We typically cook at home but when we’re tired or sick and need a quick bite this place has filled in the gap! My husband’s goto is a burrito but now I have a simple healthy option to suggest.

They good was decent as was the service. Unfortunately there was nothing special going on here. No bang for your buck, you could however do WAY worse. They hold the middle ground like a .500 football team.

The first time I came to this location, it was empty. All employees were in the kitchen and watched, silently, as I came in and stood at the register. After about a minute, one of the ladies in the kitchen came to the register and asked ‘have you been helped yet?’ Ma’am, by whom? We’re all in the same space. When and how? Anywho, since it’s new and customer service may not have been a part of training, I gave them a pass. Food was good. About a month later, I revisited. Same thing. Restaurant empty. I’m assuming the bald Latino gentleman on the laptop sitting in the booth was a manager. As I approach the Latina lady with glasses at the register, say hello, and before she responds, he gets up and approaches the register as they begin to banter about a text message— without either of them acknowledging me. I just stand there observing this back and forth while I’m directly in front of the cashier. As I realize there is no indication of this ending anytime soon, I simply walk out. I’m not sure who’s running this location, but there’s no way this is how this restaurant is supposed to be run. If this is the manager with poor manners AND awful guest service, it’s no wonder the employees are also lacking. This is a learned behavior. They won’t receive another dollar from me. I’d recommend the district manager get a couple secret shoppers— see if I’m lying. Absolutely wild experiences.

Always excited to have new restaurants in the area. Wow, was I disappointed. Bulgogi was cold and flavorless, salad had zero dressing, veggies had no seasoning. Felt like I was eating poor airline food. Hard pass.
