This store has a drive thru, I know other stores do as well but the Livingston store is good , although there are other business around for some reason everytime I go it's not busy so I park and eat in my car at this one, and I am referring to the parking lot not as busy not the store, $15 buck for the large walnut shrimp is very much worth it, seems expensive until you try it

This Panda Express had amazingly delicious food. It was hot & fresh. The inside was brightly decorated. The be very bar was spotless. Nice touch with sparkling water as I don't drink sugared drinks. The chicken teriyaki was made fresh.Great value for your money Only problem was ease of access. Had to make a u turn to get into the place. Poor planning on builders part.

The food is always reliable, good and affordable. The price doesn't seem to change during the years. This Panda Express was big, clean, the staff was friendly and fast.

I will start by saying this review will hurt me(exposing this great hidden panda to the public). This is the best Panda Express in a 40-mile radius. The service is fast. Because there is rarely a long line during lunch hours, you can regularly get in and out quickly Monday- Friday between 11:00am-2:00pm The food is always well cooked and tastes great. The staff are polite, friendly, and tidy. This adds up to an overall more positive experience. This location does have a drive-through for convenience, and you can order in advance to speed things up. The parking lot has some trees that were planted a few years ago, so there is some shade, and this will get better over time, and the bathrooms are clean. It is very close to the freeway entrance. It is, therefore, an ideal place for a quick stop. This place does have a wheel chair accessible ramp, so you can role your loved ones in to accompany you for a warm meal.

What a great establishment!!! Whoever is running this place keep training your staff the way you do. Two reasons I say this. The food is all fresh! Not many places you to can say the same. The second reason is the staff is always moving even when there seems to be nothing to do and they are always in a customer first state of mind. For example there were no customers in line and everyone seemed to be cleaning or stocking items. The lady running the register was stocking the drink cooler and the minute a customer walked in every chimed in with a sincere “Welcome” and the lady stocking the drink cooler dropped what she was doing and immediately took his order. Now that’s what I call professionalism. Great job panda staff.

I could said. Really 👍 costumer service, nice people. As soon you openthe door they said welcome to 🐼. The only thing I can complaining about is the quantity of food they served, for the 💰 you expend. I hope the next time the quantity of food is equal of the 💰 expend. Good day!

Arrived during the lunch hour, so it's not a big surprise that most of the 'chicken' based items were already sold out/had run out. While it sucked to have to wait for my order, the food itself was delicious as always. The drive thru was very busy, but inside was rather empty the only problem was having to wait for parts of the order.

I asked for extra soy sauce I was willing to pay for 15 packets any where I've ever gone the will pay they will give you what you ask for if you paid for it here at Panda Express they refused to give me extra packets I asked for 15 said I would pay for all 15 packets because I use a lot of soy sauce they refused to give it to me and said they wouldn't give it to me unify was paying for it but nobody else any other fast-food restaurants and wouldn't do that to me so that's the one thing I can say that they need to work on if we're willing to pay for it shouldn't be an issue I don't know why it was an issue I'm disappointed in that because I can buy sauce in any restaurants and they will just charge me for it they usually charge ten cents a packet but you know it is what it is they didn't want to give me what I asked for which was very disappointing and makes me not want to go back but I love Chinese food so maybe I'll still go backs a little Chinese food I guess I just have to buy myself a bottle of soy sauce and keep it with me because it Panda Express they don't give you what you ask for when you're willing to pay for it

Totally disappointed this time company has shrank the plate serving containers by 1/4 also containers are thicker and hold way less. So meal is only half the size it use to be.😒

Nothing I hate more than undercooked food and the rice was really undercook, was not enjoyable and service was fast but it was empty and manager repremending employees infront of costumers seems unprofessional.

Very good food! I ordered the White Rice and Broccoli Beef (or should I say 4 pieces of broccoli) I asked why such the small portion and they said that was what they are allowed to give. Went back again and the same thing happend wont be coming back to this location

Drive thru took 20min with 3 cars no joke last time we found a pebble in their rice was seriously gona put 2stars but the guy in the window was really nice i believe his name is Andres im not sure was trying to see his name tag w/o him looking but thanks to him i added another star .

This was my second time ordering teriyaki chicken at this location and they didn't give me any teriyaki sauce for my order. The response was that I had to request the teriyaki sauce. I'm not sure if they understand that if you ask for an item it should come with the proper sauces unless you tell them you don't want it.

