I visited after a long time due to a previous bad experience at other Vietnamese restaurants, but I must say their food is truly delicious. As a pure vegetarian, I tried the vegan chicken with rice, and it was fantastic. My friend had chicken rice. I found it a bit pricey, but I think it's worth it. I would 100% recommend it!

Pho restaurant is really good if you want to try some authentic Pho from Vietnam. Staff here are very friendly and the atmosphere is very nice and comfy. For drinks, try espresso martini made from condensed milk and topped with star anise, it’s very refreshing and much better than original espresso martini. Highly, recommend lemon grass ginger tea, especially in winter cold days, it’s very soothing.

Food was delicious, had the chicken wings, fried morning glory, pho beef brisket and pho chicken classic soup. All were well made and tasty! Our server Sylwia was very attentive and gave customer service! Will come again!

The food is amazing. We had the spicy chicken curry which was so so good I’ve been craving it again since I ate it, the curry noodle soup, and a combination of starters. The soup was so delicious and perfect to eat in the winter, the starters were good too. The service was really helpful and friendly, the waiter had no problem explaining the dishes to us and pointing out his favourites . I am unsure if it’s authentic Vietnamese food, but it’s really really delicious. This branch is a lot quieter than the branch in Covent Garden, which I’ve also been to, so if you’re looking for a quieter atmosphere this location is perfect. Would definitely come here again.

Lovely place, extremely friendly welcoming staff. Customer service is at it's best.Pleasant environment and great, fresh food! We had curry noodle soup 🍲 my favourite for the evening, beef combo, hot and spicy soup 🔥. Also had beef betel and spring rolls for starters. For dessert-Warm pandan waffle with melting coconut 🥥 ice cream! I also recommend their homemade lemonade-so delicious 😋 Enjoyed our evening there 💚

Every time I’ve been to this pho restaurant, I’ve left happy. The food is always delicious, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff is consistently friendly. On my most recent visit, Eric was especially lovely — he was helpful, attentive, and made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful dining experience here recently. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the food hit the mark across. The food • Chicken Wings: These were a huge hit! They are my son’s favourite and they didn’t disappoint perfectly crispy and flavourful. • The Classics: The Pho had a beautiful, aromatic broth that felt authentic and comforting. My husband had Curry, which was rich, fragrant, and packed with depth. • Banana Fritters: We ended the meal with the banana fritters. They were the perfect level of sweetness and provided a great crunch. The Service A special shoutout to our waiter, Revell. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure our orders came out perfectly. It’s rare to find service that is both professional and genuinely warm. Thank you again Revell.

One of our favorite places where not only the food is always great, but also the team that creates the atmosphere. All the staff is very welcoming from the moment we are greeted, and everyone we interact with is very friendly in a way that makes the place feel relaxed, personal, and full of warmth. Revell and JC, in particular, are always there with that easy, engaging conversation that has become such a signature part of the chatty place experience. They are attentive without ever feeling intrusive, checking in just enough to make sure everything is going smoothly. They always care about their guests and strike that rare balance of professionalism and down‑to‑earth charm that makes you feel genuinely looked after. The little touches, thoughtful recommendations, quick service even during busy moments, and a sense that nothing is too much trouble creates a lovely experience overall.

I’ve been here a few times, and it’s always been incredible! My partner has severe crustaceans and molluscs allergies and the team are always very attentive. I recommend the classic chicken curry, and the spring rolls with the peanut sauce! Definitely my favourite but, you won’t be disappointed with anything.

I had a wonderful experience at Pho Ealing. The food was fresh, vibrant and full of flavour. Everything you want from great Vietnamese cooking. The broth was rich and comforting, the noodles perfectly cooked, and the sides came out tasting incredibly fresh. But what really made the visit special was the service. JC was outstanding, friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from the moment we arrived. They took the time to explain menu options, checked in at just the right moments, and made sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to come across someone who elevates the whole dining experience like that. If you’re in Ealing and craving something delicious in a relaxed setting with excellent service, I’d definitely recommend Pho. And if you’re lucky, hopefully JC will be looking after your table too!

This is definitely one of the best places in ealing! The pho is always so delicious :D and hyper quick!!! Staff is always very friendly, responsive and polite. I love coming here with my girlfriend as we both have our favourite soups!

Had dinner here yesterday, the food was fantastic! I got the chicken pho and vegetable spring rolls; all very delicious and the peanut sauce especially was great! My server Per was delightful, very polite and helpful and gave good recommendations! Restaurant was lovely, very good vibes! Will definitely be back!

It was our first time visiting Pho in Ealing, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed so warmly by Rugile, who took exceptional care of us throughout our meal. She greeted us with a bright smile every time she came by and checked in often to make sure we were enjoying our food. The rest of the team were also polite and friendly, but a special shout-out definitely goes to Rugile for making our visit memorable. We’ll be back!

