Natalee Thai Los Angeles Reviews
ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL GREAT BANG FOR THE BUCK. Food was very good and well presented. Totally recommend
Great chicken salad on my first visit to this location. We were able to be seated immediately on our way to Brentwood for a girls basketball game. The service was good as was the food, apparently my chicken salad looked like an invitation to share because my niece and nephew both dipped in to try it. Definitely warrants a return visit.
Went to Natalee Thai tonight with my family and honestly, the food was to die for from start to finish. We ordered the fried broccoli, shrimp, and sweet potato and those alone could’ve carried the whole meal — perfectly cooked, flavorful, and clearly made with care. We also got the Pad Thai with chicken and shrimp, which was balanced, rich, and not overly greasy, and the orange chicken was crispy, fresh, and packed with flavor. Every dish came out hot and tasting like it was made to order. The service was just as impressive as the food. The waitstaff were incredibly receptive, respectful, and attentive without hovering. I genuinely never saw the bottom of my glass — they were constantly checking in to make sure we were good and that everything was exactly how we wanted it. That level of care really elevates the whole dining experience. I had one of their Thai teas as well, and it tasted truly authentic — not overly sweet or artificial like you get at some places. You can tell Natalee Thai puts real thought into both their food and their hospitality. Overall, it was an amazing experience and easily one of the best Thai meals I’ve had. Highly recommend, and we’ll absolutely be back.
I haven't eaten here in years, but last nights' (12-6-2025) meal was DELICIOUS!!! 😋 I ordered crab fried rice. Man, it was the best I've had at a restaurant. Our server was very nice and accommodating. They allowed my sister and I to sit and talk for hours. I appreciated it because we rarely see each other. I left there feeling abundantly grateful 🙏🏿 Thank you to the cooks and the entire staff at Natalee Thai!
I had an excellent meal at this restaurant every dish was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. To start, I ordered a tropical drink served in a fun coconut style cup, which immediately set a great vibe. The drink was creamy and refreshing, with a nice balance of sweetness and fruit flavor, topped with a slice of pineapple and a cherry. For appetizers, I had a bowl of wonton noodle soup. The broth was light but full of flavor, and the bok choy and scallions added great freshness and texture. The wontons were soft and packed with filling, making it a perfect comfort dish. Next came the Pad Thai, which was amazing the noodles had just the right chew, and the sauce had a delicious mix of tangy, nutty, and slightly sweet flavors. The lime wedge and crunchy red cabbage on the side were a nice touch. The chicken and broccoli was another favorite the chicken was tender, the broccoli was crisp, and the sauce tied everything together perfectly. I paired it with a bowl of steamed jasmine rice that was fluffy and fragrant. Overall, the service was friendly, the portions were generous, and everything tasted fresh. I’d definitely come back again!
Awesome as always. I’ve had the pleasure of dining here over a span of 20 years or more. The food and service has only gotten better. Our server went over and above, and I tipped accordingly! I had the chicken on fire! It was served to the table in flames😀❤️ with a sweet sauce. It was delicious! Funny because it was nostalgic for me as this was the first dish I had there 20 years ago. Enjoy!
Just had the best experience at a Thai restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. Our servers, Angel and Patcha, were incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. They were so friendly and really enhanced the whole dining experience. Definitely planning on going back soon!
This was the best Thai food I have ever eaten! We had the spring rolls, Sate, Tom Yum soup, Pad Thai, the Heavenly Combo rice dish and Thai tea. Cagla was so friendly, answered all of our questions and gave excellent service. Ying was also lovely and made time to speak to us. We highly recommend!
We had a great dinner at Natalee Thai in Culver City! We ordered the beef pad see ew, chicken pad Thai, shrimp fresh rolls, California yellow curry, and duck delight. Everything was flavorful, but the standouts were definitely the duck delight and the California yellow curry—both rich, comforting, and packed with flavor. For dessert, the fried banana was perfectly crispy and sweet, and the mango sticky rice was a nice, refreshing finish. Would definitely come back!
Great spot for hot fresh Thai food. For those of us that know Natalee’s been around for a very long time. The food is always fresh and good. I got the Natalee house special fried rice that had shrimp, chicken and beef in it and it was delicious. We also got an appetizer they had a little bit of everything they offered on it. I really enjoyed the shrimp cake. It was delicious. The peanut sauce was on point I ate it on everything just about. 🤷🏽♀️ Great environment with spacious seating indoor and out!
It been years since I last visited this Thai restaurant. The food and service is still top tier for me! I Came in on my lunch break. My dish was served fast, fresh and hot. This restaurant gets crowded during lunch time. There is a full bar with great cocktails and the TV’s are on the sports channel. The TVs are strategically located for viewing from mostly any part of the restaurant. The music is playing in this restaurant but not loud. The patio is located towards the front of the restaurant so you can people watch while eating. This restaurant is great for large groups gathering and dining alone. There’s parking behind the restaurant and west of the restaurant. Parking is limited. Street meters parking is also available. This is a wheelchair ♿️ accessible parking and entryway. You can use cash, credit cards, debit cards. Takeout food is available.
This is my favorite Thai restaurant in Los Angeles. The Rama's Ribs are excellent so much flavor! If I could bottle the sauce I would! Pad Thai has the best firm tofu, chicken, egg and shrimp. Yummy! The Heavenly Combo and BBQ chicken are always good. Love the orange sauce to go with chicken, great for dipping.
First time in this restaurant. I have ordered Heavenly combo fried rice. They brought ordered on time and I have liked meal. Good service also a good place for family.
Excellent.....food was fantastic. It was very filling. It reminded me of being in Thailand. Good selection of foods and plenty was served

