Simon Bradley the executive chef from North London's finest Restaurant in North London in Swiss Cottage invited me to his Chefs Kitchen to taste his amazing food. The team prepared probably the best food in the area . The Fillet Steak was prepared and cooked to perfection , medium rare and pink in the middle and simply delicious ! The glass of Gran Dominio Crianza Rioja 2021 was matched perfectly to the steak .The home made Vanilla Ice Cream and Blackberry Sorbet was a tasy treat to finish off the meal . All in all an outstanding meal and Bradleys is a real hidden gem and I will definitely be going back with all my family .

A fantastic Sunday roast and lunch experience! They have a great 2 course meal for 37 and 3 course for 42 which is a bargain for that part of town and it was delish! The beef rib roast was divine and perfectly cooked. They even ask you how well done you want it. Will be coming back after my monthly acupuncture sessions next door.

Great food, relaxed but attentive service and lovely ambience. A restaurant that deserves its success.

We had a really enjoyable evening, with truly excellent food and wine, interesting menu, and friendly service. Thank you! My favourite restaurant, and somewhere I can confidently highly recommend to others! The special breads are a really nice feature, creating a good impression right from the start!

Pre-theatre meal. A beautiful restaurant, possibly the nicest in the vicinity. Friendly and attentive front of house staff. The food was exceptionally good and nicer than at some of the leading hotels in central London, compliments to the chef!

Such a beautiful place!!! I will 100% be back! 1. Food: absolutely stunning food, at fair prices. Every single dish was perfect (even the bread!). The flavours were delicate, the portions were fair. 10/10! 2. Service: 2 lovely waiters, very knowledgeable and kind, explained the menu super well. We even got a nice little surprise with dessert as we recently got married ♥️ Great service! 3. The place: beautiful restaurant, lovely lush garden at the back - stunning! 4. Price: not a cheap restaurant, we had a £40pp Sunday lunch menu, but it’s fairly priced for the quality of the food!

This is a place that is known as a great meal and meet up before going to the local theatre. But having eaten there tonight, I think it's a destination restaurant in its own right. Homemade bread a varied menu everything about this place screams class and it's such a reasonable price too. Can recommend this highly enough.

We loved our meal at Bradley's. The service was attentive, the food was delicious (best we've had this London visit; highly recommend v the lamb rump), wine was tasty and prices reasonable. The room is lovely, and even full, it was not too loud.

This is such a lovely restaurant, the oasis of calmness and home of incredible tastes! I had such a warm welcome and the summer set menu is just excellent. I cannot recommend enough the gooseberry crumble dessert!

Came recently with a friend, there was a special 3 course for 30£. We booked at 830pm and it was great. The restaurant wasn’t busy, the staff was friendly, helpful, and most important the food was fantastic. I loved the lamb for my mains. Highly recommend specially with the OpenTable deal.

Great atmosphere, a wonderful personable server suggested a delicious wine to accompany the tortellini that we ordered and enjoyed. A lovely meal before heading over to Hampstead Theatre.

We had a superb pre-theatre set menu here. Excellent service, fantastic 'wine of the season'. Perfect.

Very nice dinner at Bradley’s - got a three-course meal with pumpkin soup, risotto and creme brulee, all for £26. Wine was reasonably priced too. The staff were friendly and polite, and the restaurant was not too busy on a weeknight which made for a relaxed evening. Good to find this hidden gem - would go back 👍

Bradleys is the perfect combination of the excellence you expect from a destination restaurant with the friendliness and personal touch that comes with a neighbourhood restaurant. This was the perfect pre-Theatre supper; a well-chosen menu served in a timely, unhurried way by staff who know what they're doing. Enjoy!

As always, there is exquisite food being produced by the Bradley's kitchen - as well as a proper classic Champagne cocktail.... Every visit here is a joy.

The food was excellent and I couldn't improve on the butternut squash soup. Simon Bradley kindly sent me his recipe for the soup.

Very good menu choice, excellent service and very reasonably priced for a fine dining restaurant, I will definitely return.

Was there for lunch in August 2018, and I liked it a lot. Was served warm bread with butter and then some tasty cheese with sauce dish. These were complimentary. I ordered the duck dish for main course with a side of potatoes. And they were both delicious! The service was good and prompt too. Nice quiet place.

The restaurant is run very well. The MD is just friendly enough not to make it off putting. Perfect balance of hospitality. I opted for the set menu. The food arrived at the right temperature and was perfectly seasoned. I think it was the first time when I didn’t have to ask for wait and pepper in a restaurant. Definitely deserving of the awards it won. Highly recommend.

We’ve been going to Bradley’s restaurant for 30 years. Our recent experience was as always fabulous. The fish soup and twice baked soufflé are favourites , all the mains are flavourful and beautifully presented, as are the desserts which rival the top restaurants in finesse. My favourite is the dessert soufflé though none disappoint. Chef/owner Simon should be congratulated on producing consistently delicious food - unpretentious, professional service- and excellent value.

We have been going to Bradley’s for many years. It never fails to over deliver. The food is consistently excellent - delicious, packed with flavour and beautifully presented. The fish is particularly excellent and there are good vegan and vegetarian options.Prices are reasonable for the quality of food, far excelling the many mediocre London restaurants that seem to get accolades these days. The wine list is good and well priced and service is excellent too. It is modern, without being faddish. Highly recommended.

