Usually I have had nothing but trouble at this Burger King. But today I asked for them to make my food fresh and everything came out just how I wanted it. Had to wait a little bit longer but that's okay. They didn't roll their eyes or side they didn't just when I asked of them. Thank you.
Was impressed with the knowledge the person had of the products. Also impressed with service. The food was great and for once at a drive thru since the pandemic they get the order right. I will go back to this Burger King.
There only way I eat there is when I get a coupon in the mail.
Cool, clean, roomy restaurant. Staff was very friendly, and professional. Got my order out quickly, and correctly. Was a good experience for my take out. I would have been very comfortable eating in the restaurant. I will definitely go back.

Was good grabbing a quick bite for me and my daughter. They were in such a hurry to get my order ready, they forgot the cookies. We got the $6 king box. They asked me to pull around to the front, even though I was the only one in line.
Orders were correct, service was quick, they almost forgot an item but caught it before they handed us the tray of food. Location was about the same as other Burger Kings. Used the app to order some deals, had no problems. I would stop here again if passing thru the area.
This is a Burger King, so I thnk most of us know what we are getting. I had the Bacon King Burger, and it was very tasty. I didn't order fries, I just don't care for them here. The service was okay, but a little slow for a drive thru. The vehicle in front of us appeared to have a huge order, but instead of parking them they made all of us wait until they received their full order.
Like any good fast food restaurant you notice small details that are off when a fast food restaurants service is put to the test. You notice more details from the time it takes to get your food to the food being dropped on the floor in the kitchen, the little mistakes here and there. But is this bad service or just us being picky? As a customer you must bring your best attitude not just to fill the atmosphere but to assure the employees and managers of said restaurant that everything is running smooth even when it's chaos behind the counter. Little do most realize that behind a counter of any well populated restaurant are workers watching your every expression, your every comment. Assuring the restaurants employees brings about good service and as customers you could never know the chaos behind the counter and speak about such a terrible service that you would never know unless putting on the same shoes and sweating the same tears that every employee has to wear as their logo. The experience that I expected and was shown was just. The employees having excellent service at the Burger King on 1804 4th Street in Lubbock, TX The food was good but for me being not as fond of Burger King as most I cannot deny that beyond the food, there was employees putting in their best and that's what made it an amazing experience.
They gave me two Dr. Papers instead of sweet tea but other than that 5 stars.
The manager that works in the mornings is really nice. The food was hot and fresh. They seemed a little rushed and were kind of rushing customers to order but they were all still nice.
Food was good, service was a bit slow for a fast food restaurant but man, it was hotter inside than it was outside, guess the a/c was not putting out cold air....
My fries were hot and fresh, my burger was just okay...and my daughter's chicken nuggets were the worst. I believe the soda machine had no carbonation at all. So far the worst experience i have had at that location, but the people were nice..
I did a mobile order about about 20 minutes before my lunch break (why so early, cause they never make it in time when I order closer to my lunch)... well I placed my mobile order the food was good BUT... the time I waited in the dang line to pick up my order is crazy.. why did I have to wait 30-35 minutes for a single meal.. that was ORDERED ONLINE! Needless to say I was late to work and didn't even get to eat it when I wanted/needed.
They added lettuce, tomatoes, and onions on a Bacon King. No ketchup either. Why would they do this?
The drive thru service was so slow. Several cars behind us and in front of us, drove away. We stayed at the outside ordering thing for about 10 minutes and they eventually told us to drive up to the 2nd window which was the pickup window and place our order. We stayed that long because I had someone at home sick and that is exactly where they wanted us to get their food. The food was fine- but the wait.
The service was very friendly. One of the girls was singing on the back. She had a beautiful voice. When I went to get my drink, I tried 2 different sodas. They both tasted like carbonation, 3rd time was good. We told the girl she was going to fix it. I ate half of my jr. whopper. I just figured they must have got a rush for lunch. The tables need to be cleaned. My daughter used her hand cleaner to wipe a table with some napkins. But it was a nice lunch with my daughter. I'm visiting from Alabama.
