One of the earliest places to open in Valladolid, if not the earliest. They have Barbecue, Carbonara, Cheese, Crab, Goat, and Chicken Alioli tortillas... The Cheese tortilla is fantastic. They also have churros with chocolate. Good service and a good-sized terrace.

We had breakfast outside on the café street terrace with freshly fried churros, and they were really good. Crispy and not greasy at all. Highly recommended.

A café located in the La Victoria neighborhood. A neighborhood bar with a good counter. They serve churros for breakfast, and another of their specialties is their potato omelets, winners of the La Victoria competition in 2013. They have four or five different varieties of omelets, the classic and others filled. I went for breakfast and ordered the classic omelet pincho, a good-sized pincho with potatoes cut into irregular pieces, well-fried, with cooked but not dry eggs, a little finely chopped onion, just the right amount of salt, and good flavor—the latter being perhaps the most noteworthy aspect of this omelet. The bread was decent. Summary: A good place to eat omelet in the neighborhood; the flavor is outstanding. Price: €2.50 for a pincho with a small bottle of water. Rating: 7.9

For tapas in La Victoria. We went on a recommendation to try the house specialty: stuffed tortillas. I tried the barbacoa, which was delicious with minced meat and cheese. Service: Attentive and fast. A traditional bar. Value: Fair.

Very good breakfasts, the tortillas are incredible, and the service starts very early for early risers. Parking may not be easy. In that case, I recommend parking at the Vitoria swimming pools, where you can park without any problem and are just a minute away.

Awful. I ordered two portions of potato omelet to go, and when we went to eat them, the omelet was sour, like overcooked and inedible. Two days later, I went back to tell them, in good faith, and all I got was a rude response. Not recommended at all.

My husband asked what kind of tortillas they had, and they told him one was goat's milk, but when they brought it to him, it had bacon in it. My husband told them he doesn't eat pork and that he didn't realize it had meat in it, and the waitress told him he should have gotten up and looked in the display case with the tortillas. Another customer came in and told her to pack it up for him and that she wouldn't change it, and we told her we weren't going to eat it, and she told us to give it to someone else. They made a terrible impression by refusing to change a single slice of tortilla. Beware of places like this if you have allergies; they tell you to check the ingredients yourself. It's awful. They treated us badly.
