This BK is the CLEANEST I've been in for years ..probably because is newer.. It looks fairly clean inside the bathroom . the food tasted fresh and hot ( I hope it stays that way ) the employees need a little work on their people skills .I like the fact their checking VAX cards to eat inside safety comes first ..keep washing your hands and stay clean ..I'LL BE BACK

The halfway cute girl that works there doesn’t tell the huge girl what to do well enough. They constantly have attitude and mess up orders. Suggestion: if you’re going to be bad don’t have an attitude. Ask for light salt. They give you extra. Have it their way I guess. except the guy that works here is phenomenally nice. So one star goes back just cause homeboy knows how to treat people And now they get 5 stars. From 1 when I’d go there say good morning and no one would respond. To the last couple times I was there and everyone was great.

They handled this one unruly person extremely well. It wasn't their fault. But, the area isn't great. It's near MacArthur Park. But, let me tell you, the manager handled the situation like a true boss with this one guy who was threatening us and cussing the staff out and all, and it was really tense for a minute. But, she handled it 👏👏👏👍👌very well.
Burgers are cooked deliciously and are the best that they can be. All Burger Kings are not the same. The fries are always hot. The place is kept clean. Service is courteous.

So I used the app to do some of my order which turned out to be absolutely useless because the code I was sent the cashier wouldn't except so then I had to spend more than I planned and not get what I wanted. Also, it took way too long to relay to the non English speaking cashier my order which ended up not being correct imagine that! Overall I learned not to use the app and to probably go to another location
This Burger King was your standard Burger King restaurant. The service people are very nice. Waiting time was standard. Not long, not short. The food was good. I often visit. Had no problems with going back..
Burger king is absolutely better than Mcdonald. But they can't compete because Mcdonald service is 10X better! I ordered 2 meals but they only gave 1 sauce... mcdonald gives you infinite sauce for FREE. BK needs to do better instead of penny pinching $.25. Only a 3 star instead of 1 because the food is a 5
They have one lady running the entire place. Meal was missing several items, they need more employees and they need to stop closing an hour or two before the posted time!!
The. First time I ate at this burger King the fries were hot and crispy. I tried the Italian chicken chicken sandwich also. It was hot enough but I didn't care for it overall. It was missing something. Went back again the next day and ordered the whopper Jr. with fries and nuggets with coffee. Everything was barely warm. Nuggets were dry like they were from the day before. I ate a few of the fries but had to ask for hot ones. They gave me more from under the heat lamp Anda few of them were hot but the rest were cold like the first batch. The coffee was very good. That's all. They don't seem to take any pride in what they do. Hey guys, the key to a successful restaurant is consistency. You have way too many bad reviews and you don't even seem to care.
I hate that I have to be honest about all aspects bc personally I want to give this burger king negative stars. Discrimination law suite waiting to be happen this place with the manner in which they deem appropriate behavior and service . Even with grace given for the fact that the employee specifically that I had treat me so unprofessionally was just a teenager , there isn't any excuse for the blatant discrimination and abrasive behaviour in which he treated me with. In general I noticed from just observing that a good amount of the displaced frequently dine here as they participate in the EBT hot meal program for those displaced. The attitude given and had by the employee is far from sympathetic that's for sure. His negative and just apathetic mood and treatment isn't just reserved for them but seems to be extended towards those who ask legitimate but seemingly annoying to him questions about the impossible patty and why the price was $4 more (his quote to me btw) which I voiced my opinion bc it seemed odd that the single whopper no meal was only $1 more but the double was supposedly $4. Bc I questioned him very politely I might add he had given me very unwarranted and undeserved attitude. It was cloaked and veiled under that "fake generic profesionalism " if that makes sense You know the kindthats made over exaggerated but emotionless and insincere kind of manner , candor and cadence that is intentional with the hopes to upset you ... So I finally had enough and still within a respectful tone voiced that I was going to report him and That's what he literally canceled the order said "I'm canceling your order and I'm not serving you And you can go and you can go now bye" (almost verbatim) I felt so discriminated against and just all around helpless bc the supervisor and the entire staff knew how he was acting and they all were laughing and talking about me in Spanish (little did they know that I had taken Spanish in high school all 4 years in gifted and talented courses and finally AP , I forgot much but can still understand it to some measure and degree) Finally after being completely embarrassed and mortified bc the new guests who didn't witness it and him storming off speaking ill about me to the other workers as they all laughed and the supervisor took over the register and was smiles and professional with The family that came in well he was saying these things about me and even having them looking at me as if I did something wrong and then some of them chuckling like the older gentleman chuckling and then also joining in like making his little comments not to them but with them if that makes sense well Lansing my way and then the family tried not to look at me while looking at me because if it helped help doing that because they knew that they were talking about me and whatever they were saying they were making it seem like I did something wrong and so I just felt so so uncomfortable It was the worst experience I've had ever in a restaurant or business experience I don't know what I'm beside myself. Eventually after going to the supervisor it just asking him directly like does he could really condone that type of unprofessional behavior and discrimination blatant discrimination he simply said I didn't see what happened and I just explained to him the way I'm speaking to him right now is exactly the way that I was speaking to the employee that was talking ill about me and that refused to serve me and so he basically just said okay and he's rang me up .
