Food was absolutely delicious finished everything no food was left behind and dessert scrumptious. Will definitely come again, drinks were lovely as well. Only downside was that it was a bit loud inside couldn't hear one another, service was very attentive overall great experience.

Awesome experience all around. Excellent service and staff, felt sort of like a family operation where everyone cares about the place and the customers. It’s feels classically Italian, a bit chaotic but efficient and thoughtful. Highly recommend the lasagna with the fried spinach, highly recommend the Lemon Pasta, highly recommend the tiramisu.

Really enjoyed the food here. Everything we ordered was well made, comforting, and full of flavour in that proper Italian way. Nothing felt overdone or gimmicky, just solid, good food done right. The menu is thoughtful, portions are satisfying, and it’s the kind of place you’d happily return to just to eat your way through more dishes. Overall, a great spot if you’re looking for genuinely good Italian food in LA.

Last time I had Angelini Osteria was 13 yrs ago it was good back then and its still very good today, the consistency is amazing. Nothing was amiss, all the food we ordered was spot on. Even the afogato hits just the right spot!

We had a lovely meal at Angelini Osteria. On the table was lovely bread and couscous salad. We shared a number of antipasti - stuffed zucchini flowers, beets with burrata, and, tomato salad topped bruschetta. All were delicious. The pastas are all fantastic. I had the tagliatelle with mushrooms, shallots, and parmesan. Lovely. Also tasty was the tagliolini sl limine, and pasta with a traditional ragu. We also had a nice mushroom pizza. I heartily recommend their panna cotta, which was perfect. The service is impeccable, very professional. All in all, I heartily recommend this lovely Italian restaurant.

Classic Italian dishes like lemon pasta, octopus salad, truffle pasta, and fresh seafood. A cozy setting with an old-school trattoria feel.

After googling for the best authentic Italian cuisine, I discovered Angelini Osteria, and it truly exceeded all my expectations! What a fantastic experience! You feel like you’re in Italy, it’s great ambience. On my first visit, I indulged in the calamari fritto, lasagna verde, and the pumpkin tortelli, each dish more delicious than the last. I’ve returned since then, and during my last visit, I savored the bistecca, a dish so generous it’s perfect for sharing. The service is excellent and the price is fair for the real Italian food. There’s no doubt about it: Angelini Osteria is a gem that’s absolutely worth the visit!!! 🤌🏻

Food on the salty side. Super kind waiters. Came here for a birthday celebration. They provided candle on the deserts. Very friendly people.

Nonna Elvira’s lasagne verde dish was unexpected and incredible. Meat was delicious, deep and flavorful, ragu, and it wasn’t too heavy of a dish like most other Italian restaurants. Will absolutely return because this was made with a level of expertise that makes me excited to try all of their other dishes on the menu. Wow what a find!

Angelini Osteria is a cozy, family-style Italian restaurant with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The food is outstanding—I highly recommend the *black truffle pizza* and the *homemade tonnarelli*, which is packed with fresh seafood flavors. The service is just as delightful, especially *Maria*, who was incredibly sweet, attentive, and patiently explained the menu. A fantastic dining experience—I’ll definitely be back!

Angelini Osteria is, hands down, the best trattoria in LA. No gimmicks, no reinvention—just the timeless staples of Italian cuisine, executed to perfection. The menu doesn’t chase trends or stick to one region; it simply delivers classics that hit every time. From the lasagna to the branzino, everything is rich, simple, and deeply satisfying. Bonus points for the patio tables, which turn a great meal into a perfect one.

Came here recommended by a friend and it didn’t disappoint. The restaurant is super cozy and the atmosphere is so nice, perfect for a date or dinner with friends. The food was really delicious. The lemon pasta was bright and lemony, creamy and just a burst of flavor, reminded me of being at the Amalfi coast. The steak was the bomb! It had this burned parts that were amazingly crispy and flavorful, never had a steak made that charred and flavorful before. The lasagna was super comforting and tasty. The baby artichokes, beef carpaccio and squash blossoms were delicious as well! The crème brûlée with black truffles was mind blowing, it was my first time tasting this flavor combo and it was truly heaven! I can’t wait to visit again next time I am in Los Angeles.

Had a lovely dinner at Angelini, ambiance is cute & intimate. Set up in a hallway between buildings is their outdoor seating & felt very European. Service was great and food was delicious. I see why it’s Michelin worthy. Will definitely be back. Cheers!

Excellent food, excellent service, and in a warm and cozy atmosphere. Angelini Osteria knows what they’re doing and has been making great Italian food for years. Although like most Italian restaurants, it can get expensive not because the food is overly special, but rather because people will pay it.

Amazing food! We got there around 6pm which is a perfect timing in my opinion. There wasn’t a lot of people yet, the restaurant still feels intimate while being lively. Towards the end of our meal it has gotten a loooot more packed and noisy. Depending on the vibe and noise level you’re looking for, time plays a huge role in it. The octopus salad was insanely good. Big fan. Sooo delicious. Beef cappacio has a little too much lemon for our preference but it was still good. The pasta was also very light and fresh. The highlight was definitely their homemade gelato. We got vanilla, pistachio, and hazelnut - an absolute sublime. Loved it. more at ig: @bos.recc

5 stars all around. We stopped by this joint for our anniversary dinner and boy was it the right decision. We have to wait and extra 20 mins from our reservation time but the place was super packed on a Saturday night. We were seated inside. We ordered the beet salad, the spicy sausage pizza and the bonbillini alla amatriciana. They were all superb. Maybe the pasta was a bit too al dente but that sauce made up for it. Must try place near the grove. The place is packed so get a reservation and be prepared to wait but well worth it.

Great service by Marie tonight. Had a lovely dinner celebrating my birthday. All of the food was spectacular! We enjoyed the beef carpaccio, bruschetta, lemon/cream pasta and lasagna. For dessert we had the panna cotta and bread pudding. All were spot on. Would definitely come back!

I went here for dinner. The salad was really good, parking is a bit tight and the tables are also a bit tight. Other than that the atmosphere was good it was definitely busy for a Monday night. I would go back again and try a few of their other dishes. Overall a good experience.

Love the zucchini flowers and the tomahawk steak. Had a rainy dinner here and we were seated outside. As much they tried to block out the rain, it was inevitable to still get wet. Interesting experience to have New Year’s Eve dinner outdoors, rain + spluttering raindrops + traffic noise + loud chatter + music. Interesting experience really. Overall great service with the wetness and great food! I also love the squid ink ravioli and the bone marrow. Awesome flavours and a happy new year.

I ordered Uber eats from here and had super high expectations. When I got my food it was cold and super bland. I got the pasta and the portion for the amount of money was laughable! Amd I barely got any sauce. I also ordered extra cheese and that def was not on there. Maybe in person they are great but if this is the portion I had to pay over 30 dollars for I def wont ever order again.

We had high hopes for Angelini, and while the food was pretty good, between the steep prices and not so friendly service, the overall experience was disappointing. We could tell all the pasta dishes were not made fresh as the noodles felt they were cooked from a box and the plates came out heated. The servers were attentive but gave off unfriendly, stressed and annoyed vibes. The ambiance for a restauranf charging $32 more more for a small pasta dish was lackluster with old tables and dirty floors and a cramped room. Overall if they adjusted their prices and attitudes, would be a decent place to go.
