You can order with mobile pickup or inside. Sadly the options are more limited with the mobile order (no curly fries, etc.). Food is fine. Usually pretty busy, very standard burgers. I always get the vegan burger with vegan mayo and ketchup. I recommend sauce because it's a little dry. My friend had the grilled chicken burger and said it was "good." Not bad for on-campus dining, really wish that they would expand mobile order options with the meal swipes.

The big rude lady with the glasses, who sadly probably is the manager thought it was funny that I didn't select tomatoes and lettuce for my vegan burger on the order kiosk. She said it in Spanish and laughed. I can understand Spanish a little. You need to learn customer service! Hopefully she doesn't behave this way with USC students.
I had a double crush burger. The buns are are pressed flat and the patty is a bit dry. It will fill up your belly but it doesn’t taste that good. The curly fries were pretty good.

Service is the worst I’ve ever seen in “fast food”. Waited 35 minutes for chicken tenders while the staff stood behind the counter doing nothing.
Very bad service! And the food was not that good at all to... I wanted to come here to try it out so I bought my friends over and I spent 50-100 just for bad service and food. Please don't come HERE
