detail. The perfect atmosphere to match the beauty of Livigno. Highly recommend
Great place, open all day which is convenient considering that 90% of restaurants are closed 2-7pm. Very decent food and house wine. Attentive and quick service - definitely not a tourist trap.
Nestled proudly in Livigno’s high street, Paprika is a dinner destination we've frequented over the past three years, both in summer and winter. The service consistently exceeds expectations, while the views from rear tables elevate the dining experience. But it's not just the ambiance that impresses; the main courses at Paprika are outstanding. From tender deer medallions to hearty schnitzel and succulent steak, each dish is a testament to the chef's skill and dedication to quality. Paprika stirs up a good Negroni, too!
Staff is very friendly. We had lunch and diner here and both times the food was simply amazing. They also have a nice selection of wines.
Best diner we had after one week livigno, service is smiling and making the place even better. Food was like fine dining at an awesome price. Great! Edit: i saw one year old low star Reviews with an old menue, seems Like they have changed completely into positive. Try it!

Nice and friendly restaurant close to the mountain. We had mixed grill, icecream, Amaretto and coffee. A glas of Franciacorta and a glass of local nice wine and paid 100E. Nice price and very god …
The atmosphere on the back terrace is very pleasant and nice, making it a good spot for dinner. However, our first impression wasn’t great due to a waitress who didn’t want to let us sit in the terrace area and instead insisted that we sit in the front part of the restaurant, which has a weaker atmosphere and, in our opinion, isn’t really suitable for dinner. She didn’t provide a clear reason for this and kept giving illogical explanations. In the end, the head waiter resolved the situation and seated us where we originally asked. He was professional, friendly, and very attentive throughout the evening. When it comes to the food, the overall rating is around 3/5, mainly because it doesn’t quite justify the price. The burger is listed as coming with potatoes, but in reality it’s just a negligible piece of potato inside the burger itself. The sausage with fries looks like a large portion and is described as two sausages, but it actually comes as one sausage cut in half. The carbonara pasta is fine — solid, nothing special. The overall impression is saved by a very good dessert (strudel) and an excellent head waiter.

The food is good but the waitress was very rude during the payment procedure. Wireless payment was not available with our foreign cards. Not the customer’s fault!!! Very disrespectful behaviour!
We had a table in the wintergarden/ terrace. Upstairs is definitely nicer to be seated, but we made our reservation in the afternoon. The staff is still very friendly and professional! Unfortunately the food was not that good anymore since we‘ve been there some years ago. Back then, Paprika was an excellent Restaurant. Now we would describe it just as average unfortunately. Therefore we found it too pricy!
We were in this restaurant today with a large friends & family group. The lady boss (“Capo” as frightened waitresses called her), who took the order and was in charge of our table, at certain moments behaved extremely arrogantly (I would even like to get up and leave, but we had children and elderly parents, I didn’t want to make a scene, and I don’t have such a habit, and I write here very rarely, and this is my first negative review). When she brought me a salad in the form of leaves, sliced cheese and walnuts, I respectfully asked for some sauce, “humidity”, a splash of lemon, oil, mustard - anything so that it was not so dry, just like a mixed platter, to which the answer was that in “Throughout Italy salads are served like this”. sorry, I'm not originally from Italy, but I've been traveling in this country for 20 years and living in Milan for 2 years. And this is absolutely not the case, and the answer itself - an appeal to the whole of Italy - sounds extremely strange and disrespectful given the fact of particular case and request, smth like saying “take a salad cooking course and keep quiet”. After my polite answer, she brought salt, olive oil and balsamic vinegar and began to pour it all into my plate in proportions that are unknown to her, as she is not a chef, as if trying to show that this should always be done by guests themselves. Question: why go to a restaurant and expect that something can be made by a kitchen, if everything can be assembled with your own hands. I just refused a salad that she poured a ton of balsamic into and did it deliberately and rudely right in front of my nose. It was humiliating, miserly and completely unwelcoming act. The rest of the staff were much nicer. But the fish rots from the head. At the end it was funny when my friends ordered grappa, I asked if there was Nonino grappa, a brand that I know well and whose owners I met, she replied that “there is only what is indicated on the menu”, but when leaving, we saw the mentioned grappa in the bar downstairs. In general, by the way, with a kind, attentive attitude, you can not notice the flaws in the menu, but with such an attitude, an extremely unpleasant impression remains. I'm really sorry for the team. I hope that in the end this lady will be able to overcome her nationalist indignation and bad temper, but for now, a sincere (and in a way overpriced) 3 stars.
We arrived at Livigno quite late and this restaurant was one of the very few that was still open. The food was ok prices were similar to other restaurants around. It felt a bit like a “tourists” pl…
No pizza 🍕 not much food for kids. Pasta portions were grummet. Overpriced
I ordered seabass with tomatoes and potatoes. As far as you can see there’s no potatoes on my plate :/. When I asked the waitress, she reassured me that the potatoes are inside the sauce and suggested ordering portion of potatoes separately. Not very clear from the dish description.
After having dinner in this place, I went straight to medical care, ne and my husband got FOOD POISON. They ruined our vacation. Also, it is overpriced. There are better places to dine in the cent…
