The food was amazing. It was one of the best curry restaurants that I ever had, and the selection of naan bread and flavoured rice dishes was by far out performed other restaurants in London. The only thing worth mentioning is that it's not a big restaurant; you may find the space is crowded, but that won't stop you from enjoying the food. We have been going back regularly. Overall, it is highly recommended.

Authentic food and very courteous wait staff. Our food was very good. If you want the real deal curry in London, this is the spot!

4★ – Tasty food, but a bit cramped Rajdoot Restaurant offers very good Indian food – everything was fresh, well-seasoned and authentic. The service was nice and the food came quickly. The only downside was the somewhat cramped space – the tables are close together, so privacy is limited, especially when it’s full. Overall, I rate it positively – I recommend it especially for lovers of Indian cuisine who are willing to sacrifice taste and quality.

This is the absolute best Indian food we have had in literally years. This was so good we want them and are encouraging them to move to Seattle. Authentic and very well prepared food-in fact much better than most of the home cooked meals had both in India and out. The staff was awesome; very friendly.

Apologies for the late post Mr. Ali. So surprised coming to this restaurant. It looks like a ordinary restaurant for me but the moment you go down the stairs, it’s like going to a five star restaurant. Beautiful design, the table settings are unexpected. No paper napkins but beautifully folded serviettes. The food was fantastic. My husband loved the biryani while the kids and myself enjoyed the butter chicken with freshly made butter nan. So sad that we never get to taste the desserts being offered. We had few chocolate candies to take though. Great experience while in London. Highly recommended. Thank you Mr. Ali for such unforgettable experience. 👏👏👏💕💕💕

I enjoyed my lunch here v much . The crew were so attentive and looked after me v well- lady on her own at lunch . I had the prawn Dhansak - it was yummy. They gave me a free liqueur and chocolates Highly recommended if you need to eat before or after your train at Baker Street or Marylebone as short walk

Great restaurant with good food and very reasonable prices. The lamb korma with pilau rice is to die for. Hussain was a great host. They also provide free delivery, which is very useful in covid times. Plus, there was alcohol for hand disinfection in our table and our host kindly asked us to desinfect our hands before bringing out the menu. We will be coming back

Top restaurant! We have been coming to Rajdoot for the last 4 years and Ali and his staff are always very friendly and welcoming. The food is always made fresh and is very delicious. Good value for money and great portions. On our first visit a man told us he had been coming to the restaurant for many years and we can see why! Due to it’s popularity the restaurant can get busy, especially evenings/weekends so probably advisable to book in advance to avoid disappointment. Apart from amazing food and great customer service, the location is great and the atmosphere in there is lovely. Highly recommended!

What a wonderful night out with coworkers! The restaurant is cosy, friendly and the food is tasty. The guy named Shahed was the waiter for us. He was so friendly and attentive! We really enjoyed the whole experience tonight!

This place was delish, we came in at 10pm on a Sunday and had fast service, every dish was great, the chicken tikka masala was a unique recipe that we enjoyed. Great vibes for a late night meal

A lovely restaurant. A wonderful extensive menu. The food arrives quickly and piping hot. The food is delicious. The restaurant has outside and downstairs seating. The ambience is relaxed. The serving staff are very friendly and charming. There are personalised recommendations for food if you cannot decide what you would like to eat. The lamb dishes were excellent.

Small quaint restaurant. Delicious dishes full of flavors and excellent service to boot. I was on a stopover in London and decided to try Rajdoot for a late dinner because of it's proximity to my hotel. I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food at reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and will visit again the next time I visit London.

While on vacation in England, we were lucky enough to find this excellent Indian restaurant in walking distance after visiting the London Eye. It was absolutely delicious and the staff was exceptional. 5 Stars*****

Best Naan bread I have ever had. Chicken Briyani and gravy was good. We get a daal along with Briyani. But the best thing is the naan. Don't miss the naan here. That's so soft fluffy and tasty.

We had lunch specials there, which were good value. Both chicken and lamb curries were delicious and service was satisfactory.

Excellent! Very local feel and fantastic food. We let the waiter, Ali, order our meal after a brief conversation of what we enjoyed and could not have been more pleased. Excellent for family night or date night. Well done, Rajdoot! So glad you are in the neighborhood.

Great food and service, was exactly what we were looking for with 10 people. Ordered the Chicken Mr Naga extra spicy and it was perfect spice but very flavourful.

Service was excellent, we felt like the staff appreciated us dinning there. Our food was really good. They were kind enough to make a dish vegetable only for me. If I was local I would eat here again.

Compliments to Ali and the team. Delicious meal from start to finish. Quaint, trendy, hidden gem near our hotel, and we lucked out with not needing reservations. Full menu with unique dishes. Excellent service and attention to detail with authentic cuisine and great hospitality. We will definitely plan on returning for our upcoming travel journey abroad.

Informal and a bit tiny place, but very kind service and delicious food. Had the home special "Rajdoot" dish and it was really surprising. You also have to try the naan bread. I'd definitely suggest it!

