Hey, your business was not nearly busy enough for you to act like you need to get me out as soon as humanly possible. I was in your store for approximately 6 minutes. How about you slow down and actually listen to me? You would have made my sandwich correctly. Cause when someone says they don't want their sandwich toasted. It doesn't mean toasted, so please. Slow down and actually listen to what your customers are asking you to do.
Arrived at 8:30p as both Google and the store says they close at 9p. They were closed. I called and the girl said they close at 8:30p. Horrible service, not sure about the food.

Ordered 4 sandwiches and all 4 had almost no toppings on them. Unfortunately we ordered online so didn’t see them until we were at home. Wish I could upload a picture. This subway has gone downhill bad.
Walked in yesterday at 8:30 and the lady working said they were closed. Mind you there were 2 people inside ordering and it’s posted on the building they close at 9 everyday. Online hours also say the same thing.
Accidentally ordered at this location through the app. I ALWAYS order to Reynolds Ranch. I have the same order every time and my subs were significantly skinnier than usual. The loaves are thinner and the overall portions are smaller than any subway ive been to. Visit this location if you want to eat nothing but bread.
WORST SUBWAY IVE EVER BEEN TO. We didn’t read reviews before going and we wish we had. There are so many bad reviews about this particular subway and the negativity is accurate. They hardly put anything on your sandwich right in front of you. Management I hope you change this you have all the tools to do better but are choosing to in a way rip people off.
Sign says 8:30, stood there waiting til 8:45 before leaving, got told "we're not open yet" at 8:30, the posted time on the door AND on here, not to mention the rudeness received was WILD.
As a New Customer, I was Disappointed. They, Subway on Kettleman Advertise that they close at 8pm. I arrived at 7:29pm and not Only was the door locked, but also the Cashier was closing out her drawer. This was False Advertisement! I will Not be Returning as a Customer.

I show up at the store and ask the guy working there do I have to use the app to buy the two footlongs to get one footlong free and he says no. so I order the 3 ft longs and 12 chocolate chip cookies. As I paid I asked the cashier if the buy two get one free price and she nods her head. I leave and then as I look at the receipt I realized that they charged me for three subs I went back in and she's goes we don't honor the coupon at this site but when I go on to the app and order online they do honor it and something told me to check the cookies and I only got 11 cookies instead of 12 so make sure you guys check before you buy at this store
