An absolute must try if your into Mexican bar food. I've been frequenting this place since I was a little kid and it never gets old. Great food, great service, and great people!

Great food, superfast and professional service and awesome salsa!!! This is fast food at it's best. Pollobowl, tacos al carbon, crunchy taco and the charbroiled chicken with rice and beans all hit the spot. Literally nothing was so-so, it was all great tasting. Service was attentive and to make it even better, we used a coupon and saved some bucks. Recommended if you like fresh food that is also nutritious.

I finally found a wet burrito I like. Well..... more like a wet chimichanga burrito with carne asada. Same difference. Carne asada is extra which is oddly strange. It's Mexican food. Why would you charge extra for carne asada? My chimichanga was a hefty size and delicious. Could use more meat though. Got it to go with churros dessert. Some of churro pieces were hard, but I ate it anyways. Went back later and tried the chicken taquitos. They were tasty. A little pricey for Mexican American food. Decor inside is cute

Always great food and service! But honestly never got a refill on our drinks and that's the first time that ever happened! Oh well at least the food is top notch!

It aight Cool bar but No hard alcohol 5.50 for one taco is way too much.but I will be back to try more food because the place is bustling.

Birria tacos were delicious, but the fish plate was not very good. It did not taste fresh. They only serve margaritas with wine agave, not tequila. Our waiter kept getting distracted and forgot about us a few times. The sunset beach location is much better for food and service.

I go here a few times a month. The staff are always friendly, but the food has been cold several times. I'm not sure why, but it sucks when you take your first bite, and it's chilly. ❄️

I love the chicken, but lately the portion sizes are getting ridiculous. More than once, I order 4 piece all dark and get a thigh that had as much meat as a wing. Another time, my all dark order had a breast piece.

Great flavor but it seems the chicken and portions are getting smaller. This location has better service than most and is clean. I came during lunch and decided to order inside to test how fast it would be compared to the drive thru. I made it out before the car I would've been and that's after having a customer ahead of me trying to pay with a card that was denied no less than 5 times.

Not sure how they get this "wrong"--crazy dry "double chicken" avocado salad, maybe a tablespoon of pico de gallo (low supply?), 3 slices of avocado (yum). The dressing helped. Maybe 5:15 on a Saturday is a bad time to get fresh chicken. I don't get it. So many better options nearby. On to the dance show at LAHS...

I drove there and ordered the double avocado fit bowl. I was thrilled to learn they have a spinach salad. I'm trying to eat healthy, and they now serve spinach salads. And since avocado is a healthy fat, I was looking forward to this meal. But as you can see in the photo, my salad did not have ANY avocado. And I didn't feel like driving back just for part of my salad.

This spot was recommended by coworkers stating it's "really good" but it was not. The food is not authentic, very Americanized, blan, felt more like a sports bar. Our server was not very friendly, seemed like a grump, rice tasted like it was microwaved, can beans, the michi was unnecessarily spicy, unpleasant to drink. Restrooms need some TLC, crowded with sport teams, loud kids. Wouldn't recommend to friends 🤷‍♀️

The portion are rediculous so small. Know they give you a plate with d’offenser compartiment. Don’t Even fill up the plate. I don’t know if it’s this location or if el pollo loco change their plate

Same as misty below said. We waited 30 min in the drive thru. I thought with all the time we had waited, by the time we got to the drive thru window our very small order would be ready and immediately handed to us. I was shocked that it was not ready yet. They need to take notes from chic fil a. Their wait time was unreal. Also, my LA spicy burrito was advertised as having guacamole, it didn't. Double disappointment.

This used to be my go-to place for quick and tasty food but not anymore. Today we ordered taquitos, one hard shell taco, and a side of chicken for delivery. Unfortunately the side of chicken had a bug, maybe a fly or a bee, smashed in between the container and the lid and this thing was pretty big, but we didn't notice until after eating most of the other food which made us both feel sick just thinking about other possible bugs in the food we did eat. Picture attached is the lid from the side of chicken.

$21 for nachos with pork, and the toppings came on a small plate. It was barely enough for one serving of the nachos. When I asked for some additional pico de gallo, I was charged another $1.95 for a quarter ounce of tomatoes. Terrible business practice. I assume the reason the toppings came on a separate plate is to save money on the ingredients. The menu didn't state build your own nachos. $50 for 3 tacos and nachos, what a scam. They tried to blame the system for the additional charge of toppings. Never going back ... next time I will make the entire order at home for $10.

Don’t order online I ordered online a chicken burrito with no cilantro dressing No pico de gallo No jack cheese They only ended up giving me a burrito full of cilantro dressing and some extra on the side and no avocado this is a horrible place to order online

My choice were to wait up to an hour for my food that I order ahead or wait 96 hours for a refund. The GM has no compassion for poor service for their customers. If you wanted to feel like you time has no meaning and you don’t matter come to this location. Edit: I was a victim of prejudice at this point. Customers came in after me got there food before me. They were acknowledged walking in and I wasn’t. Just overall lack of empathy and care. Manager alluded to telling me that just what it was and to accept the situation. I should be due a refund for this poor excuse of service faster than 4 days. I left here frustrated, hungry, left feeling like my business means less than dirt. Great way to treat people.

This is the second time I went to this location ordered a 4 piece “ALL DARK” chicken with 2 sides and the second time when I got home there was white meat instead of all dark! Make sure you open and check everything before leaving this for lace they clearly can’t get a simple order correct.
