Great food and a great selection. One of the very few places in Lockport that can get a delivery order correct lol Always friendly and the food is always delicious. EDIT: We have ordered probably 7 or 8 times since my first review. The consistency has definitely became an issue. It's hit or miss..I guess it depends on who's working or what day it is. Still recommend, but you're probably best off going there to eat sitting down.

Super customer service, above and beyond, I loved my cheeseburger and my grandson really enjoyed his chicken fingers from the kids menu. We all really love their Pizzas and can't wait to try their other options. There prices are pretty fair for what you get.

The management is wonderful. We order quite often and LOVE the food. Today we had a mistake on our pizza toppings which happens. I called the store and the manager made sure our issue was corrected and we were happy and YES we are. Great customer service !!

Cusimanos is new to Lockport (has been in Medina). I decided to give them a try because their coupon for pizza and wings was the best price. When I called to order A. They were pleasant to deal with B. They couldn’t find the coupon I was talking about which was fine, there was another deal. However, they took the time to find it and then, called me back to tell me we were good. C. When I got there, again, everyone was extremely pleasant and they helped me get my order to my car. D. The wings (honey BBQ) were delicious. The pizza was very good and, it came with breadsticks. Overall, great place, great food and I’ll be going back!

They have the ability to put other locals out of business. Have only had one problem with an order, out of probably 25!! Pretty good right? Pizza is yummy, subs are yummy, everything I have purchased has been yummy!!! Sorry, lot of yummies but it's all good so far!!

Passing through Lockport on our way back to Rochester, we decided to stop in for the Monday XL pizza deal, and boy, did we make the correct choice. The pizza was phenomenal, and the workers were very pleasant. If only there were a Cusimano's pizza in my area. I highly recommend this place!

Stopped into the Lockport location this afternoon - what a treat! Our order was taken promptly by the very friendly and helpful Robin. What a gem of an employee! She offered advice on several items we might be interested in. Our food arrived piping hot and everything was tasty and delicious! The rolls our beef came on were so fresh and the sandwich loaded with tasty tender beef. The calzone was huge - we had left overs! Wonderful dining experience!

Ordered a pizza with pineapple and anchovies, got home and the anchovies were in a cup on the side, not cooked into the pizza. We didn't ask for that (assumed they'd be on top of the pizza) which was really weird. Called to let them know and they offered to make a new pizza right away. The new pizza wasn't necessary so I was able to get a credit for my next order! Simple mistake that was quickly remedied, would still return.

The pizza here is actually pretty decent. And if you try the sweet sauce pizza, it's not as sweet as some of the people around. But in my opinion probably the best sweet pizza ever because it's not too sweet. I don't feel like I'm eating diabetes on a slice.

I've ordered from here multiple times, but I have to leave a review this time. I ordered 12 lemon pepper crispy wings, and I have to say these might be THE BEST lemon pepper wings I've ever had. Quality keeps going increasing time after time. Appreciate you guys.

This was my family's first trip to Cusimano's. We were celebrating a birthday, and we chose to grab some pizza and wings before heading to the drive-in. The customer service was stellar, pizza and wings were handed to us quickly! Food was hot and delicious. Pretty sure we started a family tradition that night! Update: Went to grab some food here with the family before the drive-in. One of my boys lost his ear bud charger at the playground. Special thanks to the young lady who went above and beyond to grab it and keep it safe for us to pick up today! Best customer service I've ever experienced at a pizza place, and it's consistent!

Got two orders from here, both pickup. One was for a family pack pizza special and another for cheeseburger subs. Both were great! Hot, fresh, accurate and on time. The family pack was a great value too. The staff is very friendly and even offered to assist me carrying the family pack order out. Rare these days and much appreciated. Definitely give them a try!

