This IS LA. Period. This cafe has ambiance for days and food that outshines the rest. The Beachwood locals know and keep this place busy. If you come, keep your eyes peeled for parking because there ain't any. The crispy chicken sandwich and guava lemonade brought me back to life! Next time, I'm making room for dessert! Update: 2 days later... it's a certified BANGER! The pesto chicken sandwich and the strawberry cobbler are my new favorites. Update: 1 week later... the BBQ chicken wrap LITERALLY saved my life after another night of "herbal" refreshments and the Grease Sing-A-Long at the Hollywood Bowl. It's one of my new favorites and it will be the only thing I order from now on. PS- Don't sleep on the guava lemonade!

A charming neighborhood cafe, Kayla provided invaluable assistance with menu inquiries. I opted for the Butterscotch latte, which was delightful and not overly sweet. The Scrambelette with turkey sausage was substantial and satisfying. The breakfast sandwich was generously portioned with bacon and eggs. Overall, this establishment offers a delightful breakfast and brunch experience.

My family and I hiked up to the Observatory through Griffin Park. The hike was quite challenging, so we decided to stop at this charming little cafe. It was absolutely perfect — quiet, welcoming, and the food was fantastic. We’ll definitely make it a regular stop after our hikes.

I was taken here for a surprise birthday brunch. You can see the Hollywood sign from here. It’s usually very busy but worth the wait! Tons of drink options, I had the strawberry mimosa, was perfect! The stuffed French toast, chefs kiss! No complaints or disappointments. Highly recommend! Will definitely want to go again! They do have parking.

Amazing food and a great vibe! I ordered the burger and the chicken bowl from Beachwood Cafe, and everything was absolutely delicious! The burger was perfect, and the chicken bowl was fresh and flavorful. It's a fantastic spot with a chill environment perfect for relaxing. Highly recommend!

This is a cute little restaurant right down the hill of the Hollywood Sign. Parking was easy in the adjacent parking lot. This place normally is packed during lunch and they don't do reservations during that time. We have a large group and wanted to sit together, so the manager recommended us come in the late afternoon instead. That way we can reserve the back room and have a space to ourselves. That was a great suggestion and we enjoyed our time here. I really like their multiple menu options for coffee/latte. I ordered the iced guava matcha and it was not too sweet not too bitter, just the way I like it. The food were delicious too. My friend ordered the pizza and it's those thin-crust ones, which I liked as well. The fries I ordered were cooked to perfection, crispy outside but tender inside, with the perfect amount of salt and seasoning. The service was excellent as well.

I had such an amazing time at the beachwood cafe thanks to my server Guadalupe! She was so attentive and kind + she helped my bf surprise me with a cute note! I hope to see her next time I go to thank her for creating such a memorable moment! The food was amazing and the Matcha with Vanilla sweetener was delicious!

Great food, great service would recommend. We were a family of four, booked online for a meal after having walked to Hollywood Sign. We were a little late fir our booking, but they held the table and it didn't matter too much as they were not too busy. Toilets available for guests also a little supermarket next door.

Went for a hike around Lake Hollywood before dropping in for breakfast on a Saturday morning. Busy but not overly so. Delicious food (recommend the Runyon scramblette), wide variety of fresh juices, coffee, teas…. You won’t be disappointed.

They’re known for their burgers which my mother in law and husband ordered. They were beyond delicious. I opted for simple breakfast. Everything was prepared wonderfully. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed but upscale. Pricing was typical for LA area.

Amazing staff, friendly, helpful, cheerful, and everyone loved my service Labradoodle Bella. I was getting Hangry after a 6 mile hike with my lovely service companion Bella the Labradoodle. They even made some toast upon request so that I could calm down my hungry dog while my friend and I finished our food. Portions were generous - I had the fried chicken sandwich and some amazing fries - cooked to my liking. Thank you.

Really fun location right below the Hollywood sign. Neighborhood is super cute with lots of old stairs to climb! Take a walk after you eat or work up an appetite. The coffee is good, lots of bakery items to choose from, get some of the bacon! The chilequiles are spicy, the breakfast potatoes are crispy. Overall great experience.

I’ve always wanted to try and I’m glad we did, the wait was short. They sat us at a little counter which I didn’t love but it was fine. My vanilla latte was delicious, we also split the banana chocolate chip pancakes and the breakfast sandwich, both were very good. The breakfast potatoes were perfect we ate every last one. We will be back!
