Great food and drinks, very nice staff. Another thing the staff will go out of their way to make sure you get what you need. Example - Staff said they were out of Ham and Chedder egg bites but 1 staff member found some! Yay!

Starbucks is always a special treat that we - literally - will drive well out of our way to enjoy. Unique and delicious coffee drinks, hot breakfast sandwiches, sweet treats, and a dynamic coffee shop atmosphere make for a pleasant break from your routine. The lingo can be a bit intimidating for the newbie, but the baristas can assist and once you learn what you like, you'll be rattling off your order like a veteran. Starbucks often takes an undeserved beating in the press and on social media, but only among those who have not fairly tried it and speak from ignorance. Starbucks can be a bit pricey, with some larger coffee drinks costing $5 or more, but as an occasional treat, definitely worth the investment.

Wanted to review just to let everyone know you don't have to wait for the holidays to get a peppermint mocha that's year round. Honestly did not know that until recently. There's a lady there named Lynne or something that works the drive thru she's amazing even when the line is wrapped around the building she never loses her cool and stays so polite. All in all we're all basic when it comes to Starbucks so go get you a peppermint mocha and sip away you glorious expensive coffee drinking beautiful person.

Coffee need I say more. I have been to this spot more than once and they ALWAYS have tasty coffe and treats. As is with well loved places sometimes you have a tiny to moderate wait but you get rewarded with coffee so.....stand in line and make a new friend it's a win

Well I always order the vanilla bean frappuccino online and pick it up well this time I was close by so I ordered through drive through. I made it to the window and the girl took my money and said she would be back with my drink well my car breaks were in pretty bad shape almost completely gone so while I was braked waiting for my drink my brakes unlocked and I rolled forward almost completely passing the window up and I did not want that to happen because then I would be embarrassed and them wonder why I passed them up and had to go in so I hurried and put my car in park as fast as I could and it screeched the girl came to the window and u told her I was sorry that I had accidentally pushed the gas instead of the break (that was a lie) she told me it was fine and preceded to hand me my drink before I grabbed it I realized I forgot to tell her to put carmel drizzle inside of it so I handed her 3 dollars and asked her if she could please put Carmel inside of it and to take the 3 dollars and she said No it's okay I wont charge for it and I told her no that's okay to just take the money she again told me no it's fine I then told her to Please take it that would make me feel better and she said okay Thank you, I told her she was very welcome. What happened next is I was worried I would not be able to drive up that hill to exit the drive through because my car breaks wouldn't let that happen. Say..if I had to wait on the hill for a clearing from passing cars I probably would have ended up rolling backwards raming my car into other drivers in the drive thru lane so I went all the way around towards another exit. This was my experience at Starbucks. --Fran

I absolutely LOVE this Starbucks. Everytime I come in they greet me so happily it really makes my morning everyday and because I’m there everyday they give me a personal greeting name and all. I love that they pay complete attention to their customers and have no problem handling issues with a smile. I love them. Best Starbucks location in AMERICA ❤️

My boyfriend and I went here to get a quick drink after church Wednesday. I wanted to try something new and so I asked the lady at the drive through to surprise me. She was well in my opinion kinda excited about it. She was very cute and nice. We had given her a tip with the cash that was on us and I wished I had gotten her name. She had given me this drink that tasted like cinnamon buns. It was so good let me tell you. It was an iced latte I believe but I will definitely be coming back because oof the friendly service and to get this drink again. 10/10.

I always recieve the best service at this location. All of the employees are great, but Melissa is an absolute gem. She's always friendly and even has my order memorized! Sometimes they are pretty busy, but the wait in line is soooo worth it. Welcome to the team K.C. who is the new manager. He was super nice this morning. Looking forward to seeing my coffe friends every morning.

Even though the line is almost always super long, I have always had a pleasant experience and I have never had to wait more than 20 minutes in the long 18 car line I was in. Thats a minute per customer, which is super impressive. And the employees are always so kind and cheery and willing to work with complex orders!