Every time we get a steak and cheese sub no matter how we get it made, it is fantastic. It is the best tasting sub that we have had and we have had it at least six times

They are, by far, the best pizza place I have ever ordered from. Tonight, I had to call in my substantial order for delivery, and was prepared for something to be screwed up. However, the woman taking the order was a total gem! She was so polite and was willing to go the extra distance for the order to be correct. When it was time to pay, my card was originally declined, and she was so apologetic offering to take the numbers a second time in case it was a mistake on her end inputting them. It was declined again, and she was so willing to hold so that I could ensure that my partner was willing to pick up the order instead. Before I could even finish speaking to him, she offered to have someone else try, and they were successful. It was an error in the system, not on either of our ends, not that it matters. Throughout this entire experience, they remained professional, friendly, and understanding. I highly recommend them for their customer service alone. The food is fantastic. We ordered 2 specialty pizzas, one with traditional red sauce and the second with white sauce.

We love Cusimanos pizzeria!!! Their pizza is great, and their specialty pizza's are amazing!! My wife and I love the Hawaiian pizza, and the meat lovers is huge! The taco pizza is just as good, and I can't forget the steak and cheese sub! And their wings are good too. I would definitely recommend ordering!!!

I'm new to Lockport, like I haven't been here a week yet. I checked this place out while looking at a place, loved it. Moved in and have ordered three times more. EVERYTHING I've had so far has been delicious. Staff are friendly, even the delivery guy that's been here twice now. I've been asking about good restaurants around here, but I've found my go to for Pizza wings and subs. If I had to be overly fussy, I'd say the chicken fingers are a tad small, but good none the less. Thank you guys, keep it up!

Awesome pizza , subs, and fish frys. Service is always great. Love how they changed the specials and deals to combos that includes 1 topping and gives you more choices besides wings. Cheese is by far the star of the show. Coming from Toronto, Ontario it reminds me of the way pizza used to be made before the dark times of Pizza pizza and Pizza Nova took over. Visiting area (from San Antonio, Tx). Fast, friendly and helpful counter service. Tried the meat lovers pizza and garden salad. AMAZING pizza and really good, fresh salad. We had the "sweet sauce" on our pizza and it was very tasty. Their pizza sauce is "smooth" (not real strong and acidic). They are very generous with the toppings and the crust was PERFECT. We're really glad we stopped in while in Lockport. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Initially was a bad experience, got a pizza that was cheese and grease heavy an it made my stomach upset. Brought it up to the staff an they suggested it was a sauce I had selected and made me a replacement with their base sauce. Night and day, so good! My wife likes this place and I do not. I appeased her and ordered from here for delivery. I just wanted to leave a great review because they sent an absolute creep to deliver the food. My wife answered the door and the dude had seen the US Marine Corps veteran license plates on my truck in the driveway. He asked her who the vet was and she said my husband. He starts telling her he's looking for a veteran to train with to get in shape. He was going to join the Marine Corps but they don't take people with criminal records. She made sure the door was locked when she closed it. So the next time she wants Cusimanos I can remind her about their all-star delivery driver and order Stevie V's instead. So delicious! We got a medium pizza and an antipasto. Portions we big, fresh and fabulous. Definitely going back. We ate there in their clean and spacious dining area. (I would suggest some music or turning up the brightness and sound on tvs to enhance the atmosphere.) I also suggest customers consider ordering ahead on busy nights, but even without, a typical wait for hot fresh food.

Great variety of food and ice cream. Perfect comfort food. The coleslaw served with the fish fry had a bit much horseradish in it. Can't wait to try the garbage plate. Hope it's as good as the original in Rochester.

I have to say the food is absolutely amazing. The pizza is perfect the subs are massive and tasty, but.... We happened to be there on an odd day, and for some reason just sitting inside was burning our skin. The air was hotter then inside the oven itself making it very difficult to enjoy our food. The staff was friendly the place was clean, it was 75°outside, but inside the air burned our skin in the dining area.

Had pizza and wings, other half claims the mild wings had a kick to them, I thought they were good, but maybe a minute less in the fryer. The pizza was a pleasant surprise. The sauce was perfect. They're generous with their toppings. We had pepperoni and mushrooms(fresh, not canned). It also seemed more cheesy than other pizzerias in the area. We will definitely order from here again.