3 stars for the food. Negative 2 stars for "switching over to coke" and not having Pepsi products as the primary drinks . I'll visit every panda and posts this same comment until Pepsi is brought back... You wonder ,"what do I drink with my order of panda you ask...? Well just picked up my order , sometimes family meal sometimes 3 large item plate, and I never get/buy a drink or drinks. No coke products for me, if I wanted coke I'll go to McDonald's but only few fast food that offer Pepsi and their the "high end of pizza he food chain or fast food/drive thru"

The food is alright, not exciting, but there is an extra charge with anything that's worth eating. Honey shrimp... upcharge. steak... upcharge. But it is listed so I guess it's fair in their eyes. Have to pay for water, or you pay for the cup was the way they put it. So the prices were already high for the amount you get and add all the extra charges and you pay a lot for not so much.

I feel they have to many workers just standing around doing nothing when someone could of been cleaning the bathroom or putting some forks and straws out not the cleanest place and the food was not good it was hard it's wasn't cooked or should I say not warmed up enough not going back there any time soon that was a waste of 40 bucks

Employees not very friendly and food not as fresh nor tasty as the average Panda, tasted rather oily, like old oil that hadn't been changed out in a while. I'd skip this one. My previous visit was average.

I ordered 2 dinners and they had 3 or four people not knowing what to do and even messed up the ordered get to the counter they had only 1 dinner ready. We all just walked out pretty frustrating

Since they have opened I’ve only been here a handful of times and every time I have to wait for something. It’s never a quick in and out of drive thru like a drive thru should be And it’s not a quick few minutes as I’m writing this I’ve been waiting 8 minutes now!

By far the worst Panda in the area, extremely disorganized and unprofessional. It seems like every time you go there is always a wait for something and if there's not a wait it's probably been there for hours. Just tonight I went around 5:30 dinner time, well it was going to be a 30 minute wait for a family meal. So to sum it all up the food quality is poor, the staff is rude and there planning is non existent.

This Panda Express location has been a disappointment for us because of the food being lukewarm and not hot like its sister location in Atwater. We were in there yesterday, and our server, Anthony, was very halfhearted. He didn’t give us the teriyaki sauce for the chicken and no fortune cookies. He didn’t seem happy to be there. We were excited to have a Panda in Livingston, but do wish it was hotter food.

I eat at Panda Express all over the country. This Panda has the smallest portions I've ever been served. The noodles weren't edible, and no veggies in them. Definitely won't be stopping here again.

Good service and food, but don't ever go through the drive thru to get your food. If you do, ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK THAT THEY GIVE YOU EVERYTHING!!! I have had several experiences where they forget to give sauce, and a couple of times where I order the bigger plate and they neglect to give me my extra side, basically resulting in me paying extra for no reason. I should not have to constantly check to see if I've received everything in the drive their, and the fact that I feel the need to check every time now is unacceptable.

I ordered online at 5:25 so I could pick up on my way through Livingston. According to the order, my food would be ready at 5:45. This was perfect and I was running a little behind, so they had an extra 10 minutes. I get there and my food isn't ready. I ask them to bring it to my car and at 6:10 am still waiting for my food. It should NOT take 40 minutes to prepare 3 bowls.

I’m not sure what’s going on here but unfortunately the food has been pretty bad. The food is dry or looks like it’s been sitting out for a few days. If i could give it a zero i would. Wouldn’t recommend it

I stop here to get some food. But they didn't let me use the restroom not even to wash my hands. I'm a truck driver and for me and others truckers is not easy to find good places to eat and use services, on this restaurant they didn't let you use it.

Third time visiting the Livingston Panda and the best part of the meal again was the diet soda. Rice was crunchy and the orange chicken was hard. What a disappointment!!

Workers here are mentally slow, I didn't have a face mask so I asked to use my shirt as a face covering and they said no. After they said that I just walked out and took my money to subway where they don't make me wear that useless mask.

#sushi went to the new Panda express was not impressed the bejeing beef was overcooked the vets were underdone...ran out of hot sauce... Had a really bad interview there was only asked two questions and I'm 51 white certified chef that studied at a culinary institute for 5 years.. They did not hire Hispanic African American or Caucasians... So no I'll never go back...

