I was here at 5:15 and the two girls helping me were so nice and made me the best drink! Didn’t have to wait long at all and the service was awesome. Will definitely be coming back

I love that this location has a drive thru! I've found the customer service here to be friendly and efficient. My husband requested a secret menu smoothie that the staff had never heard of, however they nailed it perfectly after showing them the recipe.

My dine in experience has always been great as well. I definitely recommend giving it a try. It's located near lots of fun shopping also, and has See's Candy and Crumbl cookies as neighbors. I usually enjoy Jamba Juice quite a bit but this last drink (Mega Mango) was very bland & far from being sweet at all. Had to add honey at home just to make it drinkable & even still it didnt taste like mangos at all. Dont think I will be returning anytime soon (Update) I was contacted by the General Manager & offered a remake. Went in & got a Caribbean Passion & it was much much better. Flavor was good & drink was sweet but not to sweet. I enjoyed it much more & very satisfied in how they handled their customer service.

Always yummy. Indulge in a belgian waffle & you won't be sorry. Menu could be clearer about my ability to substitute fruits & such.

About 9 cars ahead of me, but, I got to the drive-up window pretty quick and the cashier was customer friendly.

This was my first visit to any Jamba. I found it to be a clean and inviting place. The order was delicious.

Had a large Strawberry Wild with a vitamin shot! Was refreshing and delicious 😊People working are very pleasant and the store is spacious and clean. Very bright atmosphere!

I like this store but I have another closer to me. Lodi has excellent customer service though I find my usual razzmatazz is often different from the time before... a little more tart, a lot more banana, or maybe quite sweet, no consistency. The trinity parkway store has good customer service also, they have flavors the other store says have been discontinued, more consistent flavors, but alas no drive through.

Quick service and a nice place to chill out. My friends came and made our order and to our surprise its already ready. Service is quick and staff are pleasing as well. I would be coming back again to enjoy nutritious drink to enjoy with family and friends.

They used to have that, but I guess not anymore. Bring that menu back!

Have been here a whole bunch of times al great Experiences except yesterday ordered a mega-mango the taste was horrible like one of the fruit or juice had went bad tasted like beer. Got food poisoning. Will be waiting a while before I come back

At every Jamba in the country! When ordering a drink with added whey protein you always get handed the next size cup up.. the protein froths! Every single time now at this Lodi Jamba they throw away the “extra” that you PAID! for..!!! They had a guy that was awful about it now there is a girl with the same smug look! Ha!!! On top of that they give you a smug look look like, “yeah, we threw away your money…” I don’t think I’ll be coming back here…!!!

On Friday September 6, at 3pm I ordered two watermelon freezes. One, size small and the other size large. The small size was fine but the large was terrible. While drinking my beverage, I discovered 10 whole strawberries not blended at the bottom of my cup. 😤 just wish the drink wasn’t rushed and I live in Stockton. So, the drive back after my discovery wouldn’t be worth going back in person.

My husband went in to get my daily smoothie. I have perfected the perfect smoothie for me. It has A large orange dream machine. I customize it by substituting the soy milk with juice. Adding 2 extra scoops of orange sherbet and extra froyo then adding 24 shots of 3g energy. I have been ordering it sometimes up to twice a day. Even checking my blood pressure to make sure it never went above 107. Now today when my husband goes to pick up my order he was refused. They stated that the energy shots were capped at 5 cititng fear of legal action if they gave me more. But what I could do is buy 5 drinks or even 100 drinks and get them all with 5 energy shots and drink all I want. I just can't get it in one drink. They would never have had a legal problem with me before. But I'm pretty sure they might have one now. Their problem isn't with how much 3g energy I consume. Their problem is giving it to me in one drink so that they can charge me higher prices to pay for additional entire drinks. That isn't legal.

HORRIBLE!!!!!! Worst service ever, terrible staff with attitude and the drinks have no flavor, chunks left behind in beverages. Orange juice already in container. Rather go to elk grove or stockton for a GOOD drink. 😡🍹

So sad I've tried this place a couple of times and both times they messed up my order and shorted my drinks (shorted by a 1/3 of my cup) when I tried to point it out to them they refused to remake my order and told me there was nothing they could do about my order coming up short.

When you order a drink from Jamba Juice it should be filled to at least close to the top and not missing more than a couple of inches of drink!!

The bowl is smaller than it used to be, there is barely any fruit, it's filled only about 3/4 of the bowl and can't even taste any peanut butter. Terrible value. These used to be good but Jamba clearly doesn't care about value anymore. Stop asking for 20% tip for zero service. Your literally handing me a smoothie. I'm done with this brand.

Called the store & advised the young lady to be sure to double check the tops are securely attached to the bowel before handing it over to customers. She apologized & said to have a goodnight. Always visit this store never had a problem before.

It had been ready and was melted. No one changed the status of the order so it can be brought out to me. I let them know it was melted and instead of remaking it the young lady added ice and reblended which waters the flavor down. Complete waste of my time

My drink wasn’t blended well either and they gave me the wrong size cup even after I corrected her and said I wanted a large cup. I didn’t bother to get it corrected because I will not be giving them by business. Unprofessional and just rude.

15+ minute wait in the drive-thru for a smoothie is excessive. If you’re in a hurry, I wouldn’t recommend using the drive-thru at this location.

I specifically put the cups that were on the floor for a good 3-4 minute on the side so she could throw them away but no she put them back in the stack of cups right in front of me. Maybe some people don’t care but to me that was very unsanitary. I told her AGAIN “ the stack to the side was one the floor” she said “oh was it this stack?” and took two cups off the top and threw those away. I was like wow . I almost wanted to walk out but I promised my kids Jamba! lol. And I made sure she didn’t take a stack from the ones on the floor when making my drink.
