Whenever I travel From Bay Area to Tahoe I always stop this subway. Chicken Teriyaki sandwich alway made best by the girl. Highly recommended.

Ordered from the app. My 2 sandwiches were made in the timeframe the app gave and orders were correct. The owner took some time to ask if I needed anything else. Store also seemed clean and tidy. I will go back to this location

Cell was an amazing sandwich artist, a guru if you will. He made us amazing sandwiches like Scooby-Doo style! What a fun experience for a late night adventure.

I eat at Subway because I know I'm going to get a consistent meal, however, service can be a bit and miss as it was today, 10-11-20. After paying for my sandwich, chips, and drink I noticed that 70% of the soda machine drink selections were not available. There was only 1 employee working. When I brought it up to her she acted surprised 😯 at first... then responded saying she is a new employee and couldn't work the machine. From her response it was obvious she knew there was limited drink selection before I paid and should've forewarned me and then offer me a choice to purchase one of there bottled drinks. There is no excuse for the poor equipment training and customer service etiquette training. Definitely nothing like Chick-fil-a where you always get great customer service no matter which location you go to. Next time I'll drive to the other Subway just a couple miles down the road near Target as I know the owner there always provides great customer service.

I had ordered a foot-long Tuna sandwich on wheat I made it a meal and with extra tuna. I received my order from DoorDash. My sandwich had no tuna in it and no extra tuna no mayonnaise. It had the wrong cheese. It was supposed to have American cheese. My bread was toasted put back on the shelf and then reused from my order. I changed the cheese from provolone to American and I did not check the toasted box because I do not like my sandwich sandwiches toasted.

This Subway is never short of disappointment. The staff is always cranky. No hey how you doing nothing. But honestly I get that to some extent. The ingredients are supposed to be fresh and ripe. My sandwich tonight had unripened tomatoes and rotten lettuce. Always a good time. I should keep visiting the one down the street by target because I know the owner cares.

Dont eat here. The food is awful. Go to a different subway, please. We have been there 3 times in 1 years and each time the meat is like rotten, the buns are not fresh. 2 times the owner has been rude. This time, owner was not there, but Navreet was nice. But, main issue, the food is not fresh or good. Today the cheese was rancid and the meat tasted and smelled old, the bun not fresh and not cooked all the way

2/26/25 @ approximately 2:15, I went in and ordered a foot long Italian herb & cheese bread, which was hard and dry with almost no herbs or cheese! It was tuna. I SPECIFICALLY asked that she put mayo & mustard ON THE BREAD, and she immediately scooped the tuna onto the bread, though I just finished telling her! When she did put the mayo on, the bottle was almost empty, so it came out in globs randomly on the bread rather than coating all of the bread, and she did not spread it around. She globes on the tuna, but didn’t spread that around either! One entire end had none! The lettuce and pickles I requested were also not evenly distributed; all the pickles were pretty much on just one half. Though “what kind of cheese” was her first question, I had to remind her 4 times to put it on! I brought my sandwich home and had to fix it because she’s obviously not a very good sandwich maker, doesn’t appear to listen to her customers very well, and wasn’t the least bit friendly! Needless to say, she got NO TIP!!

I have never experienced such terrible customer service. There were two women who literally told me there was no bread, turned to each other and laughed. I took my children and immediately walked out. We will never be going back to this location and I highly recommend going only exit away and enjoy a variety of other wonderful choices.

Employee working solo and very new. Very hard to communicate due to language barrier. No onions, no bell peppers, lettuce was brown. After transaction we sat down to eat, and a customer asked to taste some “red sauce” which took 30 seconds to request. He ended up asking the employee to put some on his finger, and she obliged without hesitation. Not a good place to eat. The owner should be down there training, prepping, and translating. The picture of the storefront provided to google maps is also not the same storefront of this location. Very bizarre place. Either ran by trust fund children or a franchisee who cares less.

Cashier was on the phone the entire time, whispered quietly and was very unhelpful. I tried paying for an $20 dollar order with a 15 dollar card and cash but was told by the cashier that "he didn't know how to do that" before taking my cash (a twenty dollar bill, I only had that and 4 ones on me) and walking away

I NEED MY MONEY BACK FOR THIS ORDER - THE SANDWHICH I ORDER WAS NOT WHAT I GOT AND WHEN I CALLED THE STORE THE GIRL BLAMED THE TRAINEE (AS IF ITS ANYONES FAULT OTHER THAN THE PERSON'S TRAINING). SHE THEN SAID I CANNOY GET MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE ITS AN ONLINE ORDER - AND SHE SAID THAT SHE CAN MAKE ME A NEW ONE. 1ST OF ALL - I DO NOT WANT ANOTHER SANDWHICH FROM THIS LOCATION, EVER AGAIN. 2ND OF ALL - I USED $2 REWARD FOR NOTHING BECAUSE THIS SANDWHICH ENDED UP IN THE TRASH 3RD OF ALL - I GO THIS ORDER FOR PICK UP BECAUSE I HAVE A LIMITED LUNCH BREAK SO NO I CANNOT GO BACK TO GET A WHOLE NEW SANDWHICH. I HOPE THIS PLACE GETS CLOSED DOWN SO PPL CAN STOP SPENDING TIME AND MONEY GOING HERE, THE OWNERS DO NOT DESERVE ANYONE'S MONEY! DO NOT GO HERE, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!

Alright... look if you under the weather dont go to work... girl clearly was sick instead of coughing to the side which i wouldn't have minded even if she was sick but while making my order continuing to cough downwards at the order while assembling it... thats a no for me... ive had terrible service before but this one takes the cake...

You can tell some of the employees are trying to do a good job, but the management is absolutely terrible. There was a very long line today and the employee who was clearly in charge was sitting in the back on her phone, came out and helped two people after being asked to assist, and then hid out in the bathroom until the rush ended. Not impressed. The owner/management needs to make sure all employees are actually doing their job.