Went through the drive through and got chow mein filled with veggies. Took them out and portion of veggies to noodles was just ridiculous. There were 2 veggies to 1 noodle ratio. Smh

Don't put TERIYAKI sauce in the orders, when you udall them and ask them to they still don't. Now when I call it says phone number is disconnect. This place has gone down hill big time and the People that work there are incompetent.

I work in customers service and the humans that work here suck at it. They’re very rude and very slow at everything the food was cold and burnt I wouldn’t even rate it one star to be completely honest

Don't eat here, they care nothing for food safety. I ordered in the drive thru and they were out of chow mien and asked me to wait a few minutes out front and they would bring it out when ready. I really don't want to go inside due to the pandemic so I wait a full 20 minutes before I go inside and by this time I'm pretty mad. There's no one in line, but it still takes another 5 minutes before anyone acknowledges me. I am then told that only the drive thru guy can help me and it takes a few more minutes before he comes over. He then explains that the delay is because he is timed on how fast he serves people in the drive thru and can't help me until the drive thru is clear. I tell him I went through the drive thru half an hour ago, and his time is so bad that I need a refund now. At this point the guy drops a brick and literally sprints to get my food out to me. My plate has been sitting, unheated, at the drive thru counter for half an hour now and there is no way I'm putting that cold and likely contaminated food in my face. It also turns out that the chow mien was already there and another item had run out while they were waiting. I then stop him from dishing out the last item and once again demand a refund, he pretends not to hear me so I start yelling to get his attention. I catch on at this point that this place probably has a strict policy on refunds. So I have to yell louder to get my point across. Having worked retail and food service, I hate to do it, but these guys are not giving up and trying to force me to take this half hour old and cold food. It takes several more minutes for the manager to come over and he also tries to dish up my last item onto the half hour old and cold plate so I have to make an even bigger scene before he finally concedes and voids the order. These people care nothing for food safety or customer service. If you're going to eat here and they are out of something, just get a different item, or you'll never get your food.

This Panda Express is located at a Truck Stop area. However, choosing a different fast food service would be wiser. The drive-thru window is a health hazard. It's dirty & during a pandemic one would think it would be cleaned regularly. The worst part is the customer service. Getting a customer's order correct is a toiling strain here. Check your order before you drive away because chances are it won't be correct.

It's always a coin toss of what the food is going to taste like on that particular day. Sometimes it's okay and sometimes it's horrible. And they will never (I repeat) NEVER give you teriyaki sauce with the teriyaki chicken. You'll have to ask for it every single time even though it's supposed to be included with the chicken.

Terrible! There was a girl there completely bullying a new employee who was doing a great job i thought. Waited 20 minutes for my bowl because there was no rice only to find that half the chicken was straight fat. I watched two people raise concerns with the bully employee only to be dismissed and pretty much told tough luck. So I pretty much knew what to expect when I said that I'd like a refund because my bowl was inedible. Low and behold, there was a senior bully hiding out in the fridge area who preceeded to come out and school me on how every panda express has the same vendor and could I get my bowl off the counter, and how it was beyond rude for me to leave it sit there while I looked up coorprate on my phone. She then refused to provide her name. (The only one wearing a name tag was the new employee, aka: bully jrs punching bag for the day) coorprate was outstanding and were completely apologetic for the disaster of an experience i had just had and issued me a refund via email immediately as well as informed the owners of their employees actions. Had either one of those girls been the slightest bit apologetic or understanding or human really, the entire situation would have been so different. Its a shame that these two ladies think that behaving as they did in ANY scenario, let alone a customer service/patron scenario as this! Hopefully management took this seriouse enough to at the very least check these little girls and wake them up to the fact that if they can't handle this situation as civilized adults, their future is looking mighty bleak :/ and to the new employee, YOU should be managing that place and teaching bully Jr and sr a thing or two about customer service! Keep your chin up and don't get discouraged because the only ones looking pathetic as hell that day was them. Good luck babe!

