I came in a few days ago and petunia took my order. She was super nice and helpful. Usually when I come here the service isn't anything more then average so I was very pleased to come in and get such good customer service. She was informative and was the only one that actually looked like she was happy to be working. The other workers should take some notes 📝

Had good customer service the manager there was great. My wife has allergy's and right away he said don't worry I'll make the order myself and I'll put on some gloves that was great customer service they don't make them like that anymore. I don't remember his name right I think he said Ali but I could be wrong. Thanks Papa John's you guys are great

They deliver as well. I go to the One on 4th and Cherry in Long Beach CA. 90802. Travel there if your not local. It's way worth it. My favorite is BBQ chicken or Alfredo with pineapple.

This spot is always reliable for a quick bite. Great pizza quality and ingredients. Not a dine-in but carry out and have a good time.

Had good customer service the manager there was great. I had the pleasure of trying the new BBQ chicken and bacon papadia. And the lovely young lady working there was friendly and attended me quickly. This Papa John's location did not disappoint and as for the papadia... Well to say the least it was piping hot, perfectly crunchy, toast, and delicious. I will definitely be returning again soon

Above all pizza places Papa John's is better

I will get to the point. When I placed the order I was told my pizza would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. I waited 30 minutes just in case they were running behind. I got there and waited 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me while watching 2 people working not wearing masks while working with the food and interacting with customers. Then I was told that they forgot to put one of my pizzas in and it would be another 5 minutes. Fast forward to one hour total of waiting I get my pizza.

Pizza was horrible. Tasted nothing like a Papa John's pizza. It was drenched in oil. It tasted old. It seemed more like a pizza from Pizza Loca. Very disappointed.

This location always marks their food as "ready" when it is not -- I've shown up after seeing that the order was marked ready and was made to wait an additional 30 minutes outside. And recently their food made me so ill that I refuse to ever take a chance on eating there again in the future. I know it's fast food, and so "what do you expect" comes to mind, and you're right -- just go to little coyote , they have the best pizza on 4th.

Calling the shop doesn’t help because those that answer the phone there don’t care where your order is. There is never a manager on duty, I’ve been told the manager is only there in the mornings. How has the Papa Johns franchise not shut this store down yet? I guess I’m the idiot that keeps ordering from them, this is the last time I ever will.

I used to order from here weekly, their newest middle aged female employee has made it an absolute nightmare to even place an order, completely inept, she's just awful and to top it off, kinda rude as well while being unbelievable terrible at her seemingly easy job. I'll never go back.
