Wushiland Los Angeles Reviews
What really makes this place stand out for me? They put way more boba than most places, and it tastes so good! The boba are fresh, not sticky, and have that perfect chewy texture. You can definitely taste the freshly squeezed juice in the drink, and there’s a lot of it, too. Overall, super tasty! Definitely a spot I’d come back to regularly if you love fruit teas and good boba.
Fresh boba and a lot of it as I’ve seen in other reviews. But expensive at $7 per but that’s the price of California. Not as sweet as other shops like gong cha so plan sweetness accordingly. Earl milk tea was good.
The boba here is amazing. I was feeling thirsty so I got a grapefruit one instead of milk tea. Very refreshing. The mini pearls are unique as well. Would definitely recommend. 😋
My son and I love boba. I believe there are 3 boba shops in century city mall. We chose this one bc it had the best reviews and I found it first. It was really good and had a LOT of boba in it, which I appreciated bc so many places skimp on the boba these days. They were the perfect consistency and sweetness. Would def order from here again!
WARNING CONSUMERS ⚠️ If you LOVE BOBA - COME HERE NOW!! Like RUN 🏃🏃♀️The ONLY boba shop I’ve ever been to where I request LESS BOBA TOPPINGS. They are SO GENEROUS with their boba - like too generous! Typically 1/3 of the cup is boba. I love their Roasted Oolong Milk Tea - all of their milk teas have a strong tea flavored which I looooove
My friend’s favorite boba shop and probably one of the best boba shop in LA.
This is my first time trying this place and I am a huge milk tea boba fan so I already know that every boba place has a different flavor and let me tell you. THIS MILK TEA IS SO GOOD. I got it with no ice, 100% sugar, and mini bobas. The only bad thing I must say is I don’t like the mini bobas because they take too long to chew but they just look cute so that’s all that really matters right? lol jk but get the real sized bobas If you don’t want to take 1 hour to finish all the mini bobas. Would definitely come back here for the milk tea with (large sized bobas this time) Lol
Wushiland Boba was great! 🧋I got the classic black milk tea with boba. The flavor was right, and the boba was perfectly chewy. Plus, they are generous with the quantity of pearls - when swirling, they came halfway up the cup! I’d definitely come back.
The menu was limited but surprisingly good boba. I ordered the earl grey milk tea with 30% sugar, boba, and grass jelly. I wish there were more milk tea options because I would order them. Also, I feel more people would buy too if more options to menu!
Taste, one of my favorite drink shop, Taiwanese boba tea is so good! Fresh tea, clean, and delicious!

Amazing boba, super authentic with tons of topping options! Dorothy was super great and kind in walking us through our order 🥰
Best known boba brand in Taiwan and still tastes as good as it does

Good quality, they have yakult tea and other special flavors that you might not see everywhere but for the most part pretty standard. Prices get pretty outrageous, especially because drinks do not come with boba or any toppings ($0.75 per topping).
They have a very unique option, pearl, that is on the menu and hard to find elsewhere. I ordered their ice cream milk tea and asked for light ice light sugar. Unfortunately I think I got a full sugar one😅. The taste is very different from what I had in Taiwan, so I think they made some modification there.
When I get boba, I always get zero sugar. So the tea itself really matters. Tea at Wushiland is average, and boba was too soft for me. I’d recommend to go with the small boba cause it is the more classic of Wushiland. Wanted to give 3 stars, but gave 4 instead bc: I ordered a black tea latte + boba, but my receipt was showing macchiato (cream cheese foam). I double checked with the staff whether macchiato is tea latte, and he said yes. When I tried my drink, it was macchiato. Then another staff prob saw me confused so asked what was wrong, and offered me the black tea latte I originally wanted to get. Not my fav boba place, but it’s still nice to have Taiwanese brand in the US 🙌
Love the boba here… but wish they paid a little more attention. I asked for SMALL amount of boba and she gives me 50% filled boba drink. I asked if this is small amount? She just stares at me. Another thing I have problem is that they open at 10am, but lot of times, they don’t have boba till 12 lol. Whats the point of opening boba shop that doesnt have boba… i dont get it. Love the drinks but need better management.

Very generous with the boba! Love the boba by itself, not too chewy and not too light, just right. Should’ve got less sugar, WAY less. My order was way too sweet. The container was quite flimsy, and the place can get quite packed.
Giving a 3-star review to a highly rated store is very hard and comes with pressure. Despite the pressure, I really don’t think I could give them a higher rate, at least before my next visit. I ordered Ovaltine Milk Tea, which tasted exactly same with the ovaltine drink I made myself at home. The pineapple cake they had is also over-priced. I had bought the same pineapple cake in a different store but with a lot cheaper price. Might going back next time and try other drinks.
Friends raved about one of their flavors tasting like Yakult so we decided to try it out. We beat the line and got the yogurt green tea with boba. We were impressed with the amount of boba (almost half the cup) but was utterly disappointed with the taste of it. It was very bland. The drink was tasty and tasted just like yakult with a light hint of green tea but nothing to rave about especially after paying almost $6 for the drink. With the price on the higher side, I was expecting something amazing.

Very busy on a Saturday afternoon. Ordered a FST macchiato and lemon black tea with coco jelly. At half sugar the lemon bt was pretty sour. The worst part came 1/4 through the drink, something was poking my tongue. Found this yellow piece. Feel like plastic or someone’s nail. Disgusting!!!! Edit to 2 star: brought drink back to store, and staff told me it was a part of lemon seed?? And was offered any other drink on the menu to replace. The gesture gets them one additional star. However, if it is lemon seed which is very hard to tell from the piece, it was very hard, then I highly suggest the establishment to filter out such pieces prior to serving their drinks to avoid further misunderstanding.

Ordered Black Tea Latte, and got what looks & tastes like straight milk. 2nd photos is comparing it the Straus cream, where you can see the color is almost the exact same.
