Love.Life Los Angeles Reviews
I wanted to extend my heartfelt gratitude for Love.Life where they were gracious hosts for our Wellness event with JPMorgan. It was truly a pleasure from the warm welcome, soothing treatments, delicious food and professional coordinating. Hailee, Vanessa and Meredith were amazing to partner with and a huge help to each of us and our clients. The support and engagement were invaluable to us, and we look forward to hosting here again in the near future as the response was outstanding. Thanks again, Love.Life! If you’re looking for a holiday location for clients or team building - look no further!
I visited on 09/28 for a complimentary day pass after touring with Jovany in July. This was one of the best spa days I’ve ever had. The facility is immaculate. The class selection is first-class. I started the day with power plate with Rachel. There were only two of us, so it was semi-private. After that, there was spin class with Claire, followed by a private yoga session with Bailey. In between that, Marco, the spa director from Rome, filled me in on all of the spa offerings. The restaurant is great. The zero gravity chairs you could spend the whole day in, alone. The recovery center is gorgeous and so clean. I can’t wait to join.
Hailey is Amazing!! First she is drop dead gorgeous! Hailey is so kind and welcoming, she took the time to answer all my detailed questions and I am so impressed. Please value her and make sure she knows she is appreciated on a daily basis it’s hard to find great people and you guys got lucky with her.

This is quite literally my home away from home! Everything you can think of and imagine in the health and wellness space for optimal living and longevity, you can find it all here plus great food, people, equipment and overall vibes :)
Love.Life is a home away from home. Amazing place with everything under one roof.
The staff is amazing. Beautiful facility.
Amazing Plant Based options in the Cafe and beautiful wellness center.
If you have money and care about your health… well… you’ve found the holy grail.
I’ve been to plenty of gyms and spas in California, but Love.Life feels like stepping into the future of wellness. It’s not just about working out, it’s about understanding your body on a deeper level. One day I’m doing a strength class, the next I’m recovering in a cryotherapy chamber, and then I’m grabbing a plant-based meal that actually tastes amazing. The space itself is so calming you almost forget you’re in LA traffic five minutes away. What surprised me most was how personal everything feels the team genuinely takes the time to connect and tailor things to you. It’s less of a ‘club’ and more of a lifestyle reset <3
Awesome place! Excellent food and service. Kennedy was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming back!
Best gym in the South Bay, hands down. Sure, the monthly fee is high, but you get what you pay for: high-quality, high-tech equipment, pickleball courts, clean locker rooms, and outstanding recovery systems.
An incredible oasis where you can nourish your body with great nutrition, exercise, and zen. The staff is super nice.
This space is absolutely amazing! It is a hidden gem in El Segundo. Walking in I was amazed how large it was and how much it had to offer. It truly is a 360 health and wellness experience. We came here for a work retreat. Thank you so much for the hospitality. Special shout outs to Sally, Merideth, and Megan. We were well taken care of and can’t wait to return!
Nothing but exceptional. The atmosphere, amenities, equipment, employees, etc. everything is top notch. I fractured my foot a week into becoming a member and the team could not have been more accommodating with recovery, pointing me toward different therapies and helping me work through the injury. Can’t say enough great things about this place.
Love.life is an innovative health and wellness center that is so ahead of its time it is hard to describe. Is it a doctor’s office? A spa? A gym? A healthy-eating cafe? A rec center? The answer is all of the above. I recently joined and honestly, I wish I could spend all day there every day. The pickleball courts alone are worth the visit!
Wow, amazing! Love.Life is the best Holistic Health center I could imagine. Truly revolutionary in considering all of the elements of one's health. If you care about your health, including mental, physical, and diet, then this is the place to go!
The staff made it very easy for me. A hassle-free and enjoyable experience.

Incredible. Delicious. Great bang for the buck.

Edit & Update: Changing my overall rating, which includes my first experience, to 4 stars. My previous review mistakenly referred to the wrong person as the massage director. Vanessa, the actual Massage Director, reached out afterward and encouraged us to give the spa another try. After some hesitation and time to let our initial anger fade, we agreed — and I’m so glad we did. This visit was exactly what we had hoped for the first time. We arrived about 15 minutes early and were greeted by Janine and Norma at the front desk. They truly embodied the spirit of the spa — calm, professional, and attentive. Check-in was seamless; we were provided with robes and slippers, given a quick tour, and walked through a breakdown of our experience for the day. Per Vanessa’s recommendation, we began with red light therapy, which was the perfect way to kick off the relaxation. From there, we enjoyed some quiet time in the zero gravity chairs before starting our massages. Tonya and Jonathan took incredible care of us and I’d recommend them to anyone. It had been one of the toughest work weeks for my husband and me, and they worked out every single knot and tension. They really emphasized the thoughtful touches — water prior to beginning, lavender oil on our pillows and masks, and even tea post-massage — made the experience feel truly personal. We continued our visit with the steam room, cold plunge, sauna, and another session of red light therapy. I especially loved the steam room — it helped with my allergies and left my skin soft and refreshed. My husband enjoyed alternating between the cold plunge and steam room for the perfect balance. When Vanessa mentioned that many guests spend an entire day at the spa, I initially wondered how that was possible. Now, I completely understand. While I wish our first visit had gone this smoothly, I’m truly grateful to Vanessa and her team for reaching out and encouraging us to return. This experience completely changed our perception, and I would absolutely recommend this spa to anyone looking for a relaxing, rejuvenating day. Original Post: The only redeeming factor of my experience with this business is how nice the masseuses were. My initial interaction with the business did not begin in a pleasant manner. The address you’re provided in the confirmation email takes you to Torrance instead of El Segundo. The staff is aware of this (they mentioned it has happened to folks before when I called) but they do not accommodate the mishap for first time goers. This misfortune caused us to be 15 minutes lates instead of 15 minutes early. The massage director and front desk were aware and gave the okay to continue with the appointment. Upon arrival, the greeters seemed to lack organization and inattentiveness. There was a group just hanging out not acknowledging the customers still inside and coming in. The next interaction was with the massage director is she is was just flat out rude. I understand the need to stay on schedule, but that was more of a concern to her than letting us use the restroom. She did not do a brief introduction of the premises while escorting us to the massage room. Instead she directed an order to the masseuse to cut us on time. There was no room for discussion to compromise the time management incident. The masseuses were able to give adequate direction, even let us use the restroom, and tried the hardest to help us relax. I did opt in for aromatherapy but didn’t smell any lavender. After the massage, you’re able to enjoy spa amenities. You’re brought a beverage, but after that there were not any refreshment stations visible or available. The locker rooms are well maintained and have nice add-ons. The showers have gaps in the doors and the only indication of someone using it is if the overhead light is on. So please be careful you don’t walk in on anyone. Overall, this experience was not worth the cost or time.

You guys need to check your data security. I signed up on your website to try to schedule a tour and now I’m getting none stop email spams for calendar invites in Spanish and event title will say things like mortgage consultation from the sender Levi Schoeben that I had to report spam and block the sender. Now my name, phone number and email have all been leaked.