Natalee Thai is one of the better Thai places in Los Angeles. The food never disappoints. We have been there many time and I thought I had reviewed them, but I failed. We have had delivery, take away…
This is a very beautiful restaurant and it looks very modern and super high ceilings and I have never been to a Thai restaurant that looks like this. So it is very unique and beautiful. The dishes were tasty, including the eggplant, the vegetarian dish with a lot of vegetables and garlic, beef with string beans, and pad Thai. I wasn’t a big fan of them fresh Spring rolls. That was because they were premade and a little hardened. It was kind of cold and the shrimp was very hard. I also didn’t like the dipping sauce for the red spring rolls because it was more soy sauce based with a little fish sauce and it’s a peanuts. Instead of the typical sauce that has fish sauce and vinegar and sugar water base. We had to buy rice because they don’t come with the meals and they were already free wrapped up in tin foil for sticky rice. I didn’t think the size of the rice was a lot either. But I thought it was fascinating that a Thai place sold sticky rice that was not dessert and it was good. The serving sizes were good enough and not too salty. It was a really nice experience and a beautiful open space area with lots of glass windows.
My overall dining experience at Natalee’s was a pleasant one! The building and ambiance gave me a cool modern industrial bunker vibe. All staff were attentive and welcoming. I didn’t have much time to dine in so I decided to order just Thai tea and 2 appetizers: the wontons and the shrimp spring rolls! The wontons were full of flavor with a wonderful sweet and sour sauce to accommodate it. The shrimp spring rolls had good flavor and the sauce went with it perfectly. It taste like a home-made sauce my family would whip together. However, my only negative take would be the shrimp rolls’ wrapper. It hardened on the bottom side. I believe this could be because it was made earlier and chilled too long and the wrapper dried out. It wouldn’t deter me from coming back to try their other items as I did appreciate their timely and kind service.
I am not a good judge of the restaurant because I am not too fond of thai food but what I had was good; pad thai.

I ordered Pad Thai for pickup today around 7pm, and the staff member handing me the order from the back counter/kitchen area seemed visibly annoyed when I asked for hot sauce. She said there was one already in the bag and gave only a single packet. The interaction felt unnecessarily unfriendly. I enjoy the food here, but the customer service could definitely be improved. I’ve never had this kind of attitude/service when I dined or picked up food at the Beverly Hills location.

We were notified their computer went down and the kitchen did not receive the order, after we have been siting down for 30min. It will take more than 15min to get the food according to the waitress. We decided to get the check and leave. Terrible service. The women restroom also when fully dark while I was using it.
Look it’s possible they were having an off night but here’s my experience. The place smelled awkward when we walked in. We sat next to a fountain that kept splashing and got the floor all wet. The place was too loud to hear each other talk. The Diet Coke was completely flat. The appetizer was decent though pricey for what it was. And the beef pad se ew was inedible. It had no flavor, no sauce and the beef was chewy and burnt and tasted reheated? It was clear we didn’t like our food and the waiter just left us sitting forever. I’m not usually one to slam restaurants, it’s a rare occasion that I do, but paying for this meal was painful because it was so bad. Absolutely will never go back
We used to love this place and I gave them great reviews, but now they are just awful. I ordered pick up and when we go home are main dish, duck, was not there. We called and they said they would make it and have it delivered right away. Over an hour later, the duck is still not here and the manager, May might be her name as decided she did us a big favor. I could have driven there and back twice but now. Further, the dumplings were not hot and the rice is dry. They have agreed to give us $30 credit for my next visit. They should have just taken it off the bill. They claim they can't and I know for a fact that this is not a hard thing to do. I would love to tell you about the duck, but it is still not here and we are still waiting. The rest of our not great food is ruined. We will have to go back to order and get the credit and this place is very expensive. I could not be more unhappy. And they should know better.
