I was SO impressed by the manager of this restaurant! The ladies restroom needed attention and, since there was a sign that they check it hourly & to let them know if it didn''t meet expectation, I talked with the manager. She thanked me & immediately went to the ladies room to check it out. If she takes care of this problem so promptly, I'm confident she runs the food area with as much attention.
The food is really good in that restaurant, I don't know in another one. Had not visited in about 25 years ago.
I’d been to a jack in the box in Indianapolis & it was “O.K.” THIS one hit it out of the park. Counter person was friendly & engaging burger was off the chain & the fries were (just now) made FRESH, hot & crispy golden brown. I’m doing my “34” (I’m a trucker) next door at the “Love’s”, so I’m going back tonight for maybe a chicken sandwich. But ya… nice job
Clean location, easy access off highway. Wonderful staff. I don't often eat at fast food places except when traveling. I don't have menus memorized. The staff helped me to figure out what to order. That was the strangest drink dispenser I have ever seen. One of the very kind ladies walked me through getting my beverage.
Super good service and the food was pretty delicious and customer service was very good. I went just today on Sunday and the boy in the front was super charismatic and very kind!! The worker was named Dave and we had a discussion while he took my order. Super good service that I haven't had anywhere else!!!! He also threw in a few extra fries and made them fresh!!!!
Visited on 12/15/25 @ 3pm Gentleman working, was I do believe, was covering taking orders and making food did a fantastic job.
Person at the front counter has the worst customer service. I said, good morning to him, he said, yeah. I asked him if I could have the code for the restrooms. After I placed my order, he said no they’re not open right now. I asked him why they’re not open he said people are cleaning it, it was obvious nobody was cleaning it. Five stars because of the worst customer service ever. This place is located right off the highway, the only reason I really stopped is to use the restroom. At 7:37 AM, you would think a restaurant would have its restaurants open. *** update, manager said that the dining room open at 6 AM, and it still needs time to dry. So it would be five more minutes…. Really!?
Was staying overnight at Motel 6 and this dinner option seemed more appealing than the many food trucks that are at this exit. They were not very busy, but it looked like they hadn’t cleaned up the dining area in a while. I got the box of mini tacos which I’d never had before. A great deal and tasty, especially with the guacamole like sauce they provided. I brought it back to my room rather than hanging longer in the dining room.
Was fresh and hot food! Great customer service. Order was made to order exactly, 4 tacos extra crispy no lettuce. You would not believe how many Jack in the Box's can't get this right! Loved my Curly fries! Fresh & hot. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is this location in Lost Hills is in construction and it is very difficult to get to depending on what side you're on. But in general it is a 5 star and when all construction is done I'll updated to a 5 star as I frequent this location regularly in my travels.
A basic jack in the box. We stopped because my toddler needed to use the restroom. The bathroom is locked with a code so you need to make a purchase. There were not many workers so we waited to be served for longer than comfortable
Didn’t like the fact there was a camera dead smack in my face very uncomfortable food was great just need to not have a big camera in my face first thing in the morning not sure if it’s normal for this area

Stopped in for breakfast on a road trip. The service was good. You can place your order on the kiosk, or wait for someone to help take your order. I ordered the #22 w/ iced vanilla coffee. Always good. It was served hour as well. The atmosphere was cool. I sat inside and ate. It was not too busy. Most people ordered to go. The restaurant was clean as well as the restrooms. I had a good experience. I recommend to stop on in for a quick, good eats.
Very impressed with cleanliness. Bathroom stocked well with soap and paper towels and very clean. Food good and great value. Staff very friendly. The best fast food option on the highway 5 corridor.
Had the southwest salad, a buttery jack and of course their curly fries. I'm a long time jack n the box fan, since their curly fries are always delicious. The salad was meh, but the burger ans the fries were really good. Not too much to say, it's Jack n the Box and this one held up to the brand.
When we arrived at the restaurant it was automatically clear that the floors where dirty from spills and customer food. The trash cans where filled up, it also took a while (about 5 minutes) to order our food and took 8 minutes for our food to be done.
The people who work here are nice. As for the food, I would think twice. Nothing like the pictures. 🤣
I have loved this burger since it first came out. Round, grilled sourdough bread, with beef and cheese, how can you not? Service was quick, use of a pretty clean public bathroom is always appreciated. I do remember it was not hot is my only reason for lower stars. Plus fast food can usually only rate so high?
