Yay, someone is open on Christmas!! 2 blocks from our hotel, walkable. Drinks were ok, food was great, had the pecan crusted swordfish...dee-lish!! Bread pudding arrived but not warmed, server Zach made me a whole new dessert!! Had a great time!!

We stopped by Fish Grill in FLL and the place was packed, with a line outside — always a good sign. The vibe is adult, relaxed, and very local. We skipped the wait and sat at the bar, where Bill — born and raised in Fort Lauderdale — took great care of us. One thing that stood out right away: the staff knows many customers by name, which gives the place a cozy, familiar feel. Even as first-timers, both the team and the regulars made us feel at home instantly. The food was fresh and delicious. We ordered clams, oysters, and what turned out to be the best crab cake I’ve ever had. They also have parking in the back, which is a nice bonus. Definitely worth a visit.

What a great experience at the Fish Grill. We arrived on a late int'l flight and our layover hotel was a block away. We walked over pretty late, and we were welcomed in by Jimmy and staff even though the kitchen had just closed. We were made to feel comfortable, not rushed and the food/service was 10/10. We had the blackened Mahi Tacos, and a blackened Mahi sandwich. We did not want to put them out but they insisted. A very gracious gesture, from a wonderful staff for two tired travelers, just out of the "airport experience" ...if you know what I mean LOL. Thank you guys so much. If you are near the Fish Grill don't miss the opportunity for a wonderful experience at a great place.

Our flight was delayed in Fort Lauderdale so we decided to check out The Fish Grill. This place is absolutely amazing. We were greeted by the manager right away. She had so much energy and enthusiasm for us to come in. We had a nice large table, which was great because we knew we wanted to order a variety (even though it was just my husband and I). We ordered multiple seafood appetizers that were absolutely out of this world!! Everything was so fresh and delicious. I also got a large salad and my husband ordered the surf and turf. The salad was the freshest I’ve ever had as if I would make it my self! My husbands surf and turf was all cooked too perfection. We also commented to the portions we received being much larger than expected! We definitely had our fill!! Everything was also plated beautifully and just really exceeded expectation! We had an amazing server named Rod! He was very attentive and friendly!! Always had a clean table and full drinks! I highly recommend The Fish Grill over and over again!!

Lovely atmosphere. Fun for those needing to have a few drinks! Great food. Stephanie provided excellent service at the bar! Went just in time for happy hour and have no regrets. Good company makes a great time! You have to try the chicken parmesan sliders and the calamari - so delicious! Will definitely be back!! Thank you for a great time!

We were finding a restaurant close to Fort Lauderdale Airport that had both stone crab and key lime pie and The Fish Grill surely exceeded our expectations. Everything we ordered was delicious. The stone crab MP was $16 / claw and it was very fresh and tasty. The blackened Mahi Taco was flavorful and filling. Service was excellent. Food took a little longer than we expected but luckily we weren’t in a rush to get to the airport which is only a 5 minute drive

We recently rediscovered a charming local gem that's been hiding just around the corner from us for far too long! It's a shame we waited so long, especially with its inviting atmosphere and delicious offerings. We were eager to take advantage of their fantastic happy hour deals, so we rushed over before they wrapped up at 7 PM. Let me tell you, the appetizer specials are remarkable, and during our visits, we made it our mission to sample nearly everything on the menu! The bar was our favorite spot to settle in, and we were greeted by a lively bartender who was both friendly and hilarious. He made our experience even more enjoyable by checking in on us and cracking jokes that kept us laughing throughout the night. We savored a medley of our favorite dishes: the fried calamari was perfectly tender, the firecracker shrimp had just the right amount of spicy kick, and the fish and chips were crispy without a hint of greasiness. Each dish was a delightful treat! The only hitch? Finding parking can be a bit tricky now and then. They do have a parking lot in the back, but it fills up fast, especially during happy hours. So, if you're planning to visit, make sure to arrive early to fully enjoy the hospitality and food that this place has to offer!

What a delicious meal we had. All the fish dinners that we ordered were fresh and cooked perfectly. The dessert was wonderful as well. Our waiter, Kenny was so welcoming and a master at his job. Highly recommend

Alex is the best server ever! We had dinner this evening in this restaurant as a recommendation from someone at the hotel that we were staying in. It was less than a 5 minute stroll to the location from the hotel. They do not take reservations so pack your patience. It took about 30 minutes to be seated even though we were told it was a 15 minute wait whwn we arrived. Some people were seated before us that came in after us that the hostess "knew" so that lengthened our wait. We were skipped over a few times while she seated her "friends". Food was tasty and served hot. We had some calamari which was delicious. My husband had the chicken Loraine (I probably spelled that wrong..lol) and I had a burger with Bleu cheese added to it. My husband said his food was great. I had to send my burger back twice because it was served medium rare instead of medium well. Each time Alex was so nice about it. She was quick to try to get the burger re-made. I eneded up asking for a well-done burger and that came out hot, juice and delicious. Alex also kept our drinks re-filled without us asking, which is always nice. If we are ever in the area again, we would eat here another time.

