Camareros atentisimos. Tortillas para llevar... Para repetir!
The tortilla was amazing. We got it to go and it was so juicy. Arabella's service was excellent. We'll definitely order again.
What a surprise! I went in for a coffee and left with one of their many tortillas. Incredible and delicious, made fresh to order, so truly homemade. If you go, be sure to buy at least one!
What a wonderful stop, lovely food and service accompanied by the best coffee

Friendly and fast service for food and drinks. The food was ok, nothing special. It was good for the price and speed of delivery. Lots of free parking nearby.
They've really gone downhill. I was already annoyed that I sometimes found eggshells in my takeaway orders, but having such an inefficient customer service system is just another problem. The poor waiter is constantly pacing back and forth, and the waitresses behind the bar, completely unfazed, still have the nerve to tell me no, to wait at the table to be served, as if serving me the tapas directly would be a huge effort, when they're just standing around. If they were actually doing something, well, I'd understand, but otherwise, it's just making me wait for no reason.
It's famous for its tortillas, which are quite good. The rest of the tapas are good, but nothing special, perfect for a quick getaway or for an event. The service is actually poor. The prices are relatively high, and the atmosphere is cold and gentrified, giving the neighborhood the impression of just another place without personality.
After a long time away, I called to order a potato omelet without onions. They told me I have to reserve it 24 hours in advance and that they only have them with onions, but I'm allergic to onions. They don't have any potato omelet pintxos without onions at the bar either. Lots of hype, but little dignity...
Today I went to Portovecchio and ordered some croquettes to go. I asked the waitress right from the start if they could be to go, and I waited about 15 minutes. Then another waiter brought me the croquettes on a plate, and when I politely explained that they were to go, she gave me a disgusted look. I repeated that I already told the girl, and she got another disgusted look when she gave them to me and when I paid. Hahaha. Sorry, but I work in the hospitality industry too, and if someone asks me for something right from the start and I make a mistake or forget, I don't just look at people with a disgusted look on their face as if I'd ruined their afternoon by putting croquettes in a box.
The worst in all of Logroño. The waitress's (a Latina) service leaves much to be desired. The croquettes were frozen, and when we asked, they brought them out of the microwave completely overcooked, with no crispiness whatsoever. Bad food and rude service, a great combination.
The girl's service is terrible. She practically tells you to get up and order inside. If you call her, she pretends not to hear you. And if she comes, she's rude. We order, and she brings us some frozen, dry, horrible croquettes. The other guy is fed up... It's definitely better to go to the other ones, on the King's Rod or the Lardero.
Amazing!!! Bad!!! I ordered a stuffed tortilla and it came without filling. I called to report it and a girl helped me, friendly but a little confused, normal, about my complaint... Then she told me to contact the manager. I asked for her phone number so I could send a photo... And she helped me very angrily without listening to my complaint... I should have been better off not answering... I'll never come back!!! Come on, I'm not coming back!!!!
I'm not usually picky about food, but lately I've been ordering tortillas from this place several times, sometimes salty and other times completely bland. Yesterday, I ordered 10 tortillas for a business meeting, and to my surprise, they were unsalted. AWFUL. As you can understand, after this experience, I won't be ordering from this place again. I hope the kitchen manager pays more attention. Thank you.
I don't usually leave negative reviews, much less one-star ones, but with all due respect to the establishment, I wanted to warn future customers about my experience. It's a good place to buy tortillas because they're tasty, and even though prices are going up, they're still worth it. However, don't stray from the menu because if you decide to order anything from the bar, be prepared to pay a hefty price. In my case, I ordered what you see in the photos (a non-alcoholic beer, a small draft beer, a tapa of octopus in vinaigrette, and a tapa of cod) for the exorbitant price of €35.30 in total. I understand that prices have generally gone up, but this is something else entirely. So, if you're thinking of stopping by, you're better off going somewhere else; you're sure to pay less.