Had a lovely early evening dinner. Lovely food. Great service. Waiters were so attentive. Loved the lamb curry. Gave me a little extra …. Add touches … like an after dinner drink on the house. A very generous touch .. House wine by the glass is very good.. a nice Merlot.

Really loved the hospitality, friendliness and the respect shown from both the Manager : Rumen and his waiters. My family enjoyed the luxurious food, the service was incredible, and the food was delicious i,would definitely recommend this place if you like a range of Indian food , or even just to try a new type of food. Very welcoming, lovely environment, the place was extremely spotless.

We ordered chicken and prawns. Food quantity was good and taste was nice, but the chicken gravy was slightly sweet, not very authentic to Indian flavours. Ambience was pleasant. Service could improve — the staff member serving us was not very welcoming. Equal warmth and hospitality to all customers would make the experience better. Also, Indian coffee and tea were not available, which was disappointing but Mango juice is must try here, really good taste. Overall: Good food and ambience, service needs improvement.

Delighted by the delicious food and the courteous service. We found this place after visiting Madame Tussauds. The service was prompt and courteous. The food was wonderful in its variety, abundance and spiciness. I ordered the butter chicken and the spicy potatoes and cauliflower along with garlic cheese Naan. Every bit was flavorful and perfectly cooked. I am putting The Rajdoot in my list of London favorites.

Good food although felt the service was a bit slow. The food was decent but could've been better. It is an Indian restaurant but run by non Indians it seems.

The Indian food was good, but I'm not a big fan of food with spices, so it might not be my taste. However, what really bothered me was the handwritten bill. When I asked about a strange number in the middle, the waiter said it was a service charge, but there was another mysterious number. It left me with a negative impression of the restaurant.

Disappointing food served in a nice restaurant with great service. The service here is great. Efficient and very friendly. The restaurant feels modern. The food is the let down. Ordered 3 curries, all were quite bland. Lamb wasn’t too tender. Chipati was disappointingly floury, not how it should be. Wouldn’t revisit in a hurry

Visited Rajdoot Indian restaurant whilst away for work. It was quite busy which is usually a good sign. Service was ok, the staff wasn't able to recommend a dish based on my tastes, basically just said pick any. The pickle tray was nice with a good selection and the best lime pickle I've tried before. I asked for 2 poppadoms but think I was charged for the pickle tray which I hadn't asked for. The curry I had was ok but was quite limited in flavour. When the bill arrived I queried a number of the items on it which didn't have anything marked against them, I didn't get a proper answer or get to keep a copy. Expect additional unknown charges if planning on visiting here. I paid £30 for 2 poppadoms, 1 drink, 1 curry & 1 naan bread. Service is ok, but staff could be more friendly and welcoming.

I went with my family to eat in, the staff came out and was very rude asking how many of us are , he can see how many and kept asking in rude way . We were 6 people he said 6 people can’t sit, but inside it was only one family with 4 people dining in. He said if you want you can eat outside even though it was cold outside and my one year old baby was sleeping in stroller. He didn’t let us in and we went back. It felt disrespectful and disappointed. It was written this restaurant got awards, do they know for what. I request everyone not to go to this restaurant and just 0.4 mile there is another restaurant pa-pudam, enjoy there

SCAM “Resturant” BANGLADESH NOT INDIAN. Butter chicken was thick chicken slices in sweet tomato sauce. HORRIBLE. Worst food me and my family has ever had. I hope their fake positive reviews fade and go away to reveal how horrible this place really is.

HARSHIT DWIVEDI

Most arrogant manager standing at the counter. He doesn’t even has the basic courtesy to talk. It seems that Indians are not welcome at the hotel. As soon as we entered and placed our bags and sat on empty tables he said you should ask before sitting as this is not India. These people do business in name of India and don’t even have the basic courtesy to talk to customers. They even rejected entry to an Indian couple rudely even when the seats were available. Also the menu is for looting customers. They will display an item of 6 pounds and then say that per person you have to take a main portion taking 9 pounds extra for it. They are looting people in the name of India. This is not Indian ethos neither Indian courtesy. Anyone who is looking for Indian food should not go here as this restaurant lacks any Indian character. They are looters in the name of India. Specifically beware of this old man whose photo I am uploading…the owner is not Indian. The food is not Indian. The chefs and staff are not Indian. So don’t enter this restaurant thinking it is Indian.

My friend & I ate here for our birthday meal on Wed 10th Dec - we were overcharged by £20 The bill should have been £74 but the non-itemised scribbled bill showed £94 We will NEVER return & advise other customers to AVOID this restaurant or CHECK their bills very carefully. Shame on you Rajdhoot staff.

We were very hungry and were looking for an Indian restaurant. Unfortunately the experience here was very bad.Very disappointed with this restaurant. The staff member we spoke to (named Chowdhury) was unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome that we left without even ordering. If you value good service and respect, I would not recommend this restaurant.Definitely not a place we’d return.

Doesn't look like proper indian restaurant, below average food, high price, on top they ask service charges..!!very congested inside, even though the restaurant was empty, it was quite hard to come inside and take out jacket...not worth the price and time