Food has gotten better since they switched to the pizzeria. Quite a few options. Salads are good sized and fresh. We order out often and they are beyond fast with delivery... I am usually surprised by how quick it gets here... if you want delivery and don't want to wait the 1hr-1hr45min that other places take, def order from here!

Absolutely one of the best pizza joints in Lockport.. However an $8.00 delivery charge coming from Robinson Road to Green Street in the North End of Lockport is outrageous. That may keep me from getting their pizza again. A real shame. Their pizza is delicious...a wonderful cross between Lock City and Pizza Oven. Wonderful chewy thick crust, delicious sauce, and plenty of cheese. Lower your delivery price!!!!!

I had a roast beef on Wick, and it was delicious. No fat and fries. The lady came over to make sure our table was very happy with what we were eating. I think her name was Robin.

Good food at fair prices. I've only had the pizza and wings and once the wings weren't very good but the other half dozen times the wings were perfect. Large and saucy without being too saucy, the many flavors you can pick are all good. Pizza is good. We're not a sweet sauce house and they offer both thankfully. Specials are good with all sorts of combos to satisfy everyone. Menu is very very diverse but we haven't had a chance to try anything but pizza and wings. Ordering online is easy and has all the options you need without putting what you want under comments and hoping for the best.

Love the large menu, specials, and that there's usually a coupon or rewards savings too. The wings have some room for improvement which I never seem to remember when ordering, leading to disappointment hah. Overall we enjoy this restaurant and order regularly. Counter staff is always friendly as well.

Not bad. And a very nice facility, clean and open. Pretty greasy and crust was meh. Perhaps it was in the heater rack too long. But it's tough, there's much better pie to be had in Lockport.

Our first time there was good, we will be back to try more items from their extensive menu.

The food here is really good. We have never had any take out order that was disappointing. The service on the other hand..... doesn't meet the same stars as the food. Of my last 4 take out orders, 3 of the four had some sort of issue. Wrong order, missing items, wrong size pizza given. It is a shame because the quality of the food I've had has been great. Just check your order before you leave. Learned the hard way once.

Was pretty happy a year ago, now it's lost its touch. We got 12 wings, and a pizza. Pizza was okay, really just okay, but 3 wings were messed up bad. 2 were snapped and broken. It ruined the meat, not small easy to miss breaks. They were full blown snapped and junk. The other 1 was deformed severely, small, and because of that was so crispy it was inedible. I'll also add they don't do all flats. Most places do with no problem. Maybe that'll change one day but as of today is a hard no when we ask. If that changes we'd give it another go but ill guess it won't.

Calzone hardley any ham or pepperoni, all cheese especially in the 2 end pices, on a scale 1-10 I give it a 4

Update- I was unable to call about this. They called and left a message, as I was still busy, offering to fix the problem then and there. I really appreciate that, I plan on calling tomorrow, but them reaching out like that was amazing, imo. We've always loved you guys and great to see some businesses still care like that. Most of the time we have no issues, but I'm gonna be honest, they did not put hardly any mushrooms on our pizza. If I could add a picture of all 32 pieces of mushroom on the medium I would. Not cool guys and gals. Do better. The pie was also under cooked. Long time customer, kinda disappointed this time.

Most of the food is made to your expectations. On occasion, mistakes are made, but overall the quality and experience meet the expectations. Some constructive criticism for the management.. 1. Better menu layout. Make the menu make sense. Be descriptive. That way your customers know what to expect, and your staff knows what they are serving. 2. You want your product to appeal to as many people as possible, but without paying attention to standards and practices, the end experience is going to mostly disappointment instead of excellence. 3. If someone asks your staff “What’s in it” and the workers don’t know, that’s a problem. Your cooks know. Your manager knows. But the person taking the order at the counter does not? Why is that? It’s because the menu doesn’t say. Now, the customer wants to know. All of which can be avoided by putting on the menu… Golden BBQ sauce - a light honey glaze with hints of garlic and cinnamon Or - Golden honey mustard with a mixture of peach bourbon and maple syrup Or - Golden honey habanero spicy hot glaze with a little bit of lemon I can make Chik-Fil-a sauce, or at least a grownup version that’s enjoyable and has flavor, and know what to expect from it. If you’re going to make a product that half the restaurants in Buffalo make already, you need to describe what it is, not just what you call it. 5/24. Just a quick update.. we called to claim the credit the manager promised on this order with a fish fry and some loaded fries for my wife. As she was asking the clerk on the phone if she could use the online order coupon for the fries, the clerk said she could not apply it over the phone…and brushed it off with an “oh well”. 🤣💸