The girls behind the counter rude!! They don't do military discount like the other jack in the boxes or the cashier didn't know or asked, she just said no . Also they do not give you any condiments other than ketchup without wanting to charge you, even if you are allergic to tomatoes and want ranch
This location used to have friendly service, but now it's like we are bothering them. The food was put together sloppily, and the burger was extremely greasy. On top of that, we chose to dine in and our order was bagged instead of on a tray, normally not a big deal however, the tables were dirty, it was very cold inside, and the music was so loud that it was hard to here each other only 2 feet away.
Dirty floors, bathrooms, tables. Both fries and hamburger smelt burnt when received first time. They were not busy at the time! So these were floaters, trying to be passed off as fresh. Requested new cooked ones and was meant with attitude " you sure they are cold?". Second burger and fries where good and cooked correctly. Not sure if manager was there or not. Will stop by again and see if things changed for the better or worse. Will review again then.
Food was great! Service was Great! Restrooms were not clean. Could not let grandkids touch a thing and no paper supplies or soap. Also, they had more flies than customers. So sad, we've always like Jack's place. Glad we were passing through. Never again.
I wish I could post pictures of this place. Garbage cans are overflowing and there are entire tables just full of fast food leftovers. The floor is littered with paper and food scraps, and the first few booths are completely roped off for some god-forsaken reason. Been waiting for my order for about 10 minutes already, with nothing to think about but the trash.
Another disappointing 😑 dining experience at Joke in a 📦 box. I have been a big fan of this franchise for many years but in the last 2 years my visits have been quite disappointing. From poor quality, bad value for my food order to employees that show disrespect for the walk in customer. I keep hoping to find that store with the old values but....I am done. Your poor quality, poor value and rude, unpleasant employees have finally driven my business away.
The two kids did their best trying to serve 50 customers. Do not visit until management figures out demand forecasting and employee scheduling.

In comparison to your typical fast food burger joint, the food was low quality. At 4 PM, when there was little customers, every single table was dirty. The cashier was not capable to answer basic questions regarding the menu. I definitely would not come here again.
Very busy on a Sunday around 1pm (not surprised). No ice. 3+ groups in line to order at one self serve kiosk. Took 12 minutes to order at kiosk. Women’s restroom had 1 of 2 stalls out of order and smelt like an outhouse with a strong urine smell. Felt very under staffed. Waiting 15 minutes for $30 worth of absolute junk food. Giving 2 stars because the staff was friendly when you did catch their attention. They were trying. Subbed out my fountain drink for a bottled water, no questions. Customers not happy. Won’t be stopping in Lost Hills again anytime soon.
Place is in rough shape. The ice macine was leaking water onto the floor so a portion of the restaurant was blocked off due to the water. Bathrooms were not greeat either but the service was adiquate and the fold was good.
After a 15 minute wait, 3 meals: 1/2 box of fries, sourdough jack was cold and inedible, and tacos were barely warm. Unpleasant Dining room odor. They get over on the I-5 travelers Never again
Walked in and the a.c. is off it was 91f outside and inside felt hotter and no type of air circulation the air inside was thick my son has asthma and in the 10 mins he was in there he couldn't breath and had to go outside and get the inhaler from the car. Not a comfortable environment for workers or customers
Food was good but customer service was the worst I ever received. Very rude manager. They changed for every condiment. The restroom was very as well as the dining area. The employee were more focused on the drive thur then the dine in customers. One customer got mad from waiting and left.
It's a rest stop style location. Very busy, and as a fast food worker, I get it can be tough. But the soda fountain was out of 4 flavor additives and 5 soda options and when I tried to let the employees know that the restroom was out of paper towels and low on toilet paper, the woman I spoke to cut me off and snapped that they were aware and would get to it later. Clean restrooms and hands are not a priority. And I saw an employee use the restroom. Also, flies were landing on my group while we ate inside. Edit- We heard 4 different customers go up to the counter while eating because the items they got were wrong. Also, my milk shake was so solid that, we got our order at 5:43pm and it is 6:17pm and I finally was able to get my first sip... after we are all done with our food and are leaving. Not a good trip. Expect things to go wrong. Double check your order!
