This one of my favorite places to get authentic food and people from Guatemala. They have from your typical breakfast to the more skill types of foods. The service is incredible, the boys don't smile that much but are very professional and courteous. The lady's there one or two don't smile too much but the rest are a true symbol of how people from Guatemala are humble and with good charisma. Drinks are mix with some from here and some from the native country. Even sometimes when the line gets long it doesn't take them too much time to catch up. They work collectively, organized and efficiently. 👍👍 love the taste of the food...honestly they still keep the flavor of the food as original as the one from the country itself. One thing did change, they sky rocketed all the prices. A freaking bread with beans, eggs(tomato&onion) and sour cream, 2 more of pork meat and 2 coffees $31 freaking dollars. If they want to make more $$$ open another store instead. They forget in what neighborhood they are in, this isn't rodeo drive, it's not a luxurious place, or Orange County where all the pretentious people live. Be reasonable when you price your food. But at least the food still taste good...

The pastries are fresh and delicious, with a variety of options that cater to every sweet tooth. The savory dishes are just as impressive, offering authentic and flavorful Mexican cuisine.

Been coming for years now & they have such amazing client service! They are very respectful and they have so much staff that you are seen in a respectful amount of time. The owners and family are great & they make sure everything and everyone is doing great.

Not the nicest customer service but the best refried beans in town. Get yourself a $2 beans and cheese bread on those tight days when you running late, or low on funds. Best Guatemalans pan dulces too

Delicious bread, found champurrados, gusanitos y conchas. Didn't try the food or sit down. I grabbed everything to go so this is purely about the bread.

What can I say I've bin coming here since the 90s and nothing has changed. The people are still amazing , the location is in a shopping center it's always full you'd have to be one of the lucky ones to arrive and just park. Usually I park outside near the meters or flower shop. It's rare to find a parking in the parking lot. The food is Soo delicious. You got to know was up with central American food to enjoy culture food. I'd recommend this location when looking for a big full morning belly.

My friend/colleague took me to this place once. And I really liked it. They make the best pan francés around LA. I usually go there for breakfast. They have plenty of seating area.

My family and I always come here for the breakfast anytime of the week. The food is always good. House food cooked good, always feels like moms homemade cooking. If you want to try something different If you are not Guatemalan I would give this place a try. You'll keep coming back.

This place is just round the corner from where I was staying. You get three pastries for $1 and they are great dipped in coffee. Love visiting authentic places and this beats any tourist hot spot. Love it.

I stopped by to get bread. The parking lot was very busy. There was a line. It seems people love their breakfast. I wasn't blown away with the bread. It was edible but not amazing. Guatemala bakery on Beverly beats them hands down.

For the good part everything is cheap and I bought a lot of food thinking it was going to cost over 30. The food that's displayed was cold or temperature. The tamale was soggy, they probably left it boil for too long. The "relleno" would have been good if it was warm and soft but it was hard and cold again. I wouldn't come here again but it wasn't that bad cause it did have flavor. Just cold lol

Okay place. Tried their Chile’s rellenos and they were very decent. The staff could practice better hygiene, by cleaning their hands before handling food, after touching money. Restaurant looked dirty and could use a good cleaning. Prices are too high for their food. They did not use the cash register to charge me, so no receipt! Evading taxes is not good folks.

Lady at counter has very bad attitude; been here a couple of times and it's hit or miss depending on which Lady tends to you. I asked for their bread with beans which one Lady takes her time to cut the lid open and make it into a semi bowl so the beans don't fall out (since the beans are liquidy). Well, this Lady cuts across as if she's making a sandwich and starts picking at my bread. I tell her that, "that's not what I requested;" seeing that all the beans would fall right out. I asked her if she could put the beans seprate? While speaking under her breath she grabs two plastic PET 1 containers and begins to fill them with piping Hot refried beans. This bugs me so much that I tell her if she is aware of what she's doing? I inform her that you're not supposed to put hot items in these containers and she replies with a smirk and a "así es como servimos los frijoles aquí!" "Lo va querér?" To which I replied "well, yes I ordered it. But that's toxic!" She then whispers to the lady "tal ves es su primer ves aquí" and she tries to charge me an extra dollar on top of their $.50 debit card service charge. Beware: if they serve it in plastic what could they be using to cook it?

This place used to be better. The parking is a hustle, the food is okay. I don’t think I’ll be coming back. The main thing for me was the fact that they serve very hot food in a #1 plastic plates: that right there, is a shoot of BPA in your blood steam.

Parking not reliable! Cashiers out of control not organize, not polite or educated employees! Food can be a lot better! Never coming back again!

I came here over ten years ago and it was so delicious, your food was prepared when you ordered. Now food is already cooked so it sits cooked all day. Food did not taste good, it wasnt fresh. Even the bread from the bakery didnt taste all that good. We just wanted to walk out and leave the food. We will not be coming back.
