Randy's Donuts Los Angeles Reviews
Had one of their extremely large glazed donuts and one of the softest, most buttery croissants. They did run out of jalapenos which was a little disappointing but after the first bite of that croissant, I didn't care about the missing jalapenos anymore lol. Had a great view of planes flying overhead as well
Quality donuts. Basic to Foo Foo culinary creations! They were packing my order as I was ordering, a little different but same as a more "traditional" donuts shop. My @culinaryadventureclubusa is always looking for new culinary experiences. At Randy's you get.more then just great donuts. You get history, community and some future looks of tommorows donuts. Its a must go to destination.
A fun place to visit, any time of day! This iconic location is a great place for photos. Unfortunately donuts and service are average. It doesn’t cost anything to be nice.
Total iconic LA experience and I was born in L.A. when the U.S. Flags still had 48 stars. Incredibly friendly, helpful and patient donut wranglers at ALL hours of the day: 4AM to 1AM from my experiences. Boxes automatically come with napkins inside.. and the biggest smiles from the people delivering The Goods. Tip well! Team spirit is great at the counter. I stopped using the drive through (fast/efficient/accurate) once I'd experienced the fun at the counter. TAP pay, card, or cash.
If you visit Los Angeles, you better make your way to Randy's!!! These Donuts are phenomenal!!! I had the Randy's Rounds (mini) and let me tell you, WOAH!!!! Every flavor is a hit! Glaze, Sprinkle, Cake, Chocolate, Vanilla, MAPLE!!!! DELICIOUS!!!! My favorite was the pink sprinkles!!! Locally owned and superior customer service!!!! I will be back!!!
This is a must if you visit LA. I would have had every donut if I could. The coffee raised donut was the perfect start to my day. It was dense, yet still with a light, airy texture. It was a wonderfully made raised donut that did not disappoint. It tasted like a latte almost and the donut was very filling. The jalapeno ham and cheese croissant was so cheesy with a nice flaky pastry. I used the drive through, but they also had a very busy walk up window. The man who took our order was very courteous and helpful. I will definitely come back next time in LA
I love their donuts, had a pumpkin spice cheesecake (seasonal special) and cherry donut. Both were excellent for + $7. Service was great at walk up window. No menu, what you see is what you see. I ordered what I saw. I don't know the names of all the donuts. Atmosphere: no indoor seating?
I'm sure if you're not from the area you wouldn't get it.. but I was born / raised so for me there's never going to be a replacement for Randy's Donuts. I swear I could eat my weight in apple fritters which in my opinion are the only donut that really needs to exist given its superior flavor over literally every other donut ever invented. Randy's makes a killer fritter and it you're got 24 hours to kill in Cali... grab some donuts from Randy's for breakfast, head to In-N-Out for lunch, watch the sunset over the ocean, then grab In-N-Out again for dinner. I couldn't think of any better way to spend a day.
I'm sure they're all great but we always come to this location. If it's good enough for Tony Stark. It's good enough for us. We especially like the choice giant doughnuts 🍩. We drive through here from Oregon and it's a must stop. Huge selection, friendly service and the fun of the nostalgic setting. It's very popular but the service is still quick. Try and buy only one, you'll see it's impossible.
Randy’s Donuts is an absolute must-visit! Located just outside LAX, this iconic spot lives up to the hype with an endless selection of fresh and delicious donuts. No matter what you’re craving, they have something for everyone, and every bite is as good as the last. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, this place is well worth the stop!
Iconic giant donut sign, can't miss it and the donuts still hold up. Grabbed a classic glazed and it was fresh and fluffy, took the assortment donuts to go for the family, service is quick and it’s easy to be in and out. Great late-night or morning stop, parking is usually manageable. Would happily come back. Portions are good enough.
My daughter and her boyfriend wanted to stop at the original Randys on Manchester in Inglewood on their way home to Florida via LAX. We were there at 7p on a Saturday. Wait in line for walk up window was 10 mins and the donuts were good, I've had just as good if not better at my local spots here in Fontana. It's more the iconic location of this place.
Well, I hate to do this & give a bad - yet honest review BUT I went the other night first and had a bad donut, then went back the next day to confirm and you’re better off going in the morning!☀️Randys you can do better, come on bro. Late night donut 😔- crunchy day old donut. Morning donut 😌- better than day old. Morning croissant 🥐 ham & cheese 😥in fact I didn’t even finish it… cold, dry 🫢
We went through the drive through this morning. Which first of all was difficult to find. They had blockades at every entrance except one. Then we ordered. We asked for 2 Plain croissants and the employee responded asking “ with ham?” And we stated clearly “No.- plain” he said ok. I asked for a chocolate donut and they said ok “Anything else” and would cut us off mid order when putting in our drink order. When we pulled up to pay they handed us a bag with the croissants. I’m glad I asked for my donut before we drove off. They had forgotten to include it in the bag. When we drove off I noticed the croissants were all smashed and sticking together which is odd for a Plain croissant. The French would have been appalled. When I bit into it it was definitely Not plain. It was filled with meat and cheese which we didn’t ask for and we’re vegetarian. Our coffees didn’t include cream or sugar which we asked for, and they forgot to include my straw. All in all we paid nearly $20 for nothing. We only ate the donut and barely enjoyed our drinks. The lady at the cash register was nice though.