Drive thru was so slow, lady in drive thru was rude, no carmel frappe or ice coffee. Spent 15 mins in the drive thru, people was tired of waiting and just getting out of line. They tried to make me pay for the wrong order bc 2 cars drove off due to slow service. They blames everything on the old crew that was there. They never even apologized for not having anything the manager said it's not my fault it the old crew that was here so we just have to wait and see what happens. I would rather eat McDonald's. Sat at the window for a additional 8 mins waiting on my food
We sat for around 30 minutes with our order not being given to us while around 4 other people, who came after us, got their orders before us. In the end, we were just given 3 random burgers instead of burgers that were made how we ordered them. Definitely do not recommend coming to this Burger King.
lady over intercom was friendly, but the little things do make the difference. Like no options for chicken nugget sauce and wasn't offered any. Bacon cheeseburger was sooo dry and over cooked. Unsweet tea had a terrible taste, why does it taste like it was burned? Lady at window was dismissive and didn't bother to acknowledge me, maybe she was having a bad day? Or is just incredibly shy? Either way, it was not pleasant or enjoyable. Sad because I really want Burger King to do well, however, I have no issue taking my money elsewhere.
Today was the worst service ever. 1 they don't have a changing table for babies. 2nd I have 2 boys and they ordered whoppers, the meat was still pink!! The only reason I gave 2 stars is because they refunded my whole ticket. But some of these workers are rude. I had another kid ask for ranch dressing and it was on my ticket. The girls gave my child and attitude and said " You just came up here for ranch dressing!!" Well if I have to pay for the things then yes I want it. I will not ever come to this one again. Nor do I recommend it.
Service not very great forgot my drink and ranch. Fry greasy soggy and little salt Burger was dry.
I went to the drive through and got given the wrong order. Fortunately I looked before I drove away. The correct receipt was on it but the food wasn't at all what I ordered. I ordered the Halloween themed nuggets they didn't come in the Halloween themed box as advertised (the maim reason we came here,disappointed kids) We also didn't get any of the sauce that we picked. Again disappointed kids Thanks Burger King. 👏🏼
This place is always hit or miss. Stopped in around lunch time figuring it would be busy and fresh.. WRONG..I don't mind waiting for a hot burger but it was far from that. I think the veggies were warmer than my burger patty was lol. Won't say this is my last time cause who doesnt like a fresh flamed grilled burger? But they got me this time
This place was garbage. The wife and I were wanting a late night snack and decided to give the new "taco" from Burger King a chance. That's where we messed up. Burger King should just stick to burgers. That poor excuse for a taco should be taken out back and executed. The taco, if that's what you want to call it, was almost as flat a paper and just as tasteless! It had 2 pieces of lettuce, and almost no "meat" or whatever that paste was. I think where the taco got most of its weight was from the amount of grease that thing was harboring! We also ordered 2 large fries and mozzarella sticks. The fries were soggy and I didn't get my mozzarella sticks. Needless to say, we will not be going back to BK again. Either it needs to raise its standards or close down because that was truly a sad experience.
IF I COULD RATE IT A NEGATIVE 2 I WOULD!!! Frist off as I pull up from a long trip home, my family and I go inside to eat. We WALK in and see there is only one family inside eating their food. We use the bathroom and immediately decided we should just keep driving to make it home at a good hour. So we get back into the car and head to the drive through, don't ask me why we didn't order inside.... I suppose after 8 hours in the car our thinking was hindered. In the drive through we wait over 8 min just to move, not get to the speaker, just to move in the line. A few more min pass and we get to the box. We look at the menu and see that the menu reads "4 pcs Chikcen Nuggets 59¢." so I start my order with that. I was quickly told, "there is no such thing..." to I reply, it's here on your menu I can clearly see it." The worker then told me, "no your wrong or the menu is wrong, it's $1.19 for a 4 pcs." Fine whatever, I start to make what I feel is a simple order, however I quickly can tell that this won't be easy. I have to repeat every aspect of my order 3 times to get it right. At one point I ask if the young lady can hear me, to which she confirms she can. Now to the window, where I the worker tells me the total, I reach out to hand her my card and she walks away.... 5 min later.... She comes back and says, "oh sorry", hands me my drinks, takes my card, runs it, and asks me to pull forward. I can't pull forward because my drinks are incorrect. She fixes them as asks again for me to pull forward. So I do, little did I know I was going to join 3 others who are waiting for their food as well. Looking down at my receipt I see we were rang out (money taken, transaction completed) at 602pm. It's not until 613p that a worker comes out to hand ALL OF US 4 cars our food. Naturally I check the order and, yep you guessed it WRONG... EVERY SINGLE PART OF THIS EXPERIENCE WAS WRONG. WRONG PRICE WRONG DRINKS WRONG ORDER WRONG FOOD WRONG CHOICE IN PLACES TO EAT.... NEVER AGAIN!!!
