Delicious breakfast burrito. It’s nearly perfect.. bacon is well cooked and so tasty. I personally like all the ingredients mixed together in a breakfast burrito and not layered but I’ll make an exception because it’s just so good. Their cappuccino is great too. They do beautiful art on the foam. Service is great as well.. Ruby and the whole crew! Definitely one of the better bfast burritos I’ve had in my search since my fav spot burned down.

Prime Caffe is tucked away in the corner near the chicken store. Inside it is pleasant and the staff is diligent, friendly, and welcoming. The menu has a great selection of diner foods all made with more care and delicacy than you usually get at a diner. All at a reasonable price too! I particularly recommend the Dolce latte, green kale smoothie, caprese avocado toast, and the waffles.

We went there un sure of if it would be good. I convinced my daughter to go in with me. We needed up sharing their breakfast burrito, hot chai latte and extreamwaffle which was basically a waffle with fruit. Once we get our food we are very suprised on how good it was. The waffle had fresh mint and an amazing presentation with fruit. The waffle did not make you feel sick afterwards and had the most perfect consistency. The breakfast burrito was the same it was perfect size and had two amazing sauces for the side to dip your burrito in. The eggs were cooked to perfection and the avacado wasn’t mushy and brown it was nice color and very well seasoned. This breakfast was definitely a five star and we already went back with nothing but the same expectation and the same result. (They make the cutest art on the hot drinks with the froth from the milk)

They are very professional and very kind. They’ll make adjustments if you have special requests. Food was absolutely delicious! And the staff was so nice!!

Seeing the restaurant from the outside I didn't expect much but it was fantastic. Service was stellar, the breakfast burrito was delicious, and the person making the latte was an artist.

Prime Caffe INC #3 is a must-visit in Los Angeles! The breakfast burrito is incredible and the waffles are heavenly. Delicious food, beautifully presented!

Got the matcha latte with coconut and french toast. Highly recommend! Matcha was my favorite.

This place is underrated. We went at 9am on a Saturday and had options to self seat. Order at the counter, sit, and food is brought to you. Service was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and so far the best breakfast and latte I've had in LA. My partner and I both ordered different egg dishes and the waffle to share. The bread and potatoes that come with the breakfast were perfectly cooked as well. And they have complimentary fruit infused water, which I always appreciate. The only con I could think of was the salt shaker tops were clogged and needed to be cleaned. The restaurant and bathroom otherwise appeared clean and the environment was calm and friendly.

I work very close by and would say this is one of the better lunch options in the area for me. Everything is always consistently ready very fast and it’s always tasty. There is a small free parking lot right out front, otherwise free street parking is also easy to find. Inside is large enough to dine in, but I always get it to go. They do have a pretty large menu with a lot of great options on it and I love that they have smoothies and drinks as well as food items. I have tried a few different things here, but this past order I got the Spicy Chicken Sandwich and added avocado and honestly really liked it. The ciabatta bread was crispy and the the chicken was perfectly spicy and I just really enjoyed it. The dressing on the side salad was also terrific. I would recommend if you are in the area.

WOW. just wow. I’m a foodie and travel a lot trying breakfast everywhere. This place is truly 10/10. The ambience might be simple but the food is anything but simple. So fresh. Fresh pressed juices. Veggies perfectly riped. And the eggs are superb! I live in Beverly Hills and not one location compares to this hidden gem. Trust me and the other reviews and try it! They deserve to be noticed with how much effort they put into the breakfast craft !

Saturday morning looking for a good breakfast in the area. Saw a 5.0 rating and figured I’d give it a shot, but really, how good could it be? Let me tell you… it really is a 5.0 breakfast! I had the prime breakfast. Two eggs (I had overcast) chicken sausage or bacon (I had bacon). It came quickly either way 4 strips of bacon, 2 perfectly cooked over easy eggs, fried potatoes, sourdough toast. Everything was great. My companion had the salmon bagel. Also perfectly cooked and generous helpings. If you are in the area, I highly recommend this place. The staff was friendly and efficient.

We came here on a Sunday and it’s a bit crowded, but the server quickly cleaned up the table. We ordered spicy sausage scrambled, spinach scrambled, a normal avocado sandwich, and extream waffle. The food was served fast and they look delicious and taste great. We would like to visit here again.

It was an amazing experience- Food is tasty - clean place - staff is friendly- the only thing was the parking - got to look in the surroundings For food I would recommend to bring it to the table all at the same time - We waited for our plate about 8 min after the first place arrived to our table Overall recommended!!!

You can really miss this place if you aren’t looking for it. I drive by everyday on my way to work but I am glad I discovered it! The breakfast burrito was so good and it was a decent size. Now the coffee was a HUGE cup of coffee and it was strong! How a good cup of coffee should be! The waffles are delicious as well! The staff were really nice and helpful. The place was very clean. I can’t wait to come back and enjoy more food items.

Came upon this spot while looking for a quick meal on the way out of town and I was so pleased. Truly amazing.

Cute little cafe with a lot of food options! Yummy breakfast burritos and delicious lattes and mochas hot and cold. I like the employees here they’re really nice and welcoming, that cater with kindness. Will definitely recommend this spot! :)

Best breakfast! Food was delicious, beautifully presented, and very friendly service. They were able to accommodate all of our group's dietary restrictions (gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, etc). My only regret is I didn't take the time to take a photo before gobbling it all up. Worth making a special trip to go here!

Review from a NorCal gal…. What a great little “hole n the wall” place. I almost did not come in because it was tucked away small and the decor is non existent . BUT the food… I orders the kale smoothie and was amazed at how good it was, I ordered the advacado toast and contrary to a post I read on here, it was a good portion size. My daughter ordered the latte and it came as a swan I think, she ordered the extreme waffle and the berries were super fresh. Very pleasantly surprised and I feel like I found a diamond in the rough here in LA

The price points are medium ..so I wasnt expecting huge portions but my girls avo toast had such a small amount of avo on it " It was a first time not so factor."..which..could have been changed easily for like 1.00 more the restaurants cost to put a nice amount on .. Owners. With Salads...and stuff that isnt high cost food wow us customers. Dont make us feel like your trying to save on cheaper ...bigger portions make a wow impression. Food was generally pretty good. Guys cool behind counter. Just for people reading this. Make sure their portions are commensuratory at a med price point they are at . Hold them to this!! I will be back.