Very rude employees and constantly mess up every order we get from them. I dont like leaving bad reviews but I decided to give them another try and today was my last straw. I asked for certain things on the menu and they would tell me that they are out and laugh. Then once i got my order they served me a small portion of chow main. I live here in Livingston and ive decided to never buy from here until they make some staff changes

I always go to panda. Dine in. Or drive thru . and allllways ask for the same thing. Today. I really disliked how the girl in drive talked to me. I asked for a bigger plate . and didnt gave me my 3rd auntre and i totally said a bigger plate w jst chowmein and orange chicken. Iddnt care what was the side eather chowmein or chicken bt i always get it like that because i share w my kids. And i payed and when i opened the bag i was missing my side. I went back and told her i had asked for the bigger plate. And she said i had to pay like almost $6 for the lil side . whyyy. When it was their mistake. Why i had to pay like $16. For sm that was worth almost $11. For the bigger plate. She gave me an attitude when i was trying to explain. Now i dislike livingston panda for the people that dnt know how to treat customers

Panda has been one of our favorite drive thru locations for some time now. Unfortunately after repeated bad experiences at this location we have to say that this is the slowest and most unprepared Panda Express restaurant around. First of all our order has been mixed up a handful of times. They are almost always out of menu items and will ask you to wait 6 mins when ultimately it's closer to 20 min wait. It's called express for a reason! We just went the to the drive through today and to our surprise they were out of orange chicken! That's one of their most popular item. Please get with the program. I would recommend you drive an extra 10 mins and go to the Atwater location.

I ordered through door dash and got two orders of teriyaki chicken. When it arrived I noticed that there WAS NO TERIYAKI SAUCE on either order. I called the store and they admitted they are out of the sauce. How about you call the customer and let them know before you send them a plain sliced chicken breast. 0 stars. Pitiful.

I’m not going to this Panda Express anymore. I ordered triple orange and they charged me 11 even for it and I only got double orange in the plate and nothing on the side. I couldn’t go back since I live in Atwater. My biggest mistake was not looking at the bag before I left. ALWAYS LOOK AT THE BAG BEFORE YOU LEAVE.

Worst drive thru I've ever been to , they didint get my order right asked for teriyaki chicken on 5 plates and they gave us no teriyaki sauce WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, the chowmein was full of onion and vegetables like what is that !! The plates were literally empty it had like 3 pieces of orange chicken , overall trash neta, get your guys stuff straight !

Super RUDE almost all visits drive through. Menus LIGHTS always out so you can not read drive through menus. Night shift lead said not her job to let management or corporate know. Always out of food choices. Or items described on menue. Talk very fast as if doing you a favor by asking what is available after you order and they say they don't have items. Orders come with 3 small pieces of beef several time or small amounts of shrimp. When paying premium prices. Then practically throw the food at you when your at the drive through window. They need complete new management and service window staff with properly trained customer service. Come on if for months this is going on you can not turn on your menue or will not turn it on.. and you spend a couple hundred dollars a month on food for this???? No thanks Panda Exoress Livingston!!!

My husband and I reside in Hilmar so we love taking drives to Livingston for our pandas, considering it’s closer to us. We order our food quite frequently here and we always round to the nearest $1 when finishes with our order. Well, long story short my husband and I ordered one afternoon around 5pm. We got our food and came back home. Little did we know, our side dish of shrimp was not in the bag.. meanwhile we are already back in Hilmar. So we were pretty bummed! So, I decided to call the store and just tell them my concerns. I had spoke with a very nice apologetic store manager. He then offered my husband The Bigger Plate and for us to give a name to pick up the next day. We showed up like he told us too and we had someone else help us. We have her the name we left with the gentleman that fixed the mistake and when the lady was helping us, she said she didn’t know what we were talking about and also acting as if we were there lying to receive free food. She was very rude on the intercom and saying she was going to give us a plate and so we just drove off because she didn’t even want to give me her name either just a letter and her name is “G” supposedly but she was very rude!! I then called the Livingston store thinking I’d be able to complain about her and well, I couldn’t because she said she was the manager and clearly I doubt she was.. so watch out for this girl, she’s also very stingy and very forgetful with our orders all the time. I was able to call corporate and tell them my concerns about how bad her customer service is , so and now we will not be going there anymore. What a way to lose money from loyal customers that have been going every week and donating as well to the children hospital..