Madi Northcutt jumped out of the drive through window and poured my pink drink on my head because I asked for a scoop of vanilla bean powder in it.. she then shoved the strawberry inclusions down my throat, pulled me out of my car, and drove off in it. Had a really good time, will return

I have been a customer of Starbucks for several years. I usually go to the location on McCann and Loop 281 in Longview, because the staff there are the friendliest and most helpful of any Starbucks that I have ever shopped. They always get the order correct and have it ready in a short time. A special shout out to Amelia, who always greets me when I enter the store. She has my order ready for me immediately every time. I highly recommend this Starbucks in Longview.

I don’t remember her name but the woman who took my order was so amazingly sweet and she took the time to interact with me during the order process at the drive thru. She talked to me about my babies and asked me how my Christmas shopping was going, she was calling me “momma” during my order which I found so endearing and I was already having a rough day and hearing that made it so much better. After she handed my my drink she said that she hopes me and my babies have a Merry Christmas. When I got home I saw she put “momma” as the name on my cup and I started tearing up because it was just so sweet. I hope that woman has an amazing day. She was an angel in disguise for me🥰🥰🥰

This location is always on point! Super friendly staff! Mobile order is always the way to go if you're in a rush, and I have only ever had to wait on mine once. When ordering at arrival be prepared to wait at least 5 minutes, which let's be honest is NOT that long considering the amount of business they receive every morning! This is a daily morning stop for me and I couldn't be happier with the service I receive!

I just need to praise the sweet Lily working drive thru today! I've been having memory issues lately due to some medications I've been placed on and so when I placed my order at the speaker I mistakenly requested the wrong beverages so you could imagine my confusion and embarrassment when I recieved what I asked for but did not necessarily want at the window. It was clearly my mistake of wording so I explained to her my mistake and why she'll be seeing me again back at the speaker in just a few seconds to reorder correctly and repay, she stopped me right there and fixed it all on the spot with grace and generosity. I'm an embarrassed blabbering fool at this point, half explaining why I am the way I am and thanking her profusely and all while shes listening to me, staying on task, AND CONTINUING taking more orders on the headset, shes also still comforting and assuring me that I'm no bother and it's not a problem. I vote Lily for CEO of the whole franchise. 🫶

This Starbucks was so lovely. I went during lunch time so of course the line was wrapped around the building. The line surprisingly went really quick so that means the team members in their we're handling business ... as they should. You could tell that customer service what's something that they truly took pride in. When I got to the speaker, the girl that took my order was so nice and bubbly. When I got to the window, that same attitude was consistent. They helped me reload my app with ease. They seem like they truly enjoy what they do. I try my best to pay for the vehicle behind me every time I go to a Starbucks, and I did. This is the first time that the team members have ever thanked me for doing that and made a big deal out of it. Doing random acts of kindness is something that puts a smile on my face and makes my day better but that coupled with the team here made my day that much better.

Love their fresh coffee and staff were super friendly. They have two uni sex washrooms both accessible. Accessible parking spaces and entrances. Lounge like seats and tables for laptop users. It's a good place to finish up some quick work but too noisy if you need a quiet place for studying. They have a drive thru and the food didn't look very fresh. Hope you find my review helpful.

The girls here are always nice, but the liiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiine. I swear. I have never not been in this line for 30 minutes or longer! If I lived here I'd make my own coffee at that point, but I frequent here from out of town and this is just annoying. Build another couple Starbucks in Longview for all these Karen's around here!!! I visit here at least 6 times a week and I can say that the staff here are super friendly and 'acquaintable'...they always seem to be in a good mood. Service can be a bit slow at times - i once waited 30 mins in the drive through. A cold brew with almond milk and a dash of vanilla is a favorite of mine. Also, the reduced-fat turkey bacon and cage free egg white sandwich is.

I'm a delivery driver for Uber Eats and I go to these guys pretty often. Everybody's super friendly and welcoming. As well as getting your order to you promptly. Order your next coffee or pastry from Starbucks on your phone through your Uber Eats app, and I guarantee I will deliver your order just the way I would want my own to order delivered

I love Starbucks, the coffee and speedy drive-thru and service are great. It's one of the few coffee shops in Longview. The only thing I don't like about the location is the patio area, right next to Loop and no trees or shrubs near the sitting area.

