Eva's Lechon Los Angeles Reviews
Took my order of lechon a few weeks in advance. It is better to call by phone instead of going to the place like I did at first. Charge a delivery fee which was ok. Delivery fee cost depends on the distance. The roasted pig came on time and was cooked really good. Skin was still crispy after a few hours. Great service.
I have never ordered a roasted pig before. So this place was the closest one to me. I called the number to order a small roasted pig and the transaction was painless. They answered right away and gave me directions to put a small deposit. The prices are tax included so there's no secret fees. They had my order ready at the time that I requested and the place has a loading spot to park in to load the pig. The restaurant itself was beautifully decorated. Mandatory pay the rest of the pig in cash at the restaurant. The pig looked so beautifully cooked and it tasted delicious. The skin was so crunchy. My family loved the food. We have some leftover so for sure the price sheet suggesting how many people it fed is accurate. I would definitely order from here again.
We bought half of a jumbo lechon and it's was super delicious. Never had one before but it was an awesome experience we had for Christmas. Will definitely be coming back for more 😊
The lechon was the best we've had Since our last trip to the Philippines is very juicy tender skin is very crispy
Lechon was awesome! Soo crispy. So anyone hasn't taste EVAS lechon try it.

Eva’s Lechon will now be my fav.place to order for my occasions. The lechon skin is still crispy even after hours. Meat is juicy and tasty. Extra sauce is so good! Thank you Glenn! Till next time! - Happy customer here 😊
I ordered a medium lechon the Monday before the weekend I needed it. It was AMAZING. I've had tons of lechon and this might have been the best, if not at least top 5 roasted pigs that I have eaten. The skin was thin and crispy. The meat was super juicy tender and flavorful! It almost tasted like they marinaded it before roasting. Top notch and I highly recommend!
We were over an hour late for pickup and they graciously waited for us without any complaints. AND my lechon was still hot when it made it home after an hour in traffic. We will definitely be back!
I had a medium sized pig for my wedding festivities and it was a hit. My guests enjoyed the meat as it was juicy and tender. Nothing was left as it was all eaten. They also delivered for a minimal fee to Redondo Beach. I would definitely recommend.
First of all, when you glance at the bad reviews for Eva's you'll see that the complaints had nothing to do with the food. Yes, it isn't your average deli: they only do lechon, and splendidly... and I had no trouble understanding anyone there even though I have no idea what my Filipina wife is saying half the time. Some people just like to gripe. In the 15 years this Glowingly White Boy has been married, I have eaten enough lechon to fill the trunk of my old Dodge Intrepid--and that sucker had a 7-corpse trunk! Naturally, my girth has expanded in direct proportion. Of all the lechon I've had here (in Los Angeles and Chicago) and in the Philippines, none was better than Eva's, and none I've had on this continent could compare. I haven't had lechon de leche yet; I'm a little afraid to try it, because everyone tells me it's far better than the adult lechon, and if it's THAT good my brain won't be able to handle it, they'll find me convulsing and I'll wind up in a mental hospital with wires up my kazoo and mad doctors performing unthinkable experiments on me. I could do without that.
Taste good and yummy.. very crispy and juicy. Best salsa too. Beautiful rustic resto theme, clean environment and kind stuffs. Im glad they open for per plate and per pound. Now we can buy small portions. Im a fan!
Good tasting lechon for special occasions. Prices have gone up since last year,2021.

No delivery, driver waited 1 and half hours after the proposed pick up time and unfortunately our order for FULL lechon came in half the size, petite and SALTY with no laman(filling)! Never again. We are disappointed with our order. We paid more than 400.

Ang lechon na order ko Hindi na kasingsarap kay sa noon. The pork is so dry and walang lasa maybe because it’s cooked in the oven pero and skin is so crispy. The shape of the lechon before was rounded and now it’s flat.
The lechon was delicious and the price is fair, HOWEVER the customer service is so horrible I will never be coming back here. The dingy restaurant is run by a nice old lady whose English is incredibly hard to understand, opening and closing times are unclear, and they basically ruined our thanksgiving dinner by having the food ready ALMOST 2 HOURS after they told us to come and pick it up. We literally stood in the shop like idiots with no information whatsoever while our entire family was waiting and starving. You’d think that being lechon the ONLY food they cook over there they would know the cooking time?? Well think again. Bad bad bad experience. They didn’t even apologize or offer a discount.

I am confused by this "business", I called to place an order and an answering machine came on. They called me back right away but when I said I wanted to place an order the man on the phone said, "excuse me?" I said, "is this Eva's lechon?" and he says, "Noooo..." but I could tell he was lying. Very strange behavior for a place of business.
I went here to get lechon and it says in google they’re open but it’s CLOSE. Don’t waste your time to go here.
If you have to go here, look for Glen the white guy. Or else you might get ripped off. They dont speak english and their tagalog isn't much better.