Ordered 2 plates and at the window they didn’t let add 2 drinks RIDICULOUS! Told me I had to go inside to order the drinks I’ve worked fast food so Ik that was pure laziness!! It doesn’t take a lot to add drinks to an order Panda Express gotta train your employees better! Attitude as well

I just ordered from them and they gave me a completely wrong order. All they gave me was chow mein and orange chicken ... where is the broccoli beef and the grilled chicken teriyaki and what about the fried rice and honey walnut shrimp!! I payed over $40 for that food and all I was given and a ton of chow mein and orange chicken!!

AWFUL!! How does this Panda Express mess up a standardized and original dish? We ordered the plate with the original orange chicken and chow mein! The orange chicken had no discernible sweetness at all. So, the strongest flavor that came up was a strong citrus sourness. The chow mein noodles had no discernible salt taste (not even soy sauce). This is odd because the teriyaki chicken tasted fine. I will sure to never return here in the future.

Our large Dr.pepper was not even drank because the syrup was out. So we ate the main dishes and everything else went to waste/ was inedible. Wasted a lot of money. ☹️

Female working there tonight, (who says has been there for over a year) has the worst customer service skills I have ever come across. The teenagers at McDonalds know more about dealing with the public than her. I ordered shanghai steak at drive through. Checked my order before I drive away and noticed it was wrong. I took it inside where the (boy in training) said they don't make that anymore. I said if I don't like that I would be asking for refund. Then the female said (rudely) the haven't made that in over a year, not true, I repeated to her about returning. She walked away. I tried to get her attention everyone ignored me. Til cook come over and other man on break. Repeated the situation. And asked for manager. No manager at that facility. He was very nice. I also told the female I wouldn't be patronizing that facility anymore. She said that is fine. Humm? That attitude wouldn't be accepted in a small business. Plenty of other asian cuisine. I'll recommend to everyone I know. Rant over.

Most of the time I go there is always a wait for you food . Sometimes employees do not greet costumers. And atmosphere is okay ... I think if people go thru drive is for convenience of getting your food and go. But there always a wait for staff is too slow . To get 2 plate I had to wait like 15 minutes very unconvinent.

Winton Parkway Panda was a complete joke!I placed an online order for Four plates to be delivered. It took forever and they showed up with only 3 plates! I called Panda and explained to them that they forgot one plate. I put the delivery guy on the phone and he confirmed there was only 3 plates.I told them I was sending the 3 back and that I wanted all 4 made fresh again and all together when they redeliver it again. The manager was rude and unapologetic about their wrong doing. She wanted me to keep the three and they would send the one that was forgotten. At this point the driver was already on his way back to Panda to take the food back. They then came back to deliver the food again, this time they had all four plates but, they were the same food they had took back. They did not make us 4 new fresh plates. It was the same food from the first delivery! It was cold, tasted horrible and rubbery! This place is a joke! I called my bank and they credited my money back. Well after about two weeks panda fought for that money and my bank returned it to them again! Such a ridiculous Place with horrible management!! They made the mistake and didn’t take the paying customer satisfaction into consideration. They should have offered me a complete refund for their mistake, the rudeness, the cold and horrible old food, and the amount of time we waited for the delivery back and forth! The food we got was so horrible we couldn’t even eat it! What a waste of my money and my time! I will Never get food there again! Beware of this place! 👎🏻

She was more interested in making her own lunch and getting just the right amount of soy sauce on her rice. She put it together in front of the cold beverages by the cash registers blocking staff from being able to ring customers up who had been waiting for 15-20 mins, blocking staff who were trying to get our food prepared, making no eye contact with customers, doing absolutely nothing for anyone except herself. After 20 minutes, we were starting to walk out when one of the employees said, "What can I get you?" Seriously....after 20 flipping minutes and multiple people walked out? Worst Panda Express we have ever been to and quite possibly the last time we will go again. To pay almost $30 for two plates with no drinks and get treated like garbage...no thanks. And before you ask, no we did not have to wait for any of our items to be cooked. Everything was prepared and ready. There were a TOTAL of two couples and one single man in the restaurant waiting to order. It wasn't like there was a line out the door. Even drive thru wasn't that busy. Angela should NOT be a manager nor should she have a job in customer service. Whoever hired her should also lose their job. 99.9% of the staff in this store always seem confused, unhappy and just plain miserable having to work there. No doubt the awful manager is the source of that misery and frustration. It's the least friendly, most unprofessional PE we have been together in 30+ years.