Well I ordered a frappe and was handed an ice coffee at the window. She seemed annoyed with me about it but I’m like uhhh that’s what I ordered; A frappe extra ice. They made me a frappe but definitely wasn’t extra ice because it was runny. I just left because why complain twice.! Trust me , it’s uncomfortable for me to have to correct a worker for something incorrect.. anyways. I usually experience better service at Starbucks but not here.

Typically Starbucks drinks and treats. Store comes with friendly employees but is an older and smaller style with limited amount of seating and kind of noisy. Nice patio area however but traffic noise from the loop is distracting. Parking is a little difficult and sort of dangerous getting back out with traffic coming into the parking lot from the loop.

This location is very convenient being that it’s right off of W Loop 281. The dining area is roomy, clean and well-organized. The first thing I noticed the moment I stepped inside is a designated lane for ordering, one which doesn’t get in the way of seated customers no matter how long the line gets - smart layout! There’s ample seating provided with six dining tables, four single couches, and one long counter by the window that can sit nine (this table has electric outlets along the length of it for your devices). There’s also outside seating. The WiFi speed though is so-so. They have a drive-thru and the workers are fast & friendly.

Man how hard is it to make coffee and pass out pastries? No reason Drive thru visit should last 30 min. You'd think someplace that specializes in pouring coffee should be fairly fast at it.

Although the staff is very friendly and the store and drive thru were very busy today, I found that the use of the mobile order service which was designed to make ordering and picking up fast and convenient. I waited inside for 10 minutes for my mobile order as the orders were just placed in the long line of drive thru and walk in customers

I like this Starbucks just fine (maybe because it's one of the only coffee shops in Longview?) BUT it's swarming with flies! I know it's summertime but this can't be sanitary! Maybe it has something to do with the dirty floors and surfaces? Best to get your latte TO GO!

I personally never shop STARBUCKS. I WONT EVEN BUY THEIR PRODUCT'S IN GROCERY STORES. However my daughter in law ordered and wasn't able to pick it up for two days. They did however make her drinks fresh when I did pick them up. They're polite and friendly and willing to help.

Start with the bad-Extremely slow. Waited over 30 mins for my order with only 5 cars in front of me and two cars parked in front of building. The good-The lady at the window was very nice. And they accidentally made my order a grande when I had paid for a tall. The coffee was pretty good. Two stars because 30 min plus is absolutely too long to wait for a quick coffee run before work.

The parking is tragic. We ordered through mobile pickup. It is supposed to be faster. There was a 15 minute wait, and the people just walking in got their drinks before we did. The drink I had tasted like I was drinking great value milk. It was not worth it at all. Never again.

It always hit or miss with this place. Some days I get super friendly baristas with smiles and cheerfulness, other days I feel like I stabbed someone and they just sling my drink(s) at me, they don't look at me which means no eye contact. The drinks pretty much taste the same everywhere so I never have complaints on that.

I had 5 people come and go before me, walking in after I did. Which I understand were mobile orders. But a woman said she just made her mobile order before she walked in & still received her drink before I had, when I had already been waiting for mine to be made. More worried about mobile orders than ones places inside. Finally get my drink and it is not what I asked for and I order the same drink I always order.

Usually they're really good, and I would normally give it 5 stars. Tonight when I ordered my usual, Venti Hot Carmel Macchiato, it didn't have any Carmel in it. 😒. I got down the road and stirred it, but still had no sweet Carmel. I was bummed, but too far away to turn around and go back. Maybe next time. Google just happened to ask me for a review on the night I don't get a good drink.

My first time to visit the Starbucks here yesterday. The service was a three stars. When I ordered my coffee drink and my food . 10 to 15 minutes had passed i still had none of my items. There was two people and one manager doing inventory , but not paying attention to his workers if they need any help. This was disappointing. The drive thru was buy with cars. Yet nobody was paying attention to the orders and the food orders for customers inside. This to me was very disappointing. I asked the gentleman at the register where was my food and drink? My drink was just sitting at the drive thru counter the whole time. If I did not ask i world of still been waiting. I am not ever coming back here to this location.

