They have Fernets on tap. Very laid back vibe. Make sure to go upstairs to avoid the huge crowds.

Great affordably priced dive bar...definitely a locals hangout. They are territorial at times.

We are here at around 10pm; an HOUR BEFORE THEY CLOSE. The staff were on top of their game and we enjoyed the pizza we ordered; ordered a 20" in large pizza with drinks and we were out around 10:30pm. The half/half Margirita and Alfredo pizza was amazing. To ANYONE considering late night orders, be respectful to the staff. Their quality and service is top tier.

Pizza by the slice, Love it. I ordered a slice with sausage and a Mexican Squirt. Thin Pizza with the right amount of cheese and sausage so fresh you can see the spices and the cheese melting all over, I love that. If you are just craving a slice 🍕 or the whole pizza I definitely recommend it.

I ordered the wings and jalapeno poppers. The wings were what you would expect of a pizza spot. Crispy,well cooked, and the perfect level of spice (i got the buffalo hot). The jalapeno poppers were some of the best I have had. Crunchy, melty goodness. I will definitely be back to try other things on the menu. Also their pizza is bomb! Tastes similar to a NYC slice

Maybe the best pizza I’ve been able to find in LA, reminds me of pizza in my heart from back home in Santa Cruz. I’m not sure who is working today, but they were hustling and bustling and it was nice being in a restaurant where I felt like the staff actually cared and the ingredients were quality. It’s just straight up good service and good food. Highly recommend.

This is my new favorite pizza place! My mother visited last year and would sing its praises every time we ate pizza (we aren’t from LA) so we had to come try it. It did not disappoint. Their pizza is insanely good, with stretchy cheese, and good quality crust. They also can make gluten free pizzas that taste just like the original. The best part is the staff. Our server Anaise is so nice, she chatted with us, took our picture, and even gave us complementary wings to try just cuss! This is not a restaurant you find often. It’s yummy, reasonably priced, and the company makes you feel at home. Can’t say enough nice things about Braazos! Try it for yourself!

Pizza was a solid 8.7/10 and the service was a modest 15/10. Seriously the nicest group of guys during our weekend in LA. Easy to find location and accommodating to help when we couldn’t figure out the online menu. Absolutely recommend Brazil!

Looked far and wide for a late-night good GLUTEN FREE pizza and Braazo was it! Crust was buttery and crispy- best we’ve had. Sauce, cheese and toppings were delicious and high quality as well. Perfect post concert snack in DTLA 🍕 *we are not Celiac so I cannot vouch for GF safety. Pizza appeared to be baked in same oven as other wheat crust pizzas.

Wonderful pizza oh my goodness! We took a chance on it because my gran has some dietary restrictions. Their gluten free crust was delicious along with a normal pizza that was so yummy. We got the garlic margarita, some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. Definitely recommend.

I came here on a friend's recommendation. Let me tell you I wasn't disappointed. This pizza spot stands out . From the rest of the pizza spots. That are in that area. Way better then Joe's pizza . The sauce tastes very good and the amount of cheese is perfect. I got pepperoni on mine too. The customer service what makes it perfect for me . Also the way the cook their pizza is better. I love my pizza cheese to be a little burnt on top with crispy crust only on the edges . I highly recommend this pizza place.

Outstanding NY Style Pizza! I was craving a slice and this amazing local restaurant has some of the best in town. Cheat day for me and this was well worth it! Owner was extremely friendly and we shared some good conversations. I highly recommend!

I've been coming here for years and hands down the best true Wendell Bar drinks!! The price is also worth it too for what you get. Yes you will wait for your drink and yes there is limited seating during peak hours. Dark traditional decor and the place doesn't serve food but has a vendor set up outside for AMAZING cheep tacos!!!! Sometimes I go just for the taco's

I don't think dogs should be licking me in public establishments (particularly without a less intimate introduction first), but otherwise really enjoyed the vibe and music here. Cocktails were fine. Draft old fashion left a bit to be desired (too sweet, too herbal).

Tucked in an alleyway underground this establishment lies. Island style decor with rum based cocktails. Such a cool place to hang out at! Customer service was great! Actually everyone in Los Angeles in the foodservice and hospitality industry is overall friendly and awesome! We didn't try any of the food because we came here after dinner just to hang out, but I would recommend checking this place out. Aloha!

Has great flavor with a crispy crust and fresh toppings. Service is quick and friendly, and the menu has good variety. A bit greasy at times, but still one of the better pizza spots in DTLA.

Yeah, I don't get the appeal of this place. It's a nice looking bar but really nothing special is happening here. The drinks are good and reasonably priced though. Overall, there's nothing about this place that would bring me back here. Meh

The place and music were good but the security guy was a jerk let his buddies in and they where waisted we just wanted to chill and did not let us in saying we were too drunk....

The restrooms are OK the services OK the drinks are terrific but there needs to be more parking.

It was very nice I enjoyed it, it’s not very thick it’s a thin but it has a lot of flavor. If you’ve had Costco pizza it’s very similar.

We ordered GLUTEN FREE pepperoni and mushroom pizza for delivery, for our Christmas Eve dinner. We did not receive that at all. We received a GLUTEN FULL cheese pizza. And with someone with celiac that’s asking for a disaster. We also had to call the doordash to see where the order was after 45 mins of waiting, to which the dasher found out the restaurant didn’t even confirm our order. It’s going to be a hard no from ordering from here again because they obviously don’t look at the ticketed properly. If you have any allergies do not bother coming here. Because they aren’t concerned with giving people what they actually order.

Unfortunately, I will not be ordering from this place. The person who answered the call for delivery was very polite, and it seemed like everything should go well. After an hour with no delivery, I decided to call to check on the delivery status. Another person answered, saying you were supposed to pick up, and your order has been waiting for 20 minutes. Apparently, when you call, it isn't directly to the business but a 3rd party, hummmm...so the individual whom I placed the delivery order with and the pizza parlor don't communicate. After all the miscommunication, the order is scheduled for delivery, which will be an hour and 45 minutes. Prime Pizza for sure going forward.