Terrible experience at this location. The store was empty but Jessica "a manager" was ignoring my presence completely. She kept chatting on with another employee. With management like this it's better to hire people that actually care. Great food tho!
The staff here should be fired. Very rude and disrespectful. They wouldn't let me in 30 min til closing which is ridiculously bqd business that I'm pretty sure the owner would be mortified to know. Employees think they can do whatever they want. Foods good for fast food. Shame
Wow, really bad experience on the evening of 10/17/24. The employee manning the front gave us a dirty look as we were waiting to be helped, then disregarded us to take someone else's order whom had cut the line. After this, he still didn't acknowledge us. Had to ask the young lady with glasses about our order as well as a young man's who was wearing a motorcycle helmet. The food was alright, but they didn't have the shake we ordered and had to replace it with a cherry freeze. Overall, bad experience, will be calling corporate number tomorrow morning to have 1st employee's conduct addressed.
Customer service is horrid!!! No restrooms for paying customers. Really? Blatantly lie about it being out of service and then have an employee come out of it working just fine and refuse to let me in after her. That is not ok!!!
Staff steal your card info. Avoid at all costs. I rarely use my credit card, I had no prior use of it. Used it here since i forgot my debit card. I kept my credit card at home since then (no further uses) next thing I know I'm being charged 700 for some entertainment plaza in Pasadena.
Staff has become accustomed to blatantly ignoring big lines of customers giving drive thru preferential customer service. You WILL WAIT up to 5 minutes WITHOUT receiving any assistance. To add insult to injury, you can be speaking no more than 18” away from the cashier and they will completely order the wrong items for you. The clincher that takes the cake, is the kitchen staff that does not speak or understand English…what this translates into is, you get what they give you, not what you want. WORST SERVICE EVER!
This place is so bad, the franchise policy is that the bathrooms are for employees only. That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen in a place that sells food. If you have an emergency because of bad digestive system, what do you do??? We left. They sent me to the Mexican place across the street called La Guadalupana, best thing ever!!! We ate there instead and we were 100% satisfied with the service and the food was delicious 🤤. So I recommend the Mexican place across the street, the food was delicious fresh and better portions and prices than BK.
I love burger king. Its very sad that they have the sign 2 for $6 and I see it on tv 2 for $5. But they don't have that special they have another special it comes out to $10. NOT COOL buyer be we're. The customer service is great the employees are just great. Just on the customer service I would give them five stars there the best I have ever dealt with. But this issue must be the owner only.
It’s 10pm and the store is closed. The drive thru takes so long especially for anyone who’s done a mobile app. They make no attempt to try to get you out of there, rewarding those who ordered ahead. Nope. Instead you have to wait until 5 orders are done ahead of yours before you can even grab your bag of food. The website says they’re open until 11pm. The mobile app let me place a pick up order at this specific location and I placed my order at 9:47. By 10:10 I was STILL in the drive thru line. This makes no sense to wait 20 mins for fast food. That’s an issue, I don’t care whether I’m spending $1 or $25. This was the first AND LAST time I will stop by here. Save your energy
All the employees and managers have the most pathetic, garbage, rude attitude you could ever think of. They treat you as if you're getting the food for free. They look at you, speak to you as they are all mighty. No "hi, thank you, welcome" nothing. When you walk into the place you feel nothing but negative energy. Their face says it all. Sad people for sure.
I try to go through drive thru and I was sitting there for about 15 mins before I decided to walk in. When I walked in the line was ridiculous and there was only one cashier. I didn’t even order and just last because I just couldn’t wait that much longer 35mins had already passed and i just wanted to get something quick and go home but that wasn’t the case…I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location.
These fast food restaurants need to stop letting food go past the time limit in the warmers and serving it especially with the cost of food, ($15 for two jr burgers with a fries - no drink).. and they expect $20/hr 🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️
My experience in this Burger King was one of the worst I travel all the way from Sacramento California to Los Angeles California on some business trip decided to stop by Burger King in purchasing breakfast everything was great until I asked one of the employee's name ana i believe if I could use the restroom before getting back on the road she refused to let me use the restroom the other employees said the restaurant where only for employees.. so unprofessional super disrespectful one of the police told me that if I had any problem to go to the police station and tell them super unprofessional I demand my money back at this point for being a customer consumer in ur establishment I demanding a compensation for emotional distress and for not following the law while operating a food public restaurant they got to provide with sanitary! Restrooms !! A violation! Date; 2/20/2023 Time: 10:29am Hopefully i hear back from the GM of this location
Just because I have to put a star, but the service is to poor, the lady in the counter is rude and don't help, and the bathroom is not working, how does a bathroom of a restaurant not work!? If I could put zero stars, I definitely would. Max I could ever give is 1 or 1 and a half stars ehh the food is good, the fries Is the only reason I give a one star review for.