Too overpriced and not one real dark french roast on the menu or any with chicory (i'm from new orleans, love the rich flavor chicory adds... i love my Community coffee, plus itstoo confusing with all that "vente and latte" terminology. You cant just order a plain old cup of coffee.

Frappe was amazing. It took them 10 minutes to make it, even though it was just us and another guy who had orders going. The guy I was with just about had his coffee finished by the time I got mine. We were in such a hurry, too, that he was about to leave without me getting it. I have been there before where we've done a lot of orders, and they came pretty fast. Not sure what that evening.

Parking lot is not good. If you park in front of the front entry you're likely trapped by the people going through the drive-thru, however there are two new Starbucks so the crowd is getting distributed throughout town, I think. I would wish they clean better. The floor is sticky and tables are not kept wiped off.

Slowest Starbucks I have ever been in my life. The wait inside or drive through is usually minimum 12-15 minutes. Only thing earning them 2 star is same options as other Starbucks. I order coffee black, so no guesswork there. Their staff has ruined "The Starbucks Experience" for me. No greeting or niceties, just put out hand for money and hand me the coffee.

Every time I've ordered recently, they've been out of products to make their items, but they make them anyway. Pink drink - no strawberries or pink color, strawberry funnel cake, with no strawberry syrup so it wasn't a strawberry funnel cake. Order via mobile app so no way of addressing a refund. 😤

Just be aware that if you order your drink with no ice, they only fill the drinks up 70% of the way. This has happened twice now. We called and were just told it’s “standard” for them. This has never been an issue at any of the other Longview area locations, but this is the only location that works with DoorDash. To be clear, it’s the Starbucks location on the loop in the same parking lot as 7Brew (who actually fills their cups up 100%.)

They are not good anymore there coffee is never consistent. I get the English breakfast tea from there which most of the time is good but I no longer get coffee there anymore. I hate spending 5 bucks for a coffee and 1 out of 10 times it taste the way its supposed to.

I would always go to this Starbucks instead of the others in Longview, but very very disappointed the last few times I have gone. Every time y’all were out of a drink I ordered, and never had any cake balls. Surely by now the times I have gone y’all have realized that maybe y’all should order more ingredients or cake balls? Very poor service.

We went in and got two drinks and waited for at least 30 minutes. The place was packed with people waiting on drinks while the employees were making drinks for their friends that came in after us. They made drinks for a employee and her boyfriend before serving customers and gave it to her over the counter and didn’t make her pay. Awful service. We will not be back.

Giving a 1 star due to the fact that I went today and I received my venti with the lid not on properly resulting in a spill of coffee in my car, on my phone, wallet, and a 1 degree burn on my leg. I know there are hot contents sold at Starbucks , I always get hot drinks, but the lid not being on properly is the reason for the whole incident. I won't go back here due to the lack on empathy as the employee watched and didn't even hand me napkins until I asked for some. Customer service at this location has never been the best anyways. Just be aware and make sure your lid is on properly before you assume it is.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at Starbucks and I’ve visited Starbucks all over the country… I ordered three items, one of my drinks came out fast (did not taste right at all) the second drink came out 10 min after the first drink and my scone was the last thing to come out and that took another 10 min to get… store definitely needs retraining because no one in there looked like they know what they were doing.

The drive thru line was absolutely ridiculous. I asked for a Cafe vanilla frap with soy and she said they were out of Frappuccino? She said she can do a shot of coffee instead and I was like ehh ok.. didn't at all want that but the way the parking lot is set up it's not like I could exit the line anyway. After what felt like an eternity I get to the pick up window and they inform me they also don't have any more soy milk. Now how in the world are you out of frappuccino AND soy milk? Waited 30 minutes for a frustrating funky af experience. I do not recommend this location.