I went thru the drive thru and asked this what is this Italian Combo and told there wasn't one and explained what I saw I got ignored for a good 5 mins waiting to order , person didn't wanna engage into having the conversation and never got to finish ordering, I pulled up around and showed them got my meal and still had to turn back around because there was barely any sauce and no cheese the first time , and found out they didn't have the cheese this person looked like she didn't know anything in what was going on.
Visiting from Dallas for my daughter was trying out at Texas Tech. Worst customer service I've ever encountered at a Burger King. Was given drinks, no straws and told to park up front. Been here about 20 mins while writing the review because "the broiler was warming up." The lady taking orders was not good at all. Lubbock your BK sucks. Will avoid this one when I come back to visit my daughter at college.
I stopped by the Burger King near 4th & Ave Q and had the worst experience. First of all it was dark and gloomy inside with the lights out which is not very inviting. Second, the WORST customer service! We stood at the register and the girl at the counter never once said one word to us to acknowledge us. We stood there for 3 minutes with not one word from her. And finally, this restaurant was DIRTY! I will never come back to eat at this Burger King again! WORST SERVICE EVER! If I could do no stars I would!
I really don't understand why this Burger King has so many problems. They won't even be closed, will have a full line of cars, but will stop taking orders a full hour before closing. They don't have very good customer service and more than half of the employees act like they don't want to be there. They've even cussed at us from the drive through before and we had to file a complaint with corporate. It really sucks that this is the closest one to me, because it's downright awful. Avoid this one at all costs.
It was the most awful experience I've ever had. First the store was very dirty. Then it took forever to get out order. I had ordered a total of 4 Whoppers. There guy who took my order was very nice and said that he would hold the other 2 Whoppers that we were talking home with us in a bag in the back so they would be hot when we left. Well I went back up to get my order and they had first have my order to someone else and ran out of Whopper patties. So needless to say I didn't not get the other half of my order and I was not very happy. Well the mgr have me a refund but was arguing with me about the cheese I had ordered on them and the extra lettuce. Needless to say I will never go back to that store and I will be contacting the corporate office.

inside was very dark. slushy machine was making a horrible noise. manager noticed us standing there, turned to talk to an employee them walked off, stood there for awhile before our order was taken, 1 employee didn't have there mask up. food was all over the floor by fryer, ordered 2 #1 and a chicken fries, which where very cold, fries tasted old and was not given or offered any kind of dipping sauce or condiments... will never go back to this location
I've only been to this location twice, and both times I waited over 30 minutes in a short line for food. The first time when I finally got my food, it wasn't even my order. The second time I just gave up and left the drive through after 30 minutes. I don't know what's happening here management-wise or if they're just perpetually super understaffed, but it's pretty mind-boggling they manage to stay open at all.
After 32 min in the drive through I gave up and drove off . It wasn't bus, it's just poor management. Fix this store or close it and put it it of it's misery
Went to this Burger King to try their new $1 tacos, and arrived to a line of three other cars. Then I proceeded to wait for another 20 minutes before I could even get to the menu to order, I assumed that this could be due to a large and complicated order that had been placed but when I pulled up to the menu they told me to pull up to the window to order and that they couldn't take my order from the window. I waited another 30 minutes for the cars in front of me to receive their food, which, if I might add, could all be seen being passed out of the window in a singular bag per car. When I got to the window they told me that I needed to make a full circle and go through the drive through again to order because they were trying to cut the times between someone ordering and them getting their food. Went across the street to taco Bell, and got better food for cheeper and under 5 minutes dispute pulling up to a packed drive through.
I have always loved eating at burger king but this was a bad experience, so thought I would give it another chance nope this location was terrible they are not fully staffed not a smile in the store that would make you feel welcomed, counter help had cigarette behind his ear and you could smell it girls in the back mad at each other. When we finally got our food it was not tasty and very disappointing I will drive the extra miles to the next burger king than eat here again
We've only been to this location a few times because they have so many issues, cold and/or old food, order is always wrong, bad customer service, long wait times, etc. We only go to this location when we absolutely have to, but not anymore, I'd rather go out of my to another location or even go into Walmart and get ready made food. The last time we went we were there for almost 40 minutes and I had use the app to place my order. We only saw 2 employees through the window and they didn't even look like employees, no uniforms, one employee was wearing a tank top and jeans pulled down so far that his underwear wear out. I don't care what people wear, but if your working that is very inappropriate. Just don't go to this restaurant. The reviews here are right either fix or shut it down.