I don't usually leave a review but my food was this bad. I ordered a chicken finger sub last night and was terribly disappointed. There was 2 chicken fingers on a whole sub, bread not toasted, wrong cheese asked for extra sauce and it was dry. If you want to charge $14 dollars for a sub it should be worth it. Very disappointing. The busier this place is the worse their food gets. Very unfortunate.

The pizza was not cut thoroughly. Every ingredient was bland and overly salty. The dough was thick and floppy. The wings would be great but I don’t recommend the Canadian whiskey bbq, it not worth the up charge. The highlight of the meal was the 99 cent 2 liter.

Service on the phone for take out was exceptional. It’s too bad these were thee WORST chicken fingers we have ever ordered. Beyond greasy & the texture was off. When you bite into them rubbery texture. I could not eat them.

Few things 1. You should put gluten free in its own category because they always put cheese when I put no Cheese. 2. If someone orders gluten free then putting gluten smothered eggplant on a pizza doesn’t make much sense. 3. To young lady behind the counter I was very polite about you guys messing up. There was no reason to be so rude to me. Lose your attitude you’re in customer service. 4. my family and I order from there at least once a week sometimes twice a week but we are happy to take her business elsewhere.

I ordered delivery on a bills game night. I expected a long wait time but did not expect 2 hours for a pizza and 12 wings. When it finally came it was subpar. Pizza was not good and the wings were flavorless. Won’t order from here again, next time I’m sticking with pizza oven or molinaros.

The pizza is good. Decided to try a sub. Roll didn't taste fresh, swimming in mayo, almost 0 lettuce and no cheese when I got it home. I clearly stated provolone cheese 3x to the cashier taking my order.

So we ordered $75 worth of food for delivery. They say 30-35 minutes. Awesome. Well an hour passes and we finally call to see what’s going on. No apology or anything. Just said the driver had other stops to make. 1st strike. Pizzas are significantly smaller than other local places. Not to mention the dough is extremely chewy. 2nd strike. Ordered wings with extra sauce and not cooked crispy. Got the complete opposite. Bone dry, no sauce, and cooked to a crisp 3rd strike. Lastly, got 1/4 a way through the large pizza and took a bite with a long hair in it. Absolutely disgusting. 4th strike. We heard great things about this place but we’re sadly disappointed.

First asked for pep... only half had pep.... say you're running out and can't do a whole pep.... second got the stuffed crust.... straight hollow and oil coming out the crust... 3rd, got hot wins that were more mild than the mild wings...... stay in rochester if that the way they like it but closer to Buffalo, you can't compete.... just well below par

Very disappointed in the food and service. The last 3 times I ordered it has been incorrect. I keep ordering thick crust and don't receive it. I've ordered 2 liter grape crush and did not get it. The last order the crust was incorrect hardly any cheese, they cheese with fries did not get and mozzarella sticks no sauce. Paid close to $100 and no one wanted to eat it.

I used to love this place would oder here all the time but my last 2 times ordering here were not good first time when my pizza and wings were delivered pizza was cold i had to put it in oven to reheat it and i mean cold not even warm and the wings that were ordered mild had over a inch of hot sause in container soaking them i did not eat them they never used to be like this and my most recent order same thing with wings over a inch of hot sause in container so i will no longer be ordering anything from here anymore the quality has just gone way down hill

Bought a pizza and wing combo at 5:30 on a Saturday, the wings were soggy and you can tell them have been in a hot pan for hours and were bland. The pizza was greasy and heavy, the quality has down from the last time we have been in here a few years ago. Very disappointing.

