Gold Diggers Los Angeles Reviews
Love the vibes in this small bar and stage. This is probably the smallest dancefloor I've been on, which mixed with the low stage made the show feel super intimate. I love this for seeing local bands! If you'd like to sit, there's a few tables near the stage -- get there early because all the other tables don't have a stage view. Water was freely available all night without having to bother a bartender 🤎 The name though, Gold Diggers, is kinda cringe... guess nothing's perfect 🤷♂️
Cool bar, live music and they got a hotel and recording studio in the back
I was invited to check out a cyberpunk theme event and Gold Diggers had a intimate dark setting to enjoy the show. They had plenty or bartends and they were quick to get you taken care of. The show was great and SoleneVelvet was amazing 😍
The sound here is so good compared to other small venues. Nice staff and bar. Only wish they didn’t have a giant pillar obstructing the view. Also parking here is impossible, definitely suggest using ride share or public transit only.
Great drinks, the bartenders are great and the music is the star of the show. Always a great time!
Great place to listen to music. This bar is great for an intimate music show. It was great to be so close to the band. The drinks were good too.
Place gets lively around 11pm. Bar has a great selection of alcohol. And they have a DJ spinning vibey music that gets people dancing.
Best sound I've heard in any venue in LA. Great place to see a band in a small venue with amazing sound. More of a bar than a venue but it fills up quick. Show up at doors to secure a cocktail seat by the stage!

Good drinks and great service with a cool little stage. I had fun!
Maggie is the best. Great vibe & cocktails. Killer music as well! Love this place.
I had an absolutely awesome time here. Alex the bartender, and the security guard were friendly, shared some recommendations for bars and restaurants with us and were a blast to chat with. Me and some friends came to see some live music, when halfway through the power went out. This made for an awesome acoustic only performance with the entire bar crowding around a make-shift stage. The staff were proactive and handled the situation really well. I'd recommend this bar if you're in the area, and even if you aren't in the area.
Amazing bar with a little known parking lot just 1 block west of the venue!! Huge parking lot in fact. Don’t sleep on a show there just because you “don’t know where to park”. Now you know ! Great sound in this space too! So if you really like an artist it’s the BEST place to start experience them. And it’s a small space so you can really get up close. Good drinks, great staff and multiple Mezcal options ***
Such a cool venue to listen to live music the spirit and alcohol served here are the highest quality in the bartenders know how to make a delicious strong drink I personally am a vodka gimlet drinker and I may have had one of the best gimlets I've ever had here.

I attended this venue for Otis Kane’s album release event. First off, parking can be a challenge, there’s no designated lot, so we had to find street parking about a block away. The venue itself is small but has a charming bar area. I really enjoyed the show and the overall atmosphere. A highlight was getting my vinyl signed by the artist and even snapping a few pictures. If you’re planning to visit, I’d recommend allowing extra time to find parking.
Cool vibes, good drinks and a nice but small stage with a great atmosphere. We caught the Anna Moon performance here and the sound was good with a small but appreciative crowd. Bartenders were nice and drinks were solid. If you get chance to see a live show here I would definitely recommend it.
This is not a restaurant but a live music venue and bar
A nice, cozy location. I didn't have any drinks so can't review any of their servings, but I went for a Kiltro concert and had a great time. It's rather small as a venue, with very little space in front of the "stage" and rather limited visibility from elsewhere. A few pillars also split the room as well. The music was great though, and no acoustic issues. I would come again for another event.
Living here for decades and went here for the first time. It’s another fine L.A. gem hidden in plain sight. Very cool vibe for live music and friendly people.

Great bar small stage very unique and beautiful atmosphere
Great bar small stage very unique and beautiful atmosphere
My friend and I attended a show at Gold Diggers Bar this past Saturday to see Solene perform. Unfortunately the parking is a nightmare. We could not find the parking lot that was supposedly just one block away, maybe my Google map directions weren't correct. We finally found parking half a mile away in a neighborhood, so walking back late at night was kinda scary. The drinks at the venue were reasonably priced and good, and the sound from the show was great. However the lighting was SO bad on Solene, the artist we went to see and she is stunning so the lighting did her dirty for sure. This venue definitely needs to upgrade the lighting so that it does the artists justice. The plain blue lights just were not working. It was also extremely hot and stuffy in the venue, very poor ventilation.....needs AC badly (and it was cold outside in November so I can't imagine why it was so hot inside?) everyone kept saying how hot and sweaty they were, including the artist Solene....like we were all dripping in sweat while standing still. It would have also been nice if the cute lighting fixtures/lamps hanging were on (even dimmed to at to the mood) so you could see them (the place was so dark so you could barely see anything). I've seen photos of how cute the venue looked online but nothing was lit up well so you couldn't see the beautiful decor at all. Overall the show and people had good vibes, but we just couldn't get over how hot and dark it was inside. We were relieved to leave the building, which isn't a good thing. Not sure I'd return, unfortunately.