There is a software bug in the kiosk that does not allow you loyalty points while paying with EBT... The staff was helpful in resolving the issues. Even the staff was embarrassed at the malfunction of the kiosk and the bad packetts of mayonnaise. This area has such potential but the mismanagement of the city has this place crawling with homeless and disfuncional people. Walking distance to MacArthur Park
I just got my order .. I didn't like it ..because I order with 2 cookies and instead send a ice cream .. I called and they don't pick up .. I'm not ordering from here ..I didn't even ask for BBQ SAUCE AND THEY SEND IT
The workers don’t send sauce on the online orders. Ex: they sent “French toast” sticks with no syrup…so it’s just bread I guess, it’s not marketed honestly. The Food is packaged & made with little care in my experience if such simple things like “put the sauce in the bag” is a forget step…One star from me. Waste of my money tbh…I don’t want dry French toast 🤣🤣🤣
I just went in and they refused to give me refund! Tuesday November 26 he said because i completed the order on the kiosk he's unable to issue a refund to i basically was robbed. Highly illegal, but i asked if he's able to add things to my order he said yes so therefore he has access to he denied to refund me! This is ridiculous im currently flagging down a police car to intervene
Unfortunately this is the worst Burger King in LA. Their rules are terrible. We bought 6 burgers & fries and were told we cld only have one sauce. And the fries were empty. The younger girl is nice but the older one that always has on so much makeup is rude & condescending. It’s so sad to experience this type of service at a Burger King. Terrible b
Been coming here a couple of times a week for 9 months, now. Have asked to use the restroom every week. Always say it's out if service. I hear it's been out of service for 3 years straight. Absolutely ridiculous that paying customers can not use the restroom. And I believe they are breaking a California law, stating that establishments serving food must provide restrooms for their customers. Looks like a possibility of a class, action lawsuit to me.
Although the store is still open and I have an order to pick up this guy is completely ignoring me. I am totally fine if he told me that they are done for the day but why treat me like this?
On June 10, 2026, at 6:40 PM, I was treated rudely by a female employee at the drive-thru window. When I received my food, it was cold, and I discovered that someone had spit on my hamburger. As I was eating, I noticed a soggy part of the burger, and it had a terrible, loogie-like taste. When I took the burger apart, I found spit on the patty, and the smell suggested it was from someone with a mild cold. I am honestly disgusted. Normally, I avoid fast food, but I'm at a loss for words. I don't even know what to do or who I can talk to about this. I ended up throwing all of the food away. I will never return to a burger place in low-income communities again.
The place was very dirty, the service was horrible. The woman who served me was very rude. The food was cold and when I spoke to you it seemed like I wasn't talking to her. Honestly, why do they hire people like that? You don't expect to be treated like a king, but at least with due respect. There were 5 of us and all the food was bad.
We went there and waited for someone to help us since we had a coupon and we didn't know how to use It with the app stood there for 10 min or more and no one help us we had to leave. And there was employees there who saw us walk in the beginning and didn't bother to take our order. POOR COSTUMER SERVICE ... jack here we go
They only accept cash at the register and if you pay with card, you are forced to use the kiosk. Its very inconvenient that you are forced to pay in the method that they want you to pay. I lost interest and went to the Thai food across the street
I'm sorry but letting homeless inside a fast food restaurant is not good at all me and my dad were hungry and there was nowhere to sit but next to a homeless guy that was in there not eating just hanging out and the place smelled so bad then another homeless in the restroom getting high whoever is managing their is not doing their job it's not acceptable that's how KFC was I will never go back to that Burger King it really gross me out
They closed at 11:10am during lunch hours, locked the doors, and didn't place no sign that they were closed. The drive thru was still open which didn't make sense. The guy working was cool but there was this beat up looking up woman who works there that needs to work on her customer service, I asked her if the store was open and ignored me for 15 seconds but because I was staring at her she decided to answer.
I didn't get no food becuz there not open. I guess everyone's not supposed to get hungry until 7 am.. so stupid...!!!
One bathrooms were out of order Two the food was cold Three They are stingy with the ketchup. I had 2 orders 2 whoppers large fries and a cheeseburger for my brother and I. The lady only gave me 2 ketchups
They don't honer Coupon codes here from there app. How are you going to have ppl working for you & they can't even type simple numbers. I wouldn't trust this place with my money if they can't even type a simple coupon code for my meal. That they don't want too honer seriously 😒hire new ppl or shut it down. With their 3.4 Star rating having 🫏