Very unhappy changing my review. The last 3 times i have ordered from here the food shows up late not like 5 or 10 min but 30 min and an hour late on another occasion. Last time i got my order my fingers were sideways and the hott sauce was not sealed and i leaked hott sauce all over my floor called them to rectify the situation and they gave me a 10 doller credit on a 40 dollar order for cold food a blt sub made with bacon bits and very little on it and ice cold tenders that i had to put in the oven. All done with cuzis u guys swung and just kept missing

If I could give less, I would. Customer service is atrocious. "Manager" Joe was racist and cussing at me over me ordering a bbq chicken finger pizza on DoorDash. When I received it, the thing was smothered with peppers and onions.. did not receive our blue cheese that we PAID for. So then I go to the place and they lock all doors and ignore me, then called the cops on me.. what kind of Buisness is being ran here. Really sad I moved out to Lockport or even back to this country. Veteran of the U.S Army and I'm treated like Garbage. Unbelievable. Never will I order from here again and I don't recommend this place at all! Part two: Saying that I was under the influence is crazy. I came to your establishment after you robbed me of my Blue Cheese. It’s amazing how you stick up for your under paid employees but have no idea what the real story is. I have the whole conversation recorded. I spoke with three different women when I arrived as well. I asked them if they could get my blue cheese for me and after I waiting outside for over 10 minutes, I left. No one was irate or threatening, like what? STAY FAR AWAY!!

I've worked at several pizzerias and I have NEVER experienced uncooked pizza like this. The dough was so wet and soggy that we ended up having to cook it in our oven. At that point might as well have given it to us frozen.

They completely screwed up the order. Wrong toppings than what I asked for and the wings were awful. Not only did they get the pizza order wrong, they also screwed up the wing order. I ordered 12 wings and asked if I could do half garlic parm and half jerk. They said they were only able to do that with a 24ct order. Understanding that this is probably their policy, I tried to work with them and offered to pay an extra $1-$2 or whatever they thought was fair, and they still said they couldn't do it. i finally ordered 12 wings with garlic parm and a side of jerk sauce. What did I get? ...12 plain wings (completely overcooked and dried out) and one side of jerk sauce. they weren't even edible. so i basically paid $40 for one of the worst meals I've ever had. Will not be ordering here ever again. Way overpriced for extremely sub par food

Literally one of the worst pizza I have had in a while, nothing about it was good. Sauce had a weird watery canned flavor too it, cheese was off putting, the crust lacked any flavor and color, nevertheless the dough itself was so soft and not even all that crispy, could barely finish the slice. A frozen pizza from Walmart would of been 100 times better and cheaper compared too the $20 dumpster fire I got tonight. There’s so many other better places in Lockport to go too so I’d advise looking elsewhere if you want an appetizing pizza

Food was good but the service not so much. I ordered 2 roast beef sandwiches and 2 drinks as well as an order of onion rings. I got the sandwiches and drinks but no onion rings. The cashier said she didn’t hear me ask for the rings.

Well after giving this place multiple tries, i can officially say they SUCK. First time was passable my chicken fingers were decent but my wifes wings were soggy and a couple still had some rawness to them. Second time i tried their calzone and it was burnt and chewy and my last time i got the stromboli and it was over done outside and full raw dough and i ended up getting sick. My advice stay away from this place!!!

We just left Cusimano’s and went to Sunny’s because we waited 40 minutes for our order and when we asked the status of it no one knew what was going on. Even though we had already paid they seemed clueless as to the existence of the order. They didn’t seem too concerned about it. I had also planned on bringing a take out order home for the kids. So you lost an $80 order tonight. Disappointing.

I’m allergic to pork and they rang me up for a turkey club which I specifically said turkey sub and when I brought it to the managers attention. He asked me what to do. What a silly question. Obviously I wanted it made the way I wanted it. Then when I go back to pick it up. I guess I was wrong for asking for my change from the female manager on duty. Very poor service and very RUDE!!!!!

We ordered wings. They were brought to us within 5 minutes. They were old and not even warm .We asked for new wings but I believe they were the same wings (a little warmer). They were also brought to us within 5 minutes. It takes longer than that to cook wings. We had them last week and they were delicious. Very disappointed this time. We really liked this restaurant but not sure we will be back.