came here and ordered 1 order of chicken nuggets and had to pull out and park and wait for my nuggets. wasn't like a made a big order it was just chicken nuggets
Wow this is the worse jack I been at we waited 15 minutes on the drive tru their was only 2 cars ahead of us and the parking lot was empty First and last time I am coming here
There were only 2 employees working so I went in to order my dinner in. Both employees ignored my presence and continued with irrelevant activities, taking cups, napkins, spoons, not providing any service for 10 minutes. When accumulating a line of 6 people, they complaints began about why they didn't getting orders. The employee, very upset, stopped her activities and being rude asked what the dinner order was. I left the place and went to choose between the other 3 BurguerKing, McDonalds or Carls Junior closer restaurants. Don't waste your time being treated badly in this restaurant with terrible waiters
Worst customer service ever. Came in 10/31/2021 at 8:55pm. If I could give this place zero stars I would be more than happy to. Drive through worker was rude. Had attitude the entire time. Insisted cash about three times and when we said we did not have cash the third time he proceeded to punch the counter table. While we waited for the food my mother was in the back seat and he looked at her and rolled his eyes and rolled his eyes at all of us. As he handed our drinks and food he was being very rude. We asked for ketchup he shouted “ WHAT!?” Very unprofessional and was acting very ghetto. My father said that’s not the way to speak to a customer and closed the window and started talking nonsense. He handed us the last bag and we suggested for him to fix his attitude and said many bad words to us. To top it off we received the completely wrong order and missing items that we ordered and received less food than what I paid for , only the drinks were correct. He had a grey shirt which I know are store managers. I think he should be removed from being manager or even an employee since we were treated this way and have seen many other bad reviews assuming are about him.
The drive through worker was rude and had no customer service experience. They were out of sauce they didn't have tacos etc.. they didn't give me one of my orders and when I asked them about it he said you need to double check your bag. Which it wasn't in there as I said. Then he only gave me part of my order. It took 14 min from the time I got to the window to the time I left.
Super slow service, staff was not friendly and our order was wrong. We saw a few upset folks come in from their cars that were waiting from the drive through for their food upset because it was taking so long. We didn’t bother telling them our food was wrong because it took so long to get the food in the first place. Not a good place for a quick place to grab food.
110 degree weather, they never turn on the air conditioning… and they provide very poor service.
Staff was rude and not happy to help at all. All I got was a large curly fry and ranch. They gave me one single ranch which they charged me for and when I asked for more ranch, she said exactly “ We charge for ranch here, and I already gave you the one that you paid for.” I was not mad at all over the ranch. I was upset at the fact that they didn’t tell me and just charged me for the one little packet I got, and how I was treated when I asked for more like I was stupid. If you were not happy in your place of work, at least fake it or just don’t work there at all.
Absolute horror of a restaurant thanks to the incredibly rude staff. I watched as a cashier made customers wait while she "cleaned" the restrooms and took her sweet time of it. Not only were people waiting to order but some were also waiting for the restroom. You'd think she was sanitizing well enough to eat of the floor but when I finally used the restroom the was garbage everywhere and urine dried on the floor. Cherry on top? No gloves and she didn't wash her hands.
I absolutely LOVE Jack in the Box. And this is such a prime location. I stop here often driving from home in Monterey down to Riverside. I stop for gas and grab a bite at one of my favorite restaurants. Sadly i am always disappointed at this location. Managers close early so i expect to get food but then find they shut off lights and hide from the windows. We just left there at 11:15pm (they close at 12am) and waited 5 min in the drivethru before finally heading to the window. When we got there, the manager was rude and said "oh we didnt hear you. I can take your order here" but then walked away. When we finally got our order placed, they sent us to the parking lot where we waited another 10 min for our food. It was ALL COLD. The burger my wife got had a horrible texture as if it had been sitting in a warmer for hours and was tough and not edible. My chicken sandwiches were but luke warm at best and were soggy. Not crispy. I tried to eat it anyways because i was hungry but started feeling sick to my stomach. Not delicious at all. The fries were the first thing we noticed. We always grab a couple fries to start munching before we pull out the food and when the fries were cold and soggy, we kinda figured the whole trip was a waste. The car behind us sped out of the drive-thru very angry. I'm not sure what happened to him but i certainly get it. It wasn't worth the drama to go back and get it fixed. The Jack in the Box logo may look appetizing but take my advise and fight hard to ignore it. This location is not up to standard. Not at night anyway. I haven't tried it during the day but I'm sure if management doesn't care enough to fix the night, they probably don't care much about the day either. I feel bad for the owners. They are probably losing a ton of sales at night and losing money on labor for managers and employees who simply do not want to work.