Ordered ahead, tried to go inside and door was blocked off (understandable) a sign said to go to front door, but when i went the door was locked! it said on the website to pick it up INSIDE ,now i have to wait in a 30 minute long line 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ when my drink was made 10 minutes ago.

Unfortunately this was a really bad experience they had no Knowledge on their own menu and had no desire to try and help They are very short and kinda rude And when I tried to offer a solution it was as if I was making their life hard or something I feel I could get just as good Coffee and way better service at a different coffee shop I advise people to try other places out

I haven't been in, in awhile and thought I would give it a shot. They seemed unprepared for anything walk-in. Were not greeting anyone and almost avoidant as if they hoped you were not going to order. They were not calling out drinks as they became ready for orders Mobile or otherwise so everyone was kind of confused. They were not giving out stoppers or sleeves either. It was very chaotic. After waiting 25-30 minutes AFTER placing my order only to receive a sandwich that had 1 incredibly small slice of bacon and was cold. (I didn't expect a lb. by any means.) but still. Majority of customers were mobile orders who were just as baffled since they seemingly pre ordered and waited just as long. I will be seeking out home town coffee shops in hopes of a different experience.

It shouldn't take 12 minutes to put together a hot chocolate.. don't be cheap get one more employer at least before 630 am . Is busy!! That's why 7brew is taking all ur business. If I owned this place I would have at least put up a fight

Asked for a grande with 1 pump of chai, and it definitely had more than double in it. It was 10 in the morning, and the restroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. I was afraid to touch anything. The walls, floors, toilet, sink, everything needs a deep scrubbing. Have been to a lot of Starbucks over the years, but this is the first dirty restroom I've experienced.

I was very disappointed with my visit to Starbucks on the loop in Longview this time around. There typically is a long wait these days but this time- it was a very long wait to even place my order which I was even more disappointed once I found out they were out of my kind of flavoring for the latte I drink. I would of thought that they would have offered a suggestion or even recommendation of a hot drink to replace what they didn't have- but no...(then a few moments of silence)... nothing.. So, I regretfully ordered sumthing that stood out on the menu since I was getting cake pops for both kids(they only had two flavors this time), luckily the kids had no complaints. As we wait in line , I could over hear orders- I wasn't the only one not getting the coffee they came for... Is this gona be on going or did sumone mess up a supply order? Need to say, I had to wait til we were home before I could have a cup of coffee.

Employees were rude and failed to comply with Starbucks known hospitality. It was close to closing when I pulled up to the menu and politely said hello, when I repeated myself no one answered the intercom. I pulled forward to the window looking to ask a question and knocked on the window. The employees looked at me and laughed. The behavior was very unprofessional and very disrespectful. Called to speak to the manager, while the personal who answered the phone said that they were the manager and did not speak professionally and argued with me.

Worst experience at a Starbucks. Exorbitantly long wait in the drive-thru, approached by a solicitor while in the line, order was made wrong, employees tried to lie about it. I had to park, go inside, explain the mistake and then I watched the employees make the same mistake 3 more times. Unbelievably incompetent and incapable employees. Hot garbage!

Tried to order a blonde latte and was told they didn’t have blonde espresso but that I could have a blonde roast coffee. I like lattes so I decided to just take the original roast espresso but I can’t stand the burnt flavor of that so I asked for 1 pump of hazelnut syrup to cover it up. They didn’t have it and was also told it had been discontinued a month ago. Every other syrup I asked for they didn’t have either. I think this store is very poorly run. I won’t ever go back. If I wanted a plain cup of coffee, I’d just make it at home. 🙄

The service here is so horrible I usually take my 15 minute break in the morning from work to go and grab a coffee and the last two times I've been there have been horrible they don't ask you what size that you want for your drink just gave me a size so I had to correct them on that they made the drinks wrong twice now this time that I'm going today I put in a mobile order 15 minutes before I got there and it was still not ready but I ordered a tea at the speaker box and it's ready before my mobile order is ever ready how does that make sense I will not be going back to this particular Starbucks. Oh and when I talk to the manager about my experiences there we have so many mobile orders it's out of our control I understand having a lot of mobile orders but over 20 minutes I ordered it before I ever even left work and then there was nothing she can do about how they're not asking about the sizes or anything she had nothing to say about that that they're just pretty much giving customers whatever

I do DoorDash delivery. I’ve come to this location a lot lately. Not once do I come through the door, and get asked what I’m there for or for help, or who I’m there for. Theees never someone working the front register and they put the main concern on drive through. The lack of acknowledgement of us being there is ridiculous. Is there a reason we are never asked, “what can we do for you today?” The customer service and staff are inattentive and rude.

