This is a small hole-in-the-wall spot with some of the best burritos I’ve had in East LA. The carne asada was juicy and flavorful, and the salsa had just the right kick. The place doesn’t look fancy, but the food is clearly made with care. Staff were quick and friendly, even though it was busy. It’s cash-only, so make sure you’re prepared

This is the place down the street, and it's yummy for sure. I really like getting their Tostada Salad with Carnitas--the Carnitas here is very good, their green and red sauces are pretty spicy, but taste good on everything. I also love their Chili Rellano, which has plenty of sauce and cheese. The tacos and burritos are also very good, and the burritos are pretty huge. I've had their Huevos Rancheros, and it's not the best, but it's not the worst either. If I want Huevos Rancheros, and don't want to drive very far, this is the place. Everyone working is always nice :)

I recommend the Birria Quesorito if you're hungry! It weighs about 3 lbs! Very delicious and it will make you full.

We usually go here because they are one of the few Mexican restaurants that always have Cabeza as a choice of meat in tacos, burritos, etc... for when we have a hankering for something different. They do carry everything else though, (except for any eggs dish right now due to the scarcity and expense of eggs). Not a fancy place, just good food and good size portions. There are inside seatings and outside seatings next to the parking lot. But it's quite noisy cause it's a busy corner so we usually pick up food for take home.

Good service and quality food. This place has been around for quite a long time. Spent about $12 for a carne asada burrito with beans, cheese, guacamole, spicy salsa, with verde on the side. Was impressed by the size for sure - enough to make a meal for pretty much anyone. Ate half right at the spot, half to go. Would definitely recommend! Edit - may or may not have gotten sick from this meal lol

Wow the birria burrito “ultimate crunchy super queserito “ is a pillow, enough for two meals for me. I thought birria by definition was goat meat but they make it with beef. The beef, rice, beans, cheese, guacamole, pico de gallo, salsa and sour cream came wrapped in a double tortilla, which I thought was like double bagging to keep contents in. But upon further inspection, I found there was melted cheese between the tortillas, hence a quesadilla, which is what the menu does say. I promptly lost control of it and needed a fork and a knife. The rosa de Jamaica was super sweet, after the taste of many aficionados of Mexican food. My wife got the birria and says it was too salty . Shaded outdoor on 70s styled colored picnic benches. This is place for challenging your buddy to finish the whole burrito

Good food, carne asada was a bit salty though IMO. Prices are good, the food portions are kinda big. Staff were friendly and service was fast. Parking available on their lot.

Pretty authentic Mexican food restaurant. Every dish is freshly prepared, made to order, so you might have to wait. Especially at night. This is a big late night food stop. But it is very worth it. Great place to get food after the bar at night or the club. The combo plates are always my go-to.

It was my first time there and when I asked for salsa. The guy had a weird attitude. The food is just good the place is open 24 hrs.

Late night Al Pastor burrito was mostly refried beans. Not worth $12.

I usually like to find places with good carne asada fries, these were some of the worst I’ve had. First they drowned it nacho cheese so the fries were soggy as hell. Then I find this giant piece of chewy tendon/ “carne asada”/whatever it was. I chewed it twice and spit it out. To make it worse the green salsa looked like blended Jello I can’t lie I’m pretty disappointed lol. I promise I never give food reviews but I had to this time. The workers were nice and it was out quickly…for obvious reasons.

I ordered the enchilada and burrito. The cheese was not melted, the meat didn't taste fresh.

I had an all meat burrito. It is tasteless and very spicy. The meat is dry and tough. I end ups trash it after a few bites. It's worse than fast food!

Yall, do not waste your time or money. We ordered based on the picture and I just want everyone to compare these 2. I had to take a Pic of the wifes phone that had the Pic. But this place was a massive waste of money and tasted like left overs

Ok, so I was gonna leave a review, but first, I wanted to read some reviews .. and now here's mine. 1st, it's not authentic Mexican food, period . 2nd, everything they have it is frozen. ( saw the guy come in and out from the walk in friged / freezer) 3rd, I read that they would do better on the rice.. and well, beans, too. The rice was hard, maybe even uncooked . The beans felt super hard. Normally, I buy some type of meat, usually what sells the most since I'm assuming they cook that a lot, and it might be fresh . But I wanted to play safe and got Chile relleno. It tastes really funny, and it was super oily, as you can tell from the picture. And I know it wasn't the beans or rice cause they were dried . And lastly, I got a water hibiscus, and it also tasted funny, and they probably top it off with a bunch of sugar, so im just assuming to mask the taste ? Anyways, I give this place a 0 if I could . And no, that's not sauce on the picture it literally dripping oil. I didn't even finish it after the 1st bite I had .

I don't know I ordered a plate of Chiles Rellenos I don't know what happen to the actual Chile. This is not a Mexican restaurant. I had come here once before and the food was alright. I though I'll give it another shot, bad decision. I guess maybe for tacos tand burritos the place might be good. Doubt I'll be coming back here again.