Absolutely appalling, dine-in is supposed to open up at 6:00 a.m.. and I had to walk up to the drive-thru window at almost 8:30 because the dine-in was not open
The local Burger Kings in Lubbock have seriously gone down. ALL OF THEM! This was the last 1 I was willing to try. And I only came for my boys. After this latest visit at this location I’m done with Burger King period! Area manager needs to pay better attention or be replaced.
This place needs a reward for how many orders they mess up. So I went there yesterday morning and purchased 7 sandwiches and only got 4, on top, the manager John WAS NOT WEARING A MASK OR GLOVES. I waited 40+ minutes for these 4 sandwiches and when I call there system rings a couple times then says goodbye. Then this morning we go back to get the order made and they mess up on that one too!!! They refused to give me a refund, therefore I will be reporting this establishment to HR as well as the health department.
I came to this restaurant at 5:50pm and waited to order. Placed my order at 6:06pm. 2 whopper meals with cheese, and the crispy chicken meal. Total came to $19.14. I paid at 6:12pm. The GM was THE ONLY NICE PERSON THERE !! I got to the second window at 6:14pm. No one greeted me, no one gave me a receipt, and NO ONE knew what I ordered. At 6:18pm, the cashier at window 2 asks me what did I order and did I have a receipt.. I told him what I ordered and the amount. He hands me 3 drinks and closes the window. At 6:25, he's standing there playing with his keys doing a shift change. At 6:26pm, I'd had ENOUGH!! I WANTED MY MONEY!! I ask for a manager, and another guy comes around clueless. Then another guy comes and says here's my food in a ripped up bag!! I go to hand the drinks back and the GM apologizes and gives me the meal for free. The SAME CASHIER that couldn't figure out what I ordered (Order 60 I heard them say) handed me 3 dribks, with NO STRAWS.. 3 COLD SANDWICHES made INCORRECTLY, and to add insult to injury, NO FRICKIN FRIES!!! I WILL NEVER EVER EVER COME HERE WHERE THE STAFF IS RUDE, SLOW, AND ONLY CARE ABOUT GOING HOME!! But I do want to thank the GM (He had orange hair) for at least speaking to me and making eye contact.. I will make SURE that NO ONE comes here AGAIN!! Oh.. And the cashier gave me back $20.14.. Now you've lost profit and a good customer!! The sad part was that it wasn't busy!!
Super slow, lazy workers who don’t care. Shouldn’t take me 30 minutes to get my food with 3 people in line. And they always get my order completely wrong. Do not come here.
Dining was a mess. Every single table was nasty Floors nasty all the employees weren’t wearing gloves. It was just an absolute mess.
This is not the normal location that we go to however we were on this side of town taking care of some things and my son and me went to get a quick super. There was nothing quick about it, several of the people had already been there over 20 minutes just waiting for a medium fry. To make situations worse the employees were arguing loud enough for everyone to hear and one gentleman that worked there walked from behind the counter and went outside using profanity and vulgar language the whole time. When we did finally get our meals they weren't even correct and completely missing the fries. Needless to say wasn't happy with the service or the quality of the food. On a side note the one off 4th & side is great all the way around.
In the last few months I've gone to this Burger King and they are always sloppy. last time I went there which was probably 3 weeks ago he got my order wrong. The guy at the register seem to be distracted. today I went again. And the same guy was at the register. Halfway through taking my order he left to microwave some chicken nuggets. it seems to take orders then run back and prepare the food and then halfway preparing the food he comes back to finish taking orders. They didn't give me a number which they usually do. At the same time there are 8 people standing around waiting for their order. The back you can here confusion. The workers didn't know which number went to which order and which orders were out. By the time I got my order it was 15 minutes and they didn't have jalapenos. at the same time the people who ordered before me didn't get their food.
All the 5 star reviews are fake cause no way this place can get even a 2 star. I waited in line for 15 min before anyone talked to me, soggy fries, and the absolute worst customer service. This makes the BK franchise looks so terrible, either shut down or be better
Visited this location received awful service waited more than 45 min in the drive thru with only 2 people ahead of me. All my food was packed in one bag which ripped and spilled all over the ground. Called corporate and was told I would be issued a refund the store manager would reach out to me which they never did. I've been reaching out for resolution since Oct 31 and no one has reached out. It's sad how unprofessional this business and corporation is. It should not take more than 90 days to get a refund.
