Taco Bell Lost Hills Reviews
wow everything was SO stuffed and high quality! thank you so much
thank you esmeralda and hugo for the excellent customer service!!
We unfortunately found ourselves stalled in the drive thru right as the establishment opened, but the staff were helpful and respectful of our situation, checking in on us while we waited on help to arrive. We went in for food and although it was not a particularly busy morning the staff were very respectful. Thank you guys for being so understanding and helpful to us!
Best Taco Bell I've ever had. Hitting this spot every time we come through now 🙌🏼
There are two touch screen order and pay devices at the front and the taco bell has an interior connection to the travel goodies store next door. The food was standard taco bell fare. The bathroom was very clean, it smelled like beach and that was very reassuring to me!
Great food, better service, thanks Hugo🤘🏼
Places nice to me inside of another huge big store for the subway near the third is absolutely amazing thanks great fresh meat is good everything is fresh Services RI I definitely recommend this Taco Bell

Went through the drive thru, guy seemed to have a lot going on but still gave us incredible service and even gave us a drink on the house for waiting. Great overall!
They were generous enough to give us a free coffee and a free jalapeno container in the afternoon.
Hugo is awesome! Super friendly and attentive to customers. Thankyou Hugo
Used the drive thru here last night and 2 great employees were super nice. It was only 2 of them working and they did everything they could to keep the line moving while still treating the customers so pleasantly. I believe their names were Hugo and Leandro, hopefully I got their names correct I’d really like them to be recognized for their hard work.
The guy working the drive thru is a saint. I wish I got his name before leaving. He was extremely kind and seemed to be going through a lot yet still got our order done in less than 5 minutes and we ordered quite a bit. They ran out of ground beef so we opted for steak and its honestly a game changer. I feel bad for the guy tho he said the wait might be awhile and that some customers had already yelled at him about it. We barely waited long at all tho. Would definitely be coming back here!
Hugo the manager is the nicest man ever. He took care of us with kindness and patience. Highly recommend stopping here on your road trip!

Overall we liked the taste of vegetarian options here at Taco bell. It's our first dine out at Taco bell and turn out good. Nothing fancy here but service was good and they were very fast in preparing the order. Price is also reasonable here. It's good place to eat if you are in hurry.
Felt like their AC wasn't on or wasn't working, but the guy at the counter was nice and went above and beyond to check on the ingredients in one of their new freezes for me. Seems like they were understaffed, but they didn't take that out on the customers.
I came I around lunchtime with my family as a pit stop on a road trip. It was full of people! We happened to get in line behind a convoy of army guys. I don't think the restaurant was staffed adequately to handle the extra traffic. The condiment table and drink dispenser was on the "order here" side of the line, making it difficult to grab your stuff once you order. The service was acceptable, although they left the sour cream on her salad after she asked for nothing dairy (she has an allergy). I suppose I wouldn't mind going back, but at the same time I wouldn't go out of my way yo eat there next time.
Taco Bell's service was disappointingly slow, with a 25-minute wait for our order. However, when it finally arrived, the food was prepared excellently. The tacos were flavorful, and the burrito was satisfyingly stuffed. Worth the wait for Taco Bell fans, but they need to improve their speed.
Food was OK and I could see that the staff was working steadily , but still with only a few minutes couple other customers around, it still took close to 25 minutes to get our 2 cheesy bean burritos. So much for "fast" food!!
Just like any other fast food joint, some get it right, some fall flat on their face. Taco Bell seems to get it right pretty much every time. I've only had a couple times where I've not received what I ordered.
We go to Taco Bell a lot, but I wouldn't recommend this one because we ordered: -Taco supreme and didn't get the sour cream and tomatoes - Pintos, cheese, and salsa side and the container was deformed on the bottom so there was only about 1/8 cup of beans, totally unacceptable. - Two chicken bowls that looked like a tornado put them together with the ingredients all messed up in a blob. Also, there was way too much rice and VERY skimpy on the other ingredients. The thing about take out is it's really a hassle to go into the restaurant or back through the line and tell them what your are missing. You get whatever they feel like throwing in the back and you are stuck with it.
I'll try to keep this short as best I can. Taco Bell is a generic brand, everything tastes the same. So paying for what you get can be somewhat hard. Like the dry chicken soft tacos I received. 2.50$ each and they taste worst than the junk I get at the circle K. However, let's put that behind us. The real problem is the service. The girl taking my order was probably new so I'll cut her some slack. The cook at the back was the real problem. He not only missed 2 tacos I ordered, but when he made them, he made chicken instead of beef. It even says on my receipt its 2 crunchy beef tacos not chicken. But I guess a big order for 3 people is hard to handle for this place. This establishment needs some serious rework.

