Love everything about this place. The outdoor seating area is nice and spacious, the coffee is good and the food is excellent. Love the vibe of this place, very nice space to work in on your laptop. I got the breakfast burrito and the cinnamon coffee cake and both were very good and clearly made from scratch. Friendly baristas as well. This place is 10/10

I’ve gad their coffee before at grocery stores and it was nice to see an actual shop. I ordered their latte with almond milk along with a shot of espresso and a nitro cold brew to go. The latte was solid, flavor was excellent and temperature was just right. The cold brew was also great with a nice kick for caffeine. Parking was limited to the street but the interior was nice and big with lots of seating options.

Today my best friend, my partner and I decided to check this place out this morning. I ordered the vegan breakfast tacos and had their house mocha iced. The food was awesome and had a nice presentation. The vibe was laid back and the staff were very polite and helpful. The establishment is very inclusive and the food portions were good. All of the ingredients were visibly fresh and we all had a wonderful experience. I would have to say this establishment is underrated and more people should check it out.

My favourite coffee spot in the arts district. The service is unreal, even though they’re just behind the counter. Super warm and friendly, they know their customers and they remembered me after only a few days. Honestly made my trip to the states so much nicer to know I have somewhere to go in the mornings where they have such a welcoming atmosphere. They’re also open at 6am which is awesome, cause you can have a coffee before a run or whatever. Definitely get the pumpkin chocolate bread, that is unreal. And the horchata cold brew is crazy good. Thank you so much to the lady who knew I was heading back to Australia today, it honestly made my day!!

this place has it all! solid coffee, amazing ambiance, lots of space to work/read/study, fast wifi, and good food too! we got the burrito bites 🌯 which were surprisingly great! standard burrito just in smaller form for $4. coffee-wise, i got their specialty horchata cold brew ☕️. nothing mind blowing / out of what i expected from the name but really solid! i didn’t have any trouble finding free street parking either which is definitely hard in dtla. overall great experience & would be back!

Pricey, but good. Parking isn’t too bad in the mornings, just depends when you get there and then you can expect to pay and or walk a ways, lots of yummy places around it, but the breakfast sandwhich was good. Def recommend. And would return.

Loved this place! The matcha latte was to die for and had a really unique taste compared to others I’ve had (in a good way!) great food options and brought a bag of beans home to enjoy. The staff were wonderful.

I came here to do some work and drink some coffee. Wifi was reliable and the place was clean and spacious. Plenty of places to sit and they have a bathroom. Food wise, they close the kitchen an hour before closing. So I wasn’t able to try any of their food since I came in a little before 3 p.m. The caramel latte with oatmilk I got was delicious. The latte and a bottle of water were $11. They close at 4 and I would go again 👍

I enjoy trying out different coffee shops around LA, mostly for the food and the ambiance. It’s a very chill place, and I’d say it has a bit more seats than the other coffee shops I’ve been to which is a good thing. The fried egg sandwich I ordered is alright, nothing too special about it and a bit pricey but there’s nothing surprising about that. I also ordered a large hot chocolate. I’m glad that they offer different sizes for the hot beverages.

I like this coffee shop to come and work on my computer. The music is not loud at all like Starbucks and they have the best playlist. I'd like to know what station they played today at 10:30am -1:30pm lol cause it was on point! I had the Soyrizo burrito but in a bowl. I've had it before and like it. Also I asked for a latte with brown sugar instead of the syrups and with oat milk and so good. However it's kinda pricey it was about 25.00 for the breakfast bowl and latte but honestly it's about right for the "trendy" Arts District. Only thing that put me off was how cold it is in there. I mean the AC was blowing so cold it felt like Antarctica in there even though I was wearing thick fleece leggings and a long sleeve and light sweater since it is 76 degrees in Los Angeles today. I could've kept working but I had to leave because I couldn't even concentrate anymore, I was shivering. All in all I would definitely go again. I've been there like five times but next time I'm bringing a parka.

The daybreaker sandwich is SO delicious. Great option for a breakfast sandwich in the area. I’ll be coming back for it. Bummer that the menu is not allergy friendly (my partner has a peanut/tree nut allergy). There are some other nearby breakfast options that are though, like Alfred Coffee!

Breakfast tacos were alright. Surprisingly bland, even with salsa and harissa. Nitro cold brew was good though. Disappointed that the first 2 things I tried to order couldn't be made, since they were out of tortillas and avocado at 9 in the morning. Perhaps they weren't expecting a brunch crowd on Saturday. Also, it didn't help that the guy behind the counter laughed at us for ordering food they did not have. So the 2 stars are for the customer service.

If I could give this place negative stars, I absolutely would. The behavior of the two female baristas was beyond unprofessional—rude, dismissive, and downright discriminatory. It is shocking that management allows employees who treat customers with such disrespect to represent their establishment. My partner and I were nothing but polite, thanking them and showing appreciation as we left. Instead of basic courtesy in return, one of the baristas deliberately said, “No, we would appreciate it if you don’t come back… you’re not welcome.” That type of conduct is not only unacceptable—it is hostile and discriminatory. As paying customers, we should never be treated this way. Management should be ashamed to employ individuals who tarnish the reputation of the business with such arrogance and lack of professionalism. This was not just poor service—it was targeted mistreatment that has no place in any professional environment.
