I didnt even know there was an IHOP in Longview. I had my favs, steak omelet with strawberry banana pancakes (protein, which to me was new, but was good) Omelet was good, feei like I'm accustomed to more steak and peppers inside and less potatoes, but it was still pretty good. Also coffee, IHOP coffee has always been quite strong but with flavor, Longview did not disappoint. Dont crave omelets like i used to but next time I do, I'll probably go back

We like coming here first thing in the morning before the sun is up. It's never too busy at that time. Both times we have had the same waitress who gets our order right.

I came in Saturday morning and had Alexis. We were in the back room and she did a fantastic job. She was the only server back there and had every table in that room full. That takes some talent to keep up like that. She's a great server. Keep this one around .

Even though the restaurant was crowded, we received our order promptly. Our server provided excellent service and the food was delicious. As a person who has to follow a gluten-free diet, I was pleasantly surprised that the waffle was not too bad, although it absorbed all the syrup, which is to be expected.

Can't beat the pancakes. Chicken was ok, good flavor, maybe slightly overcooked a couple (beats the alternative.) Service always great.

Kitchen was a bit slow, especially for a Friday mid afternoon with not a lot of business. Our server, Gabe, was amazing, punctual, kind, annd fast. I was a bit taken back about the price for just two omelettes being 40 bucks, but they were a big serving and tasty. We were sat across from a group of teenagers who were quite loud and..less then family friendly if you will. But overall a nice breakfast as you'd expect from an IHOP.

Been going to this location for over 20 years. The long time servers are amazing. I love how o always see a familiar face when I go in. Over the years, Tava, Brittany, and Gabe were some of the best servers there. Miss Rita was always awesome as well. Food is great if you’re specific on what you want everytime. If not, it’s just okay. So many ihop staples to get. Split decision was probably my fave plate. This location is always clean too. Plenty of parking.

Typical greasy spoon. Food was fine but someone in the building needs to be permanently attached to a broom. There was even a dirty paper towel on the check out counter.

Our server (Donnte)was being rude, we weren't taken care of like the other people around. It took us approximately 10 minutes before we got our drinks. Not to mention, I asked for silverware and it took 20 minutes.

They won't let you substitute even with an allergy. Couldn't substitute pancakes and give me toast...Ridiculous! Manager came out to let me know that I could have had a different meal for $4 more. I didn't order food. My dad and daughter ordered or we would have gone somewhere else. Won't be going back to this location!!

The service was excellent. A very welcoming place however I ate here with my husband and 12 month old yesterday (3/28/2025) and I became violently sick due to food poising a few hours after. Now my daughter is throwing up as well.

Our food was brought out along with the bill and we were told by the waitress that she had to take a mandatory break!!!! That was it…..no more waitstaff came by to take her place, this is the 3rd time this has happened. We went without refills or any kind of help and what really sucked is it’s the bottomless pancakes!! THE ONLY THING BOTTOMLESS AT IHOP LONGVIEW IS THE LACK OF GOOD MANAGEMENT!! PLENTY OF BAD MANAGING GOING ON THERE!! Don’t waste your money on this place.

Went there on Sunday morning before the crowds. There was only a few occupied tables. We ordered breakfast and it took a very long time to get our eggs, hash browns, sausage and gravy. Absolutely everything on my plate was room temp including my runny eggs which were suppose to me over medium NOT mostly raw. Hash Browns are mushy when they sit too long. I love IHOP but I’m disappointed. Didn’t eat it but I paid for it. It wasn’t busy. Hopefully this was a one time thing.

