Golden Spoon Frozen Yogurt

The frozen yogurt is delicious and there is one flavor that is replaced weekly and some special flavors for certain holidays. Definitely recommend trying at some point.

The yogurt is delicious but the customer service is outstanding. I bring my brother here every so often and a certain employee named Mariah is extra friendly and helpful. She is patient and kind when my brother asks for samples too. Haha! I went last night and she greeted me with a friendly smile, which I must say is rare in customer service these days.

My son lives in Newport Beach and when we visit him , before we leave we make sure to head to Golden Spoon in Huntington Beach excellent service awesome associates please vist Number 1 on my list !!!!!!

I looove golden spoon! I used to work at a different location of GS 10 years ago and they haven’t changed one thing about their menu or aesthetic 😂 I love it!! Don’t mess with success. Flavors are always A+ and staff is super sweet. Hope it sticks around forever!

I have loved getting this yogurt for YEARS! I miss their Warner location but I’m glad they have this location on Atlanta. The yogurt is amazingly tasty and their staff is very friendly and accommodating. They take great care to serve you at their door during these Covid times to maintain social distancing. Always wear a mask when you go and then leave quickly to enjoy your delicious, creamy frozen yogurt! It is just soooo good!

We tried salted caramel, chocolate, and cake batter. They were all great. The service was very friendly and fast. I love that they offer a mini size cup.

I love Goldenspoon so much more than Yogurtland. It’s creamier and sweeter. We usually go to Newport when our daughter has an Ortho appointment but I was craving it and this is the closest one to us. Customer service was seriously lacking. Could really tell the guy didn’t want to be there. Spoiled teen whose parents made him get a job I guess.

This is THE stereotypical frozen yogurt shop. There's a gaggle of teenagers running the place with MAYBE one of them being a few days past 18 that is allowed to hold the keys and, at the end of the day, count the minimal amount of cash they get. Haha. They do a great job, they really do. But it seems that no one has taught this generation of future call center employees how to smile and be inviting.

Horrible concept, I asked to get the toppings on top of the yogurt, and the The girl said that their process is putting it in the middle? I asked them who is the customer? When I asked for a receipt, they said they couldn't because I paid cash? LAME ALL AROUND. Yogurt Land is 10 times better with a better selection.