EVERY single time I've visited this location it's been poor service. The bathrooms smell strongly of urine. I get a #6 and not one time has my food been fresh. Burgers are always lukewarm, overcooked, and definitely been sitting for awhile. This will be the last time I spend any money here, I brushed off the first few bad experiences but it is consistently bad. If the kitchen is maintained anything like the restroom then it's scary to imagine what kind of germs they are serving up. Go to arbys in the truck stop or any other restaurant around, you'll regret if you don't.

THIS PLACE IS FILTHY!!! We stopped here to eat while traveling. First glance the glass door looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in days... Yes DAYS!!!! We went to use the restroom...it was DISGUSTING besides the fact someone could get mugged in the women's handicap stall! Not a single working light! From the smell of it floor was covered in urine, toilet paper and toilet seat covers! Headed out grabbed the family. After the look of the restroom I could even think about eating there! Id suggest you to drive on to another food spot!
I don't think I'll ever eat here again, I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and it was mushy like it was made of sponge or something with a very off-putting flavor. Not sure if that piece of chicken was rotten or frost burnt to the point it could no longer be considered meat. But never again.
Touch screen was cumbersome, and employees just ignored you. I wanted the sourdough jack with curly fries. But could not figure how to select it. If this is the future, that more power to you. I will just go else where that values their customers.
Well...tables and floor were dirty. That should have tipped me off. They had no large cups so gave me my drink in a medium and a small cup. They had to go make tartar sauce for the fish & chips. I asked for a refund asbI didn't want 2 cups. They refused. I'll pass the next I'm here.
Worst jack ever. Ordered on app. Took 30 minutes. They didn't have the size cups for the drinks we ordered, so they gave us smalls and then complained that they would give us 40cents when we asked out it. Then they got our order wrong!!! And I had to order again!!! Manager was rude and unhelpful.

We never eat fast food but stopped to get gas next door at Love's and needed a quick bite. We stopped in around 10:50am, so i thought the food would be hot and fresh. The burger my husband received with his combo meal was the saddest burger we've seen, and his meal was $15+ after tax! Luckily, my two tacos were only a few dollars. Wish I'd taken a pic to post. Definitely avoid this place!
Got a cheese burger, curly fries and a drink. Cheeseburger wasn’t fully cooked. Curly fries were burnt. My soda had not even 6 cubes of ice and tasted horrible. Would not recommend. Multiple other fast food options in lost Hills.
This location needs to get it together. Rude customer service, food is cold, put in mobile order due to time crunch, waited 20 min in the store for my order and it wasn't even busy. The few customers that were here all look irritated.
No one takes your order and there's only one kiosk so you'll be waiting in line. The kiosk is the most non user friendly system I've seen, probably designed by the government. You're stuck in line waiting for people to figure it out

Unfortunately todays team that was working at this time. (3:56pm) was extremely slow. Was in the drive through for about 30 minutes with only one person in front of me. Didn’t appear the team was responding urgently as well. Seems they were just not serious about the job. Managers should reevaluate their team members…
If you want a good Jack in the Box experience don't go here. I waited 10 minutes for an order that should've been ready in 5 minutes. I watched the whole crew all gather behind the counter and just stand there like a bunch of hens. When I asked for some ranch cups to go with my order, the cashier said that they charge 27 cents per sauce, with their poor service, they must be having some tough times. If I recommend anything, it's to get your food somewhere else. My coworker went with me and gave them a second chance, both times he asked for the spicy monster tacos and was served regular monster tacos instead, tough times indeed.

This place was horrible. We got in line and placed our order but then the cashier was yelled at by the manager. The cashier was told to stop taking orders and start cleaning. Customers that had been waiting for a while began complaining about the wait and the majority of the tables were dirty. We were part of a by bus group, and requested a refund due to the delay. We couldn’t even get a refund so we gave our receipt to someone so they could have a free meal. Poor management and long wait times. Don’t eat here unless you have time to wait.
You know, I couldn’t really tell if the food was good or not. I waited at the counter for 3 minutes and no one even acknowledged me. But guessing from the “whoa this place seems really disorganized”-vibe. I’m pretty sure the food was below Jack standards
The cashier didn't understand my order so I had to repeat it more than five times. Despite that, the food was still wrong and I had to order again.
