Lady didn't give me my senior citizens discount. Says she didn't know. She's just been working there since July 4. I went to use restroom. Woman came busting out door from kitchen. Hit my arm almost knocked me on the floor. They need windows to look out b4 they swing it out.
Kiosk wasn't taking payments. Shake machine broken. Fries had a funny taste today. Maybe fryer grease was old? The seats are in horrible shape.
Rarely get our order right. We only eat there about once every 2-3 months, and they are consistent about not getting the order right. You have to check every item in your bag before you leave the window. They are always friendly enough. Just need more motivation and training.
Sometimes you get wonderful customers service but alot of times it's "decent" at best. More often than not you will be asked to pull forward to wait which gets old especially when they bring you're food out and it's cold. If only we had better options in this little town 🤷🏼♀️
Food is hot, flys are everywhere and the staff that works front desk are no less than lazy
The lady that worked the front counter with the blue braids was rude to my daughter and myself. When I asked to use the bathroom she seemed like she didn’t want to unlock it. Then was rude when we got our food
Just ok. The food was normal but the service wasn't great. They got the order incorrect for a allergy, and then we had wait for them to bring the food in 3 separate bags because they kept forgetting stuff. Then we had to go in and correct something ourselves,... we get to the park we were having a picnic in and we were still missing a whole meal. 🤦🏻♀️
Super rude staff. Like, shockingly rude. Impatient. Food was mostly wrong, despite spending ages at the order box to confirm it was correct on the screen. Everything was somehow cold?? Staff seemed like it was a huge inconvenience to correct anything. But like... save time by doing it right the first time? Bathrooms were DISGUSTUNG. Floors in the entire restaurant were stiiiiicky. Gag. Needs restaffing and new management. Over half the parking was for orders they screwed up or couldn't get ready in time or mobile pickups, making actual store-entering patrons have to park in the far back. Extremely poor planning. Do not recommend it.
ALWAYS very slow in the mornings. I ordered a coffee and a side of eggs yesterday and STILL had to pull forward and wait. The older lady that works the 2nd window in the mornings is always rude if I ask her how long I'm going to have to wait. The breakfast is always good though....just not worth the wait when trying to get to work on time. The whole purpose of going through a McDonald's is to get food fast.

Y'all don't go to this mcdonald's if you want to have it your way, it's whatever they want to make you, and then they want to get an attitude when they don't do it right.You get them to fix it.And they still don't do it, right.
Man working the drive through is stealing card numbers. I thought it was weird that he swiped my card and then tapped my card and gave me my receipt. Within an hour I got a notification asking if I made a purchase of $20 for joybox studios which I declined!! I tried calling the number listed for the McDonald’s and it said it was disconnected. Go figure!! I will never go back. And I will be calling corporate to file a complaint.
Tried to eat dinner on Saturday 08/03/24 at 7:40 PM to discover the lobby closed. No explanation. Hours on the door show open until 11:00 PM. It has been bad enough eating here on other occasions with the restrooms locked and having time get an employee to open the door. It is doubtful that I will return to this restaurant again unless there are no other options... even then, I think that I would rather go hungry than support such a poor environment/atmosphere. And, before anybody asks, my truck will not fit through the drive thru. Plus, I don't do drive thru's - ever.
Yesterday I spent 45 minutes in line waiting in line for the drive through. I ordered my 3 number 7 combos 1 with a drink 2 without . They give me 4 burgers instead of 6. I start to leave but noticed my shortage . I was asked to pull back around but I refused without my sandwiches. I said 3 no. 7 with 4 burgers you do the math! I was finally given what I ordered but they were very nasty and smart mouthed.
We are currently sitting in the drive through, we have been here over20 minutes. The employees are coming and going out the back door and the lady in the drive through is yelling at th trying to find out where they are going. No one has any manners. Answered the drive through like it was a burden to her. MCDONALDS. No what can I get for you, nothing. Finally got up to the window. Same thing. Told us to pull over . No explanation no please, nothing. This store needs a manager. If we can ever get the food we already paid for, we will never be back.
Worst drive through service of ANY McDonald’s I have ever used and I’ve used a lot of them. Every time I have used this drive through I get lip, attitudes that make me feel as though I am somehow inconveniencing them, and drive through operators cutting me off every other word with “is that all!?” Or “that’ll be all!”. I don’t advise anyone to use the drive through. Inside service has been mildly better but the amount of time you have to wait for a cashier to acknowledge you can be frustrating even when they look right at you. Honestly if you have another choice I would take it. I don’t think they care at all.