We ordered 3 simple things and watched as 4 people who ordered after us get their food before us. They had us waiting for 20 mins for our food for no apparent reason and they didn’t make the food until we went up there to ask what was taking so long. One of the worst experiences at a fast food establishment I’ve had to go through.
I went through and made a mistake of customizing my food. I asked for extra creamy jalapeño on my burrito and ended up getting none. My wife's food was messed up all the way. They didn't get nothing right. I also ordered a medium drink and it was filled to the brim with ice and barely any soda. If I'm paying $2.39 for a drink I expect to get enough soda. The service all around was very poor and I wouldn't recommend ANYONE go to this Tacobell. Very disappointed!
Don’t go here they are price gouging. Prices are 80-100% higher than Taco Bell’s suggested pricing. Go to the Taco Bell at kettlemans city instead which is almost $5-10 cheaper per person.
Food came out flat like paper and cold like uncooked
Took literally more than 20 minutes to get my food. All associates and managers are laughing and joking around on the food line. There’s 5 employees back there but it takes forever to get food, not to mention the lobby is a disaster. Worst Taco Bell I ever stopped at.
Disgustingly dirty. Fast food workers make $20 an hour and can’t even clean a bathroom? Don’t bother stopping.
First of all we wanted to dine in and the gave us food in to go packing in paper bag. Then she didn’t even speak my name when my order was ready she just left it on the counter and walk away. And nacho fries were very cold and i asked them to make me fresh ones and she gave me no reaction and walks away again. My friends came from Canada and we were going to LA and i told them that taco bell serves good hot food and good service. But now i’m a meme to them.
Just ordered a black bean crispy wrap, and the "crispy" part was *noticeably* stale. Unfortunately, it was a to-go order. If we could have eaten in, I would have returned it after the first bite.
Worse Taco Bell I have ever been too, employees would not take my cash to pay for my meal and they ignored me like I wasn’t there just walking past me and passing out peoples food that paid with card.
As a truck driver I go to many taco bells across the County. I always order a combo burrito. Beef, beans, cheese, onion, and red sauce. Its a combo burrito. It is not on the regular menu but it is a choice in the computer. This snot nosed kid tells me he doesn't have it. I said yes you do. He refused to get someone who knows the menu, or in this case the computer. I will not be back. And I hope you train your employees better. It is there, he needs an attitude check. Lousy customer service. He kept trying to get me to buy something else. Wouldn't listen to what I was saying and wouldn't ask someone. And they won't answer the phone so I may speak to a manager. 11/17/22 11 to 1130 am. I walked out.
17 people in line 2 people working in there 35 minutes waiting
I ordered the deluxe cravings box and never got it. Ended up getting someone's random burrito and taco with no meat on it. I never did get a receipt so I was out of luck there. The girl making the food wiped her face wearing gloves and never changed them afterwards.
I know its a taco bell but I just wasted 20 dollars on food I'm not going to eat and drinks I won't drink everything tastes off the meat in my taco was bad the freeze tastes like dirty water never coming back when I called to tell them somthing is wrong the manager laughed when I said I hope they dont get anyone sick
The food was stale, just plain gross. Then to add insult to injury, the staff tried to insult my intelligence. He said the tacos Doritos just tasted like that. He must clearly be impaired. There is a huge difference between stale and cheesy. I will never visit this establishment again.
Hopefully the kitchen is not in the image of the bathroom 😳 (but I have a feeling it does 😅) Instead of food pictures, here is the piece de résistance: the bathroom, and it speaks for itself 🙄 And seriously, since when have fast food stop cleaning their bathrooms? Didn't they use to have hourly clean up in restaurants ? Or is it too 2001? Personally I don't think this place has seen a cleaning in weeks 🤢 I have seen dirty bathrooms, but I think this one definitely makes the top 3, if not higher. Got to be a winner 🏆!! What do you guys think?
taco bell from hell, waited 30 minutes when there was 4 people cooking and maybe 7 people inside, was given the wrong order and gaslighted that it was correct while i am showing the receipt in my hand, burrito looked exploded and i was so repulsed i couldn’t eat it -1million stars never again
I regularly stop at this location during road trips. Unfortunately they get my order wrong every time, such as making a regular taco instead of a taco supreme, or using the wrong meat or beans. The last time I went was the worst -- the bean and cheese burritos were undercooked with unmelted cheese and cold onions, and the black bean taco supreme I ordered came with refried beans instead. This is the first time I had a quality problem here instead of them just getting the order wrong. Very disappointed. Fortunately there are plenty of other restaurant options in the area.
The food was cold immediately and not good quality. No cheese on my quesadilla or creamy jalapeno sauce. There are no lights to light up the drive-thru menu. I recommend skipping this one.
The close time for this taco bell suppose to be at 12 midnight but they closed early at 11:30pm and refused me to give me food at 11:30pm ..the staff was very rude and they dont care about hard working truckers because we are the one who moves america and they dont care about us and dont give food to hard workers like us
One of the worst Taco Bell experiences I’ve had, nationwide. Slow, dirty, sad.
Awful just awful. Trash cans are full, people stuffing trash in the sauce bins by register. Bathrooms were filthy and one of them clogged. Every table is grimey and dirty. Hope I don't get food poisoning

The customer service here is so terrible. The lady working who had the headset on at 1200pm should not be working in customer service. I asked for a spoon and she had attitude saying there’s no spoons then proceeded to say they only got forks what order is this for.. like you literally just handed me my order…. Then messed up my husbands order and put beef in what was supposed to be chicken taco. They said that we messed up the order but clearly on the receipt it shows chicken was a substitute for the beef.
Service:the worse customer service, the person who took our order the first time was a male and he took the order all wrong. When asking the girl in the back her name was Celeste she gave me a bad attitude and kept walking away while I was telling her our order was wrong and said it was not her problem because she wasn’t the one who took the order, instead of apologizing and fixing it mind you how is it my fault the order was taken wrong. She wasn’t being very rude and also to the male older man customer that was next to me, when being on the road along time and wanting to stop by for a meal is not the customer service you want to get and there is just no point to be so rude to customers at all if you don’t want to work then to be there at all customer service is the most important thing in your job role.
Waited 30 minutes for a small order. Received the wrong order. Employees were moving at a VERY slow pace. I thought maybe my order was being made with tender love and care but boy was I wrong. I recommend employees take a walk next door and learn from the Wendy's employees.
The experience was horrible. The whole order was wrong and they put meat even though we didn't put meat. The quality of food was very low and had no good taste in it. Encourage people to not go to THIS location.
DO NOT EAT HERE! Gross unsanitary environment, but I hoped the food was at least OK for a quick roadside bite. Turned into the worst next 24 hours ever with the most horrible food poisoning I've ever experienced. I was violently sick from this Taco Bell. Do not eat here and end up like me.