Sent my coworker to get some ice coffee, tacos and churros. Not only did they forget the my churros but they gave the worst attitude. I myself went back to get my missing churros and the manager said they couldn’t get them to me since they didn’t recognize me. I sent my coworker back to get them and they accused me of taking a receipt out the trash just to get some churros. When I obviously had my work shirt the same as my coworker. That is so disrespectful!
On the road with my family and decided to stop here for food. Drive thru service was bad. Strawberry milk shake was watered down did not have original taste (trust me I know what they should taste like I work where the shake base is made at!) the Tacos horrible! some had no lettuce other were not completely fried so they had a stale texture/taste to them. Our drinks were also not good our coke was also watered down! FYI Jack in the Box is our favorite fast food so we know what the food should taste like!! This spot is a NO GO! WILL NEVER STOP HERE AGAIN!
I stood inside at the counter for almost 15 minutes. The guy doing drive-through was taking order after order, but no one would come to the counter. There was four of us in line waiting, and no one cared about us enough to come check. Two of us ended up leaving and going to Arby’s where we agreed that we got great service

I got around the country and review restaurants...So I ordered a double bacon smash burger at Jack in the box in lost hills,ca...Good taste but disappointing size for the high price...It's equivalent to McDonald's double cheeseburger..Big price small burger...$16.00 for large size meal with regular large fries large drink...Disappointing!!!!
This Jack in the Box has for many years been our stop to eat before going to the coast… yesterday their AC was out or off, I understand things break or go out, but other reviews state the AC was out too … the seating area was dirty and floors, someone had spilled their soda all over where napkins and condiments were at … I ask about the restroom code and was told they are closed … the kid who later found out he was the manager look disgusted and young enough to be my grandson … when he called out our order, he just placed it on the counter and walked away, not even any eye contact or thank you … someone else could of picked up our order and would of never known… this location in the past has been dirty and yesterday we were the only ones there, another couple had walked in, wife ask for the restroom code and told it was closed, the husband stopped his order, and they left …
On our way back to the bay from Disneyland and we decided to stop to get some food from Jack in the box. The cars before us were both taking forever to order..the lady taking the orders thru the drive through was trying to rush our order had a attitude cause we were not finished ordering.. they charge soda prices for water and don't tell you about it unless you check your receipt..Not sure the young lady name but our receipt says her name is Enrique anywho she had brown hair and was tatted up..I just don't understand how you have horrible customer service and a attitude with paying customer, when you honey are the one who applied for the job in the middle of the hills have eyes..oh yes do not I repeat do not order churros the must of ran out of sugar an cinnamon because these churros are naked.an the junior jumbo Jake had bone fragment in the meat JIB#3316. Make sure after you order ask them to hold the bone fragments..jus double check everything I asked for a plain cheese burger and I got exactly what I did not ask for.
I am reviewing this Jack in the box even though I didn't eat there. When I went in I saw a bunch of people standing around like they've been waiting for their food forever. I Ignored that and stood in line behind one other person to order. After quite a while they finally took that person's order, I then waited a good 5 minutes total and realized they may never take my order and if they did it was going to take a long time for the food, so I left and was happy at Taco Bell.
I stopped in on the way to the central coast from Bakersfield and found that their drive-through is not working hasn’t been for a while so when I went inside, I was less standing in front of the register for a couple minutes while the employees trained a new employee on a register and other employees ordered themselves food on the other register I was not acknowledged or spoken to. I was just stared at and I felt dumb standing there so I left this place is a dump and service provided by the manager and employees is nonexistent. I wouldn’t recommend this place to people I dislike.
We waited 30 minutes for our food. But when we finally got it, they gave me the wrong salad. So I took it back and waited another 20 minutes before just asking for a refund. We were there for almost an hour and we had 5 hours ahead to go still. To top it off, one of the employees hit our side mirror while getting out of their car. A terrible experience will not be coming back.
Terrible service and staff was very unhelpful. My Teriyaki bowl had no Teriyaki sauce and the person at the front said they dont carry any. I asked if he would just put some in a water cup or any container and he refused, said his manager would get mad at him. Great leadership. Now I have to eat a Teriyaki bowl with no Teriyaki sauce. I understand why theses person can only get a job at a fast food restaurant. Saddens me deeply to deal with this kind of customer service.

Tacos are old, tortilla soaked in grease. The meat two different colors. The chicken strips has an old grease taste. The employee had a bad attitude. You might have better service with the food trucks.
