The Knightsbridge Metro London Reviews
Knightsbridge station, the upscale neighbour of Harrods! If you're tired of carrying those shopping bags filled with designer goods, just hop off the train and voilà – you're in retail therapy heaven! The station is so posh, even the pigeons wear tiny tuxedos. I half-expected the ticket machines to dispense caviar instead of tickets. And if you're lucky, the train conductor might announce, "Next stop, Fashionopolis, platform one!" But beware, if you're not dressed in your fanciest attire, the turnstiles will give you the side-eye. They've probably seen more designer labels than a Milan fashion show. Don't be surprised if you overhear passengers discussing their stock portfolios and sipping Earl Grey tea while waiting for their train. And the escalators are so smooth, they should come with a warning: "Caution – your Louboutins might get jealous." All in all, Knightsbridge station is the ideal place to make your grand entrance into retail nirvana, and the only station in London where your Oyster card might just get an upgrade to a Diamond card!
The new step free entrance is great. Very helpful if you need a lift to get to and from the platforms.
Extremely busy road but lots of interesting shops! Station has good exit signs. More than one entrance/exit.
Good access to Hyde Park and Harrods. Many other shops and pubs in the area of this station.
Luxury shopping and proximity to Hyde Park. A desirable location.
Really busy underground, especially around holidays. Quite nicely kept and with a few entrances and exits. Trains very regularly from here
If you want to see expensive things and futile people Knightsbridge is the right place for you.
Knightsbridge has recently undergone improvements to allow it to be step-free from platform to street. This is a very welcomed improvement as allows my partner & I to visit this area whereas before it has not been possible. The improvements are very well done, keeping the style of the station and also providing an accessible entrance from the street.
Excellent station!
Nice area
Great shopping experience
I had to wait no time to wait for a train.
Great area 👍 porch
Very modern and clean.
MacGyver: Trail to Doomsday (1994) tv movie shot a scene here with MacGyver trying to escape from the police
Nice and clean station! Easily accessible
Very clean and reasonably crowded station
very nice place for walking!
Very good Easy access
Recently one oh the empties stations in London Underground.
Busy underground station because of location and a lot of interesting points around. Its hell busy especially around holidays. Quite nicely and with a few entrances and exits. This area is full Of embassies so you can meet people from around the world. Trains very regular from here by Piccadilly line.
Good entrance and exit 👏 Nice and clean inside 👌 Gets crazy busy 😜 Goid location for your upmarket shopping
I seldom remember this station before the refurbishment, but I do like how it looks now. It feels very bright and modern and it's proximity to Harrods is a bonus in its own right. Not the best in terms of accessibility mind you.
Love coming out of Knightsbridge Underground station as you are really in the heart of a very nice area. You can either go down to Harrods and shop or you can go straight up in to Hyde Park and have a nice relaxing walk. Very tidy underground station and the staff are nice
Harrods, Hyde Park and Knightsbridge underground station are just a 7- minute. The room really nice clean, spacious and quiet.
Station situated right in the heart of central London, main stop for Harrod's and the upscale area of Sloane Square, Hyde Park and around
lots of people but were moving due to good signs around the station.
Really busy underground, especially around holidays. Quite nicely kept and with a few entrances and exits. Trains very regularly from here
Clean and tidy station but can get very busy at peak times and trains are often filled
Knightsbridge Station is a busy underground station that is served by the Piccadilly line. There is four entrances and exits from the street level to inside the station then from there is the main ticket hall area. There is no disabled access only stairs and escalators in the station. The ticket hall area is large and wide the station is very busy most days and especially weekends with lots of passengers most of which are tourists going to Harrods and other parts of London. The station was clean and tidy.
I think this is one of the larger tube stations in London. Good access to different underground lines.
Large tube station with good links to the rest of London, as expected
huge place with easy access to shops and harrods
Looks like tourists have a hard time with keeping left, avoid if possible.
Busy place, international countries people, mixed up
Good station however VERY dirty. The staff are polite enough and the trains are on time. Major complaint: There was some mashed banana on one of the platforms. My sister and mum stepped in it and the woman behind us slipped and fell in it. She got the banana all over her dress. We told a member of staff and they were willing to help out. ANYONE READING THIS: PLEASE SUB TO MY CHANNEL! THANK U
This station is old and quite crowded. Platforms are small and have very limited seatings. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️➕ There are lifts for disabled people and the station is quite clean. If you are able to use other station which are nearby (Hyde park corner or South Kensington) think about using them instead this one.
Always busy but there are trains
Luxury, very expensive place.
It's just a place Nothing of interest
Station entries closed, no signs nothing. Crazy fools. Pandamonium getting masses through 2 turn styles
2 entrances were closed due to crowd control and was exiting only the other was closed completely and the only entrance was making people wait with no details as to why yet they were also letting people out having announced that that exit was closed