I recently dined at this Vietnamese restaurant and had a pleasant experience overall. The food was okay. I ordered the Spicy beef noodle, Vietnamese coffee, and summer rolls, which were decent but didn’t quite stand out compared to other places I’ve tried. What truly made the visit special was the exceptional service, especially from JC. He was incredibly friendly and supportive throughout the meal. His attentiveness and positive energy added so much to the experience. JC really went above and beyond, and I’d come back just for the service alone.

Owen was attentive the entire time. He is excellent in service. We visited from Mexico, and we will return to the restaurant because of Owen's great attention and the excellent food at the restaurant.

The waitress called, Julie, was excellent in her service, mannerisms and paid attention to detail; including extra support for our sight impaired friend! We appreciate the service and high standard in general. We’ll definitely be coming again soon.

The food and service is great! Really authentic Pho. Even our kids love their Pho. This is where you should go for Asian food ❤️ We were met by Revell upon arrival and was able to assist us all the way. He was able to anticipate what we needed, specially with kids. Food was great! Nothing like a warm bowl of pho on a cold autumnal night. I went for the steak and garlic one it was pretty damn goooooood. Monika was lovely and took care of us making sure we got everything we wanted and it was all to a good standard.

We are frequent patrons of Pho—so frequent, in fact, that we've lost count of our visits! The food here is consistently absolutely amazing, and the flavors are truly mouth-bursting. My personal favorite is the Spicy Beef Brisket Soup, which is rich, warming, and perfectly spiced every time. We also highly recommend the Chicken Wings and the Baby Squid; they are standout starters. The quality and authenticity of the dishes keep us coming back. If you are looking for fresh, flavorful Vietnamese food, look no further. We are genuinely in love with the food at Pho!

My favourite place across time and space. I live in Ealing and if I want to eat out, it's Pho. The soups are divine. They heal my soul and stomach 🥹 The salads are delicious. The spring rolls are amazing. So healthy, affordable, great service, pleasant ambience, fast takeaway. They never let me down.

Service and ambience fine. We got the spring rolls, chicken wings and squid. All were good but the spring rolls lacked flavour. We got the brisket and mushroom pho as well as the pho house. Broth was good but lacked a deep, layered flavour- protein amount was also not a lot . Around £60 for 2.

Really liked the Mixed beef Pho consisting of brisket, meatballs and pulled beef in a heartwarming broth with noodles. Trued also the dumplings and Hanoi beer and everything was very good.

We had pretty high expectations for this restaurant, but overall, it was just okay. The food was fine—not bad, but nothing special. That said, the staff was absolutely lovely, which made the experience better. It wasn’t quite what we were hoping for, but still a decent spot.

Awsome homely service red by the gentleman in black with long hair and glasses (Per) and Monika. Both were very kind and checked in all the time to ensure it was all ok. Food was great as usual but there should be a warning on the chilli sauce as couldn’t finish my soup as it really got my throat. It’s ok no big deal but def not having that much again. Just need half a teaspoon :) Also love that your dog friendly o always come because I’m in my own with my dog so it’s nice to bring him alone. Always feel welcome :)

I come here often with family and friends and don't mind the 12.5% "optional " service charge. However , I think it will be good if the waiters ask if including service charge Is okay when all you have is a soup!! This service charge was not optional the waiter just told me the amount to pay, I had to ask for the receipt. Paying £1.9 of service charge for a soup is not great....

Curry pho with tofu and mushroom and prawnsummer rolls. Great value for money and great service. Yes, it’s not very authentic, but lovely , delicious exactly what you need on a cold, rainy Sunday afternoon.

This was my first time visiting and the food was a let down. The food lacks flavour and authenticity. Only dish I enjoyed was the spring rolls but even that was ruined as we ordered the vegetable and one of the rolls turned out to be pork which ruined the dish for me. I ordered the spicy chicken curry which it definitely wasn’t spicy at all. I did enjoy the rice but that was all. Overall I wouldn’t recommend Pho definitely look for a more authentic restaurant

I visited this restaurant a few years ago with some friends, and unfortunately it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered a beef pho and a Vietnamese coffee. When the coffee arrived, the cup looked greasy, as if it hadn’t been properly washed. Before adding the herbs to the pho, I noticed the plate itself was already dirty, with visible hair on it. I then checked the bowl more closely and found hair inside the pho as well. It made me feel extremely sick and I lost my appetite immediately. The staff did refund me, but the experience was honestly disgusting and very upsetting. After this experience, I honestly can’t bring myself to eat this kind of food anymore. I live nearby, but since that day I have never returned, nor ordered takeaway from this place again. This is not about taste or personal preference — it was a serious hygiene issue, and I hope the management takes cleanliness and food safety much more seriously.

I had a very disappointing experience at this place. The manager was extremely rude and disrespectful towards us as customer. Her attitude was unwelcoming and unprofessional. Even while serving our food, she continued to be dismissive and spoke to us in a disrespectful manner. Good customer service costs nothing, but unfortunately it was completely lacking here. I hope management seriously looks into this because no customer should be treated this way.