Ordered a large pizza for pick up, Got all the way home with the pizza and it wasn’t cut at all. Never heard of a pizza shop selling whole pies LITERALLY.

Took my daughters there for subs, they ordered BLT I ordered a Chicken finger sub. Total was 44. For 2 full and one half. Mostly bread and bacon. The worse part was the man handed us a number, saufmd it would be out in 10 min. we waited 35 minutes. Place was empty. The food was just sitting to go on top of the oven mushy. Never going there again.

They cut down on the amount of cheese and increased the dough amount. It's not a good pizza i called to complain and that's what she told me. Didn't offer to fix it or nothing. It was not a good pizza. Paper thin cheese and to much dough. Cutting corners cause of prices isn't a good look. I am weekly customer and i am done. I won't be ordering here anymore. You lost a customer and I'm sure more to come. Sad part they have become my fav place. Guess im back other places. Not gonna be wasting my money. My kids didn't even like it. Terrible 😔😞

Medina store. Had a bad experience. Ordered pizza and wings on a Saturday night. Understand they were busy but nothing was cooked through. We had to bake wings another 20 mins. and pizza was very under done. We live 20 minutes away and wasn't going to spend time or gas to take it back. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Horrible Everytime. Saucy mess of no effort. Hard to chew, Asked for half pep, got full pep. And the pep is nothing to brag about. One side of the pizza was totally without cheese. Last time the subs were so screwed up we tossed them rather than drive back from Gasport. But gave another try. I'm hard on Lockport pizza being brought up on Bocce and Junction, but this is just a combination of low effort workers and just gas station pizza.

Pizza was burnt on the bottom, but uncooked on top and that was not pizza sauce, it was more of an overly sweet marinara sauce… wings were overcooked, super dry and absolutely no flavor with the garlic parm. With the amount of money spent, it definitely should have been better than this… will not be going back.

Just ordered pizza for my 3 kids and a sub for myself. Pizza is BURNT my sub is just disgusting never again if I can post pictures i so would !!! AND TO TOP IT OFF MANAGER SAID THEY WILL REFUND MY MONEY I WAITED GAVE BENEFIT OF DOUBT AND ITS BEEN OVER 2 WEEKS! SO THE MANAGER HAD LIED TO ME ABOUT THAT . I ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS PLACE

I stopped to get a couple subs last night and had the worst experience and sub ever. I waited in line over a half hour just to place my order! When I got up to the counter the only one person taking orders, left me to answer the phone. That took several minutes while I continued to wait. When I finally placed my order I told them I wanted my rolls toasted. Most places automatically do this but I made sure I asked. I also wanted the second sub cut in half and put in two separate bags. It look another 25 minutes for me to get my subs!!! An hour for TWO subs??? Then I looked in the bag and they didn’t cut the one in half and wrap it separately. I checked to make sure the rolls were toasted and they weren’t!!! Of course I complained. An hour to get two salami subs and the order wasn’t even correct! The girl at the counter did offer to remake them but there was no way I was waiting another half hour so I took them like they were. THEN I got home and my husband said there’s no meat on this sub! A bread sandwich! He was right. There was maybe six thin slices of salami on each half. Luckily I had some salami in the fridge at home and added to it. Salami is cheap! $31.03 for two salami subs that took over and hour, were wrong, and I had to add meat. Let me assure you, I get subs other places and never have had to ask for more meat, or add to it at home. Needless to say, I won’t be going back. We have too many good restaurants and sub shops to go there again. I did take a picture but no way to upload it here. You would see I’m not exaggerating.

Hey, do me a favor, when its dinner time hours, make sure your slices are not from the previous day. Couldn't believe crust could get harder then asphalt, and sauce actually burn away till it colors the existing dough red. Do better...and No didn't ask for a refund when I'm miles away after getting it to go. Would have been different if tried in store....

We ordered an xl cup & char pepperoni pizza with thick crust…this is what we got. Paper thin, with traditional pepperoni. When we questioned the quality lady just shrugged it off as an oh well.