We came here for Sunday lunch. I liked everything about it. Nice decor, great menu, food and service. I had the lamb which was delicious. Others enjoyed the roast beef and the schnitzel. It was a friend's birthday and they made a lovely birthday dessert for her. We will be back!

Great pre-theatre meal. We will definitely be back when we come and see another play at the theatre.

The food here is simply delicious. I struggle to find a Michelin star restaurant than can match Bradley's - if you enjoy French cuisine. I highly recommend the duck, the dauphinoise potatoes - and the rhubarb martini is exquisite! (And I don't even like rhubarb!) It is just beautifully cooked and presented. Oh, and don't even get me started on their souffle! I would give a four for atmosphere because although it is a lovely restaurant I find it a little chilly temperature-wise but you soon warm up once you're eating! Overall, definitely 5 star!

I booked a group for this restaurant and I couldn’t be happier! Ronald was fantastic from getting the reservation confirmed to making sure everything was perfect for the group while at the restaurant. The food, service, and atmosphere was great. I would highly recommend!

Wonderful local independent restaurant. Perfect for pre-theatre. Stand-out dish was goose breast, with red cabbage, roast parsnips and dauphinoise potatoes. Attentive service. Good half bottle selection if your dining partner isn't drinking. One star off only for having to ask to turn the heating up on a cold day.

Second time dining at this restaurant and enjoyed it very much both times. It’s not inexpensive but all things considered it’s good value for money especially the pre/post theatre set menu. Seating is quite comfortable and it’s not especially noisy both of which suggest they have made investments in their customers’ comfort and overall experience. Will very likely go back again.

Surprised this restaurant is not on the Michelin Guide yet but I am sure it will soon. Perfect presentation of dishes and incredibly tasty. They have really mastered the fusion between French and British cuisine. Staff are absolutely lovely and super efficient too. Selection of wine and champagne is fabulous which is much appreciated. Finally, this is a dog friendly restaurant and they carefully select a table for you so that you and your pooch are comfortable without disturbing any customers that might not appreciate dogs. Bradley's staff: thank you for making our Friday nights always special, Sarah and Pamela

Great atmosphere. 3 meals course for 24 pounds. Was great but take into account that each meal is very big size;)

Nice restaurant inside and waitors were attentive to our needs. Good vegan options, wine selection is good. Only thing is it is a little more on the expensive side. The bread is delicious and the pear tart tatin is gorgeous

Lovely location in Swiss Cottage near Hampstead Theatre. Nice menu and good service overall with a nice ambience. We had the set 3 course dinner at £40 each, and this surprised all of us as it was actually very good and certainly not that inferior to the a la carte menu choices. We had fish soup, Schnitzel, and creme brulee and cheese combinations. The only word of advice here is do not book a table at 730pm as we had to wait for the pre theatre crowd to leave the restaurant before we could sit down and we had to wait for at least 25 minutes so I suggest booking at 8pm. This would have been 5* overall if it wasn't for the issue of the long wait at the beginnig AND the attitude of the Manager, who was obviously rather stressed, as he was very rude to his staff and didn't seem to mind shouting at them in front of customers. I found this rather uncomfortable and completely unacceptable. Recommended for the food alone, and as long as the manager is not feeling stressed, you will have an amazing meal and a surprisingly reasonable final bill.

Relatively small restaurant with tasty food. Slightly crowded but ideal for a pre-theatre meal when seeing a play at Hampstead Theatre.

Went with friends to check this place in our neighborhood and were fairly pleased. Some of the dishes are top class while others are of good quality. Wine list is solid. Service is good and would've been rated 5 if we did not get reminded at least 10 times how busy our waiter was and hope difficult it was for him to keep up with all the orders - which he did magnificently)

I am replying to the pathetic and immature response to my truthful review and account of the events of my daughters 40th birthday at Bradleys. Just to put the record straight - the withholding of the service charge was for the total and complete lack of service, rudeness and any basic understanding of how to deal with an unhappy customer. As you can see I gave the food 4 stars and the only issue on the night was Basil (not aware of the waiter/manager's name) but Basil seems suitable anyway. After he decided to hand over to another staff member the rest of the meal was perfectly OK. My daughter and I do NOT like being called liars as we 100% ordered 5 Holsteins for the entire party with the only exception being one without Anchovies which was not done in any case. All you have done with your response is demonstrate your complete lack of any customer awareness and FYI We have never had anything close to this anywhere else in the World. Hopefully no-one else will be subjected to the same treatment but I very much doubt it........... I attended Bradley's for a pre theatre dinner with my wife and daughters as we were celebrating my eldest's 40th birthday. The food was good but the service was absolutely appalling. The waiter who apparently was also the Manager could have been Basil Fawlty's son! I have never previously experienced such a total lack of service and understanding of what that entails. We ordered 5 Holstein Schnitzels and one was brought out plain. This was pointed out politely to him and he seemed only interested in arguing that he took the order correctly. Eventually he agreed to check with the chef ?? He came back and stated that the chef was too busy to fry an egg and add capers and then tried to show us his notes from taking the order. NO apologies and we were served by another waiter for the duration of the meal. Unsurprisingly we will NOT be returning there. I am sure Basil would have approved.