Excellent food and service. Great atmosphere. We had the salads with Mahi, crab cake, and burger. Everyone said their food was awesome. Highly recommended.

I've had several of their sandwiches (hot and cold) and I think that the Italian is easily their best one. In fact, I ONLY get the Italian. The bread is pretty good and the Italian has 4 or more types of meat in there (really tasty). Some of the other sandwiches just weren't as tasty or appealing. Service is pretty good here. They are efficient (especially considering that they are cutting your deli meats when you order). The shared parking lot isn't that big but parking has only been a problem maybe 15% of the time for me.

I usually do not order vegetables as side order. It’s usually frozen soggy tasteless. But the broccoli was so good; steamed in a butter garlic sauce. The coconut shrimp was some of the best. We went early and there was no wait. However when we left the restaurant was full and there was a waiting line. Highly recommend. Easy walk from our hotel.

Good food, drinks and service. Glad we stopped. Walkable from hotels nearby via sidewalks. We used a walker and cane to get there and negotiated a couple of stairs without any problem. We’d eat there again.

If you’re looking for a local dive in the Dania Beach area, then look no further. It was very convenient for us as we were staying at a hotel 250” away. Friendly service and large tv screens on the walls. I asked a for a medium rare steak but it was well done. Still tasted good. Everyone else was happy with their choices. I wouldn’t get their cocktails, so stick with beers.

Update 4/11/21 Ordered 2 sandwiches thru the app. Asked for extra pickles on both but I guess they don't read the customize field on the order? Also found a huge less than fresh chunk of lettuce when I got home and opened my order. Next time I'll try another location. 5:30 on a Friday night and they are out of sauce for a meatball sandwich. I come every Friday and order online for 11:30 for lunch. I only have half an hour for lunch and every time I get here at 11:35/11:40 it's still not ready for me. Last time it wasn't even the correct order. Today was the last straw. I get here and it's not even started. They ask me what I ordered and THEN they started it. I watched as they were about to scoop the ingredients into the bread, look at the order again in the screen, shake their head, and start all over. I didn't get out of there until 11:50 and ultimately didn't have time to finish it at lunch. I even tipped them this time beforehand on the app because I asked for it to be cut in half (I know, what an unreasonable request) and they didn't even do that for me. Very disappointed.

First time eating at this place. What a disappointment. Old lettuce and terrible service.

I had a very important committee meeting, and they FORGOT to make my large catering order. I had to stand there and wait for my order to be made which caused me to be extremely late for the meeting. Unbelievable.

This location really needs some help and leadership. Every one behind the counter acted like it was their first day; they barely spoke to us, but when they did they whispered questions to me; barely looking at me; the sandwich making area was dirty.. tables were also dirty, no napkins anywhere to be seen.. I saw people waiting for their online order well over 10 minutes. I don't like leaving reviews like this, but I would not go back to this location, which is a bummer because it was right by the airport, where I fly from often. It could have been an off day, but I see other bad reviews from earlier this year and feel like this should be addressed.

Went in at around 8:50pm and didn’t realize they were going to close but once we walked in the white women in the front started giving us attitude saying “don’t people know we close in 10 minutes” and started saying stuff under her breath. she honestly didn’t have to be so rude about it. She needs to work on her attitude coming from someone who works retails she has the worst customer service. She could of politely said “hey guys just letting u guys know we close in 10 minutes” and we would of just walked away. either way you guys weren’t “closed” yet meaning we still had time to get a sandwich very disappointed with the horrible service.

This location is garbage, and the new management is awful. The staff is rude and has arbitrary rules in which they mark up sandwiches based on made-up policies. I was a long-time customer; however, as a result of their new leadership to, include an incompetent and condescending district manager, I will not be back to this Jersey Mikes. I highly recommend that Jersey Mike's leadership further evaluate the performance of the district manager's disastrous effect on this location. My best advice is to stay far away!

If I could I would give them 0 stars for customer service, I would . I waisted my time and entire lunch break going here. it was not fast at all. It took them 15 mins to make a number 42. And on top of that they forgot to make my veggie sandwich COMPLETELY, they made orders faster for the people who were behind me in line and then re-asked me "what I wanted to order" as if they didn't just take it 10 minutes ago. There is no excuse because they had 2 workers in the back and 4 in the front. Don't go here if you want to enjoy your lunch.

I was calling the store at 8:45pm on Friday 9/2/2022 to put a phone order in and they were just answering and hanging up on me. So I arrive at 8:52pm and as me and my husband are walking to the door the blonde manager or supervisor girl walks up to the door and locked it. Then she turns her back to us as we're knocking to tell her like there's a few minutes left and she just ignores us as the other young lady co worker was just looking at us not knowing what to do. To my knowledge the hours say from 10am to 9pm, I didn't know it was till 8:50pm or when they decided they no longer want to take customers. Unbelievable and disrespectful.

Place is disgustingly dirty. No management, unless the just don't care about the place. It's filthy. Caked on dirt on tables, dusty condiments, floors are filthy, kitchen people screaming, server didn't even say his name just rushed you to order. Place is a joke. I've ran many restaurants & this is foul. Not to mention they are supplying Greta value condiments. Should be shut down by the health department