Every time I get a frappe they screw it up. Every time! I always order it extra strong with an extra shot. The frappe is never blended. I have been to Starbucks all over the US. These people here in Longview need training on how to make them correctly!! I’m done with Starbucks in Longview.

3 years later: this location still sucks. Open until 4pm today. Got there just before and stood at the counter unattended for about 5 minutes before an employee walked up at 4:01 (literally), to say “have they taken your order already?” I responded “no” to which he said “sorry, we just closed at 4”. At 4:01. I had been standing there, just make my drink. Anyways, reminded why scooters, 7brew, etc etc are all better options and my go-tos when open. Ordered via mobile app, arrived to find ~25 people waiting for the same thing. Stood there for ~23 minutes before I had to leave to be somewhere. As I stood there the employee on the drink bar who had zero sense of urgency would at times not even be working, but standing there gossiping about another employee, or complaining about how busy it was. She made exactly 3 drinks in an 11 minute period, before I told her to not even worry about making our drinks and left. I suppose 30 minutes isn’t enough time allotment when an integral employee would rather feel sorry for herself and complain about an employee on break in the back. Save your time and go to the Starbucks on Hawkins & 259.

This is by far the worse Starbucks I’ve ever been to. First, in the drive thru, cut out the name sharing. I do t need to know yours, and you don’t need to know mine unless I have a mobile order, it’s just time consuming doing all the name exchanging. Also, the drive thru is the slowest of any Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Last, I get the same coffee every day. Iced Shaken Eapresso with an extra shot, it is never made the same here. Sometimes it tastes like creamer and water. This place needs an upgrade in management or training. 7 Brew is in the same parking lot and their line moves quickly. I will try there tomorrow

Very disappointed in this Starbucks lately. I always order on mobile and until recently, orders were always ready around the estimated times. More and more lately, orders have taken at least an extra 10+ minutes. Today I ordered 3 drinks, one of which was the new frozen refreshers which was done first, by the time the rest of my order was ready the frozen refresher was over half melted! I waited over 20 minutes past estimated order time for 3 drinks and 2 food items!

If u wanted to order a watered down Vanilla and Carmel Frap come to this place. My wife and I ordered and got probably the worse tasting ordering from stars ever. Hers tasted burnt and mine was more liquid than anything. Crazy to ask for a tip before we receive what we ordered

I go in there with my fingers crossed ready to drop my 50$ hoping they get it right ( all I ask is extra dragon fruit) light ice . And this is what 3 extra scoops of dragon fruit looks like in each cup . There goes my 50$ try again sometime. All friendly and everything but can’t read instructions is like they r detached from each other lost souls with a grin waiting to clock out and end the suffering.Jesus help them .somehow Longview always find a way to mess up my food. If I could give zero stars I would. Had a fly in my drink this morning! NASTY! Had doordash bring it to my office, so thats a fun surprise that the crew at this location some how missed when making the drink. I am disgusted! Also want to add the sticker for the hot latte I ordered was missing and the drink spilled all in the bag! Horrible beyond horrible. Go to 7Brew instead. They are friendly, great customer service, and you do not find bugs in drinks with them.

I DoorDash coffee this morning because I’m working from home and was swamped in work. Whenever it got here, my coffee was missing a quarter of the cup. They told me it was because I ordered without ice. Whenever I told them that I was basically getting a cup and a half of coffee for $15, the lady was just like “yeaaaa”. I will continue to use the one off of 80.