They mest up your order need better costume service
As we came to this jack in the box while traveling from out of state. While arriving, there was a family on the kiosk. So my partner asked the manager if they had a way to take our order. Manager told us... sorry you have to use the kiosk. She explained they are not allowed to rake orders anymore, it has to go through the kiosk. So we waiting another 20 minutes for this large family to place there order. All while a man ( another employee) walks up to the register and started taking orders. So I politely asked the manager why she would lie. She told me it was none of my business and as soon as we got up to the register she told the man to leave so we had to us the kiosk. Do not recommend anyone traveling to visit here.
Horrible experience at this location. I ordered potato wedges and I didn’t know they came with ranch on them so I politely asked if I can change them and the women with the glasses was kind enough to change them out for me but the two team members, one on the fryer and one preparing the food were talking rudely about me in Spanish and talking about why didn’t I ordered them properly. I told the worker in the front running the drive thru and register again, she was polite at the beginning and I told her that I can hear their whole conversation about me and how I also spoke Spanish and understood. She was apologetic but I told her how people should not be speaking about others because that’s rude and disrespectful. Avoid this location!
The restaurant was filthy. Bathrooms didn't have toilet paper and there was puddles of pee on the floor. The tables were dirty and then I noticed the puddle on the floor where someone dropped a soda, picked up the cup and never cleaned up the mess. Gas station bathroom was cleaner.
I came at 3:55PM on Sunday December 28 and was told the drive thru is closed (no cones or signs) and told “you’re better off coming inside to order.” Absolutely ridiculous for a service area off the 5 freeway practically in the middle of nowhere. Service is imperative, not optional. I took my business elsewhere and will never stop at this location again on my drives.
I hate to bash a restaurant, but this place sucked. Maybe they just need more staff. Everything was kind of dirty, the drink station was broken/out of drinks/out of tops, the only way to order is through a kiosk which was causing a long line, and our order got messed up. And I wouldn't complain as much if the prices were low, but the menu was absurdly expensive. I wish I had just gone somewhere else.
Tried to stop here for some food at around 9:45pm we are in a semi truck so we couldn’t go through the drive thru and the lobby was closed, we figured if we went up to the window we could get our order taken but when we made it up there we were ignored and the workers wouldn’t open the window until we knocked when she finally did open the window and we let her know we were in a semi and we were just trying to order some food she wouldn’t take our order because she wasn’t allowed to which seems absurd when there’s a loves truck stop right next door not to mention the 2 other truck stops there so you’d assume the workers would be more understanding or atleast have the lobby open.
Ordered on the app before arriving and still waited 30 minutes for my order. Staff will ignore you when you try to get there attention. I really like Jack n the box and go to many different locations and usually have no problems. Perhaps they are having a bad day or something or they are ahorthanded.
This is by far the worst jack in the box I've been too. They are super slow and the restaurant is not clean. The trash cans are full to the brim the trash was overflowing. The restrooms have paper all over the floor and no paper stock. The women's restroom is locked but not the men's. The manager had a do not bug me face. The food service was slow. There is only one kiosk for a slew of people coming to the restaurant. Just to order your food took long. Not worth coming here. Not to mention they charge for sauces. Who does that specially when no one in the restaurant was happy with the service
Nice place for a road trip next to loves gas except for the fact that all employees are socializing in the back and bathrooms are trashy with water all over the place. @ least the min wage increase is helping the employees get paid to socialize with each other. And then i can see through window an employee come out and laugh when noticing that my bro and I left. for owner reference this was around 9:45pm fri
Stopped at this location because I was working across the street. It’s 100+ degrees outside so I was looking forward to sitting down to eat and cool off. When I walked in, the store was so hot there was no ac running at all. I ordered my food to go so I could just sit in my car. 20 minutes later I got my food and went to my car. They gave me the wrong burger and my large fry had hardly any fries in it. It was literally a small size portion when I paid for a large. I even asked if I could have some sweet and sour sauce and they said they were going to charge me for it! Never have I been charged for sauce at any jack in the box. And the food was gross. Dry patty, dry burger 🤮 wish I would have just gone to the taco truck
We stopped by for a quick snack. It was 100 degrees outside, and the AC was not on inside. I was sweating just standing there waiting for my food. Please turn on the AC for your employees. They work hard and it is a hot and busy working environment. You can easily get heat exhaustion. Owner, please don't be greedy just to save a couple of dollars. Treat your employees better, and you will see results.