Service was extremely slow it seemed like most staff members just wanted to talk amongst themselves instead of really helping the customers. Food was amazing and was delicious unfortunately our waiter did not deliver it to our table because he was too busy disappearing. Took a while to get a refill on my Dr Pepper and when I got my second refill it was absolutely disgusting. Of course my server was nowhere around for me to tell em about this and to receive something else. So I ate the remainder of my meal without anything to drink. Yeah the server never came to check up on us. At the end of the meal I asked for a to go box and receive two tiny little boxes. I had half of my food still left, my daughter had half of her food still left & my other family member had food left. No way all this would have fitted two tiny little boxes. As we were getting ready to leave the server at the table next to us told us to have a good day and hope that everything was good. I did want to mention to somebody that worked there that the Dr Pepper was horrible and I mentioned this to him. He was shocked and said that they had been cleaning that area soda machine and I should have never received a second serving of Dr Pepper because of that. He offered me some sweet tea to take home because of the mistake and he said he would definitely have a talk with the server who was supposedly there to take care of us.

It was a very unpleasant experience. Cold food, ignored my presence, sarcastic and rude to my family, never spoke to the manager because she was speaking to other customers instead of checking up on all customers equally. Got the wrong recipe, and attended my family after every other customer. Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes total for our food, and 15 minutes for my change, including being ignored twice for my change. We were very disappointed, not going back soon. Hopefully we can get treated a little better in a future far away from now.

First off our server Brandi H was good... Everything else was not..... over priced for subpar food.. we spent almost 35.00 for 2 people to eat breakfast.. the gravy for biscuits and gravy had no flavor and was clumpy and like pouring paste on a really dry biscuit. The pancakes were hard to cut with a fork and they were cool .... sent my plate back once due to raw egg whites in a over medium egg then the second plate one egg was cooked right and the other over cooked like a hard boiled egg yolk. The bacon was over cooked the hash browns on both plates were over done.... the sweet tea was good.... we asked about military discount and was told they no longer offer it... this was our first time at IHOP since 2021 and it will be our last...

Always Cold food love IHOP but this location not.so much

Asked for coffee and the waitress asked if I was ready to order, I stated I would like to drink some coffee first. She asked me at least three more times within five minutes. I never heard from her again. After about thirty minutes I asked for my check from another waitress. I waited another fifteen minutes,and still no check. I got up and paid up front. Worst experience I ever had at IHOP! Don't think I'll be going back.

Will not return. Decided to try again after a previous bad experience but this time was sadly worse. The place was full at 10:00 am and the waitress was clearly rushing us. We barely sat down and she came by twice in less than a couple of minutes to see what we wanted to order, literally. Then I was served the wrong order, completely, but because we had sat there so long I just told her I'd eat it. I was not rude about it I was just wanting to eat and go. The noise level was to be expected since they were crowded. When we were finishing our meal the waitress brought us our ticket. She came back three more times before we finished and actually asked if we were ready to go but if we needed anything else let her know, which was odd. Plus, the pancakes I got were not done in the middle so I just ate the outside. I should have said something but I honestly just wanted to leave at that point. We won't be back.

The waiter came out and took our order 3 different times and still had it wrong. We had to ask for drink refills and the bacon was burnt and there a black hair in the eggs. Disgusting.

Went to eat around 3p and it wasn’t busy at all. We were sat a table then never waited on. Almost 30 minutes and no one ever bothered to even ask for our drinks. One came out to check on another table a few times but not once checked on us. I would have understood if it were busy but there seriously was only like 3 other tables. We ended up just leaving.

We were seated and waited for 10-15 minutes before deciding to just leave. We were trying to get any servers attention to take a drink or food order but nobody looked in our direction or said anything to us. No one even noticed we left. My brother ate there after being released from jail. He spent around 45 bucks. I had to drive from Oklahoma City to come get him. When I got there he told me the manager made him wait outside in the niddle of the night in 45 degree weather wearing only shorts and a t-shirt. How much money would a guy have to spend in order to at least be able to sit at a booth for a couple hours waiting on a ride?

Never was waited on ended up walking out and going somewhere else. Decided to give a second chance,much better service. Waitress ( Jasmine L.) came to my table within a couple minutes and got drink order. Then food order periodically checked if needed anything without being annoying.
