The first bite is magical! This has become one of my all time favorite breakfast spots and love that they have delivery services. Highly recommend.

This Wendy's is located in the middle of Hollywood in the "not so glamours" area. Just down the street is The Seventh Veil all nude strip club just for reference. The restaurant itself is clean and safe so don't let the area it's in make you think it's not worth going to. I really like the self ordering kiosks they have available when you walk in, very high tech and up to date. Just make sure if you order from there and you are paying with cash that you go straight to the counter and pay. It doesn't really tell you this and I ended up waiting longer than I should have because my order wasn't started due to waiting for payment. I thought I would pay when my order was ready. It was quite busy for a Sunday at 11pm but the Super Bowl was that night. Even after I paid it still took around 15-20 minutes but again it was quite busy with food delivery drivers picking up orders for people. Also they were out of vanilla flavored Frostys so I had to settle for chocolate. The employees were nice but very busy behind the counter. Not a bad experience for the area and for how very busy they were.

Due to location this restaurant contends with an enormous amount of homeless coming/camping in/out. Thus the staff are rather cold borderline rude. Makes for a rather unpleasant atmosphere overall.

Went through drive thru to pick my online order 12:41 am I get there vandalism thet claim they don't have any frosty to complete my order,offers me few items I say no he went offer more items and stop him politely and said. ... ive already placed my order for I wanted, he say okay hands me my order minus one frosty , you would think they would give me cash or a credit back for the item I didn't receive...not happy I called the location back spoke with a person "L" she apologized once i gave her the information, I was expecting my card to be refunded, no she offers me a combo of my choice on my next visit and it must be that location, she takes my information and reminds me to call that location before order online or drive thru so someone would know the situation. 1 week later I happen to be near the location and wanted to claim my combo, I called The "L" didn't recall who is was then put me hold and then I was disconnected and when I called back I got a answering service to leave a message... Well I'm sure what game this location is playing but im not about that, either you will or you won't, since they won't I will dispute the whole charge for my order...it could of been a value item it doesn't matter, i have not been compensated for my incorrect order, and my inconvenience....

As Aussies travelling through USA's west coast, we attempted to give nearly every big fast food a try. Wendy's was just dry - the chicken, the fries, everything was really chewy and lacked taste. The service at this one though was really super friendly! :)

Instagram @AllAmericanJock Wendy's is okay now. I miss the Jr. Bacon cheeseburger. And the food wad tasty, but left in my mouth a slightly greasy film with a slightly nauseating aftertaste. But that's how it goes with fast food. This location was clean and free of vagrants. The cashier seemed to speak little English and thus messed up my order slightly; I ended up overpaying a bit. As I love Wendy's this visit was terrible. Hamburger was awful...i don't know what happened but we couldn't finish it. Chicken sandwich was good. Fries was delicious. There was no fountain with drinks. The place was dirty and stinky.

I'm a big fan of Wendy's cuz it's one of the few fast food restaurants where I can actually eat the food and it doesn't upset my stomach. Rarely do I give Wendy's less than a five-star review. That being said, I took the the hamburger out of the bag shortly after I left, it was cold and one of the potatoes looks like it was dropkicked across the room like a football. One of the butters leaked like a sieve all over everything and for whatever reason the sour cream packets were expanded like bad food in the refrigerator . They got thrown out. Auuuggghhhh.

Had a delivery with partly cold fries and nuggets. Must have been in the aircostream of the dasher, who could not find the address (use Googlemaps right!). However, the Caesar salad was a real disappointment, because it was not fresh. The salad itself was very obviously a bit too old and not of good quality. Too bad, because the chicken parts on it were much better and fresh. It was not a very good experience unfortunately.

I really had to go to the restroom. They told me I had to purchase something first. While I understand that. I almost peed in my pants. 😭😭 I get they have trust issues but cmon man. One day I will be peeing my pants cause I am not able to make a purchase in time.

On January 9, 2026, a I visited the Wendy’s on sunset The employee Luis at the counter was very unprofessional. Luis rolled his eyes, spoke to me in a rude tone, and ignored my question about a missing item in my order. When I politely asked for my fries, he said ‘You’ll get it when you get it’ and turned away. This made me feel disrespected and embarrassed in front of other customers. Extremely rude staff, refused to give me extra sauces when I am more than willing to even pay for them, though corporate wendys doesn’t make you pay for sauces. After arguing with the cashier for 10 minutes (not even joking, I timed it!) at the window and having to pay 50 cents per ranch, I left and will never return to this wendys! I suggest you skip this location and go literally anywhere else to save yourself the headache. It’s wild to me that I offered to pay for the sauces and she refused to give them to me until I kept pushing over and over again!!

Absolutely disgusting!!! Food is not fresh at all, and sandwich is completely wrong with no condiments, and is not fully cooked! Sprite has not been changed and taste like water also. Literally disgusting!! Overnight staff with manager “Walter” needs to do better, especially with people ordering on Uber Eats and paying $25 for a combo. No straw in the bag, and only received 2 ketchups for an entire combo with fries. Will not eat this, and reporting to Uber Eats for refund. Do better and be mindful of others and paying customers!
