This place was recommended and we're glad it was. We each had a taco and a sope; I also had the gordita. Everything was made fresh, and the service was wonderful. Our waiter was very helpful with his recommendations. I thoroughly enjoyed the El Pastor in my gordita - so tasty! Highly recommend for anyone wanting authentic Mexican food. The ambiance was relaxing and the food was So Tasty!

We usually eat there every weekend, but the quality of the Sopes has really went down. The vegetables are not fresh. Our hot sauce was bubbling like it was spoiled. So we haven't been back.

I've been a customer for over 5 years and I can tell you they are the best Mexican restaurant in Longview TX. It's family owned so they have that unmatched homemade love and quality and are very humble too. I've always been satisfied with their service and will continue to visit them as long as I live in East Texas.

I started going here 15 years ago! I love getting tacos de Pollo, gorditas de nopales, and ceviche para vuelva la vida! It is bit less expensive and WAY tastier than any other taqueria in town! I've tried 'em all, and I keep coming back!

Do not confuse this place for a Tex-Mex cafe because its not. This place is a real Mexican taqueria with 3 seafood cocktail choices and also ceviche. What's not to like about that?

I tried this place for lunch. They were not super busy but they did have a wide range to choose from the tacos I had were just ok a little bland but the service is great I have a hard time giving them only three stars but have to account for the tacos either way give this place a try it’s clean and good little place for lunch

Waiter not willing to answer any questions about the food, instead he refered me to the menu. Which is fine, it is all there but I always like to talk to the the waiting staff about their menus and get some additional details about the food they are serving

The server was very quite, not rude but just like he was not happy we were there. Food was not good but was not nasty either. It just needed more flavor. The kitchen ladies were nice and the gorditas would be good if they add more flavor to the asada meat. I got a caldo de res and was missing something , not nasty though it was just not tasteful. 🥺

Really dissatisfied. Meat was flavorless. Ordered tacos and a 6$ burrito. Sorry I couldn't give a better review. I would strongly suggest you try somewhere else.