I went there to get a whopper at 10am on a Friday and I was told by a female manager "ummmm like I don't have any vegetables cut to sell burgers". I was ok maybe it was a little to early. I have been there three different times this last week to get coffee since they are running s big special on the coffee. I was told again they don't have any coffee. So I asked for a manager and she stated they don't make coffee because the morning crew doesn't make it and it takes to long to make. I guess this Burger King doesn't want my business. I have made several calls to the GM and made complaints online. No results. I guess they have enough money. Very Very disappointed at this store.
Sloppy and incomprehensible . I asked for no pickles and no tomatoes. I got no veggies on my burger. But the tea was unsweetened the soda sucks. And add mayo means drown a plain burger in mayo and add a half a dab of ketchup. Very poor quality. Please seek any burger King but this one or slide near 50th.

Baby aint no way these hash browns should taste this nasty taste like old old grease and cleaning chemicals and some were hard and the egg on the breakfast sandwich was not cooked all the way spent 11 dollars and some change for it to go in the trash that is wild 🤯🤢

Every time I deal with this one singular location it isn’t doing what it need to. They are supposed to be open until 12 am and they always have the drive through blocked. They are terrible.
This was by far the worst Burger King I have been in and I have been in alot as I have worked for Burger King a couple times. I have been a RGM many places including Burger King for the past year in Salina KS. First as I walked in they had one door locked so I had to walk around the building to get in. No big deal. When I walk in Noone greats me for around 7-8 min. When a young lady with very long braids comes in and hangs up her purse. She then comes up to the register and takes what seams to be her friend of some sorts food. I have been there 15 minutes at this time. Then the young lady with braids asks if I have been helped. I tell her I have a pick up order and give her the name. I watched order come and go as I stood there another 10 mins. Watching as said young lady with braids goes to the line and starts boxing chicken fries. Mind you she came in put up her purse rang in a order at the register and is now boxing chicken fries without gloves. Never washed her hands. After waiting a few more minutes the same lady drops the bag on the counter without a word. I then got the food and left. There were other employees that I could said alot about but this is the jest of it. Hope this helps.
This is by far the worst BK I’ve ver been to in my life. The food was so gross and the interior of the restaurant was just grimy. The women’s bathroom was dirty and smelled so awful. The men’s restroom was out of order. We only ate here because we are in the middle of a 14 hr road trip. Never again
Went yesterday at 8 and paid 40$ for food burgers were nasty and Oreo milk shake was molded and curdled I call and they acted like they couldn’t hear me I will be going up there in am this is bs
I was in the drive through 2nd lane. I was asked to wait and had 3 cars orders taken in lane 1. I went into the store and asked for the manager. I was told well we only have 1 headset working. I explained the situation and how I was asked to wait (I assume on the headset that was working) then never had my order taken. She seemed like I was bothering her for stating my concern. I will NEVER go to this location again.

Omg just pissed me off...my drink was bad off, machines were down, slow service, fries were terrible...I can tell they have been sitting there for a while! I guess I'll pray my burger is correct huh ...ughhhh
The environment was not hygienic and clean, and the smell of this place was really disgusting. Also they were not familiar with working with online order, I show them my order number, but the man told me I couldn't see it in moniter and when I told him what is the problem, he told me you have to figure out 😶, actually I would not come back this place again.
The young black girl at the window didn't acknowledge me for 10 minutes at the window, and at the window, I didn't get what I was asked for. Staff needs to be trained on multi-tasking and acknowledgment of customers. And to mention double-checking the orders. Hope the manager reads this.

If it wasn't for the fact my granddaughter loves ya'lls chicken nuggets, I probably wouldn't even bother with your restaurant. Typical day is to wait about 5 minutes for them to tell you that they will be right with you, then 10 to 15 minutes to take your order, isn't enough to frustrate anyone. Today I wait at the window around 5 to 10 minutes more to get cold chicken nuggets.
This should actually be zero stars. Terrible service. By far the worst experience I’ve had. I waited 25 minutes in the drive thru line then had to wait another 5 minutes at the window before being asked if I could pull up and they would take my order out to me. While in line, about 4 - 5 cars behind me left because they got tired of waiting. Those vehicles went to a nearby Taco Bell, ordered, and received their order while I was still waiting in line at Burger King. The employees were not rude but were non-communicative and kept staring at the order screen and staring at bags of orders that were off to the side. They seemed like they had no clue what they were doing or what was going on. I only ordered chicken fries and french fries. Based on other reviews, who knows if my order would have even been correct or prepared properly. After waiting 10 minutes out front, I was approached by someone who looked like management and was asked if I was waiting for an order. I had already paid for my food but got tired of waiting and tired of the terrible service so I left. The location at 1804 4th Street is very poorly managed and has been for a while. Will never go to that location again. Something has to be done to address the atrocious service at this location. It is terrible business to have a restaurant operating in this manner. Other Burger King locations around Lubbock are ok but this one is the worst of any franchise restaurant period.
Go to pick up my order ALLLLLL doors are locked. Go to drive thru she argued saying doors were unlocked in fact they WERE locked!!!! This location is a joke!!!!
A significant wait on small pickup orders is very consistent here - 30+ minute wait for 2-3 items, and you'll be asked to pull around and wait even if you got a single item on a slow day - staff will press you for using reward points to get food. So many better, faster places in the area, rather not waste my time here.
Not professional they where very disrespectful and there hygiene was off the wall disgusting repeated the order and still got it wrong.
Update: Never did receive an apology, much less a refund or replacement. I've been back only a handful of times in the last 3 years. The employees are always goofing off in the dining room or outside. It takes minutes to be acknowledged at the register. The food takes longer than any other fast food place in town. The employees are never friendly and always treat you like a bother who is keeping them from being able to do nothing instead of their jobs. Walmart + now comes with benefits at Burger King. You get a free whopper from time to time and discounted orders. It should be an awesome thing but the experience there is so awful that not even free or discounted food is worth what you have to go through to get it. Original Review: The posted hours definitely say they're open right now but the door is definitely locked.
Waited approximately 26 minutes for my order. It was not busy so there is no excuse. Once I received my order it was completely wrong. Food was cold even though I waited for it to be prepared.
Terrible that new manager, called the cops on me because I was charging my phone Maggie needs to fire her I'll take her job and do way better at it,
I keep telling myself this place will get better. Boy was I wrong. My wife and I tried it again on our way to a football game. The people in the back were laughing and talking while there was 3 customers including us waiting. One lady even said she was in the drive thru and wasn't waited on so she came in the store. She still had to wait. We just left. I love their burgers but this location needs help.
From the moment you walk in, you see tables and floors cluttered with food. Bathroom stinks to high heaven. Staff got many others and my order wrong. Told me to park around the building and they would bring my missing order...they forgot about me and gave me a dirty look when I walked in to get it They forgot the order again. I wouldn't recommend this BK to my dog
I understand not being able to take my order as soon as I drive up to the speaker, but basic, easy, simple good service knowledge is to at least greet and say “I’ll be right with you”. At the very least. I sat for a good 5 minutes with nothing said so I assumed it didn’t work and drove up. I was the only car there (now I know why) so I didn’t think it was a big deal. I tried to order at the window and the girl refused to take my order. So I simply drove off and went to Taco Bell around the corner, got greeted, asked how I was, and got my order all in less than 2 minutes. Taco Bell anyday>>>
When I pulled up to the intercom to place my order I was told to wait and waited over 5 min before I was able to place my order. After placing my order I paid and waited for 20 min, or more, for my food. When I placed my order I was the only person in line. I don't live in Lubbock, I was in town because my mother had to have open heart surgery and I stopped at this BK to head back for my over 3 hour drive home after being with her for nearly a week. As I got on the road and wanted to eat my food and began to pull it out of the bag. The fries you could tell were very old and had been sitting under a heat lamp for a very long time. I've worked restaurant management and consulting for a few years and know when food has sat. The fries had sat so long they were already dried out and beginning to wrinkle. I could not eat them at all. The burger was not fresh either. The patties had been sitting as well and were slightly warm. The burger wasn't even warm enough to melt the cheese inside. I was so disappointed but was to tired to turn around and have to wait for an additional 20 min or longer. I had over a 3 hours drive ahead of me already. I don't understand how I had to wait that long but still get food that was not fresh at all. After a stressful week I just wanted to relax on my way but that was not going to happen.
The taste is different now. Like eating meat mixed with bread, covered by gross bread. Last time I’ll try Burger King in a long time…
overall worst fast food experience. i had no idea it takes an hour to take an order or to make a burger and it’s not that hard to talk to your customers at the window or through the speaker. why is the place even still open ? it’s horrible.
If you’re in a rush don’t eat here. Staff just looks at you while your waiting to order. Horrible customer service.
Ordered 2 things. In line behind one car. Waiting longer than 20 minutes for food. Y'all never busy, but always make your guests wait 20+ minutes for food. Get better management
Super poor service. Pulled up at 1:20, Sat in the drive through saying "hello". 5 minutes later a fatigued loathsome voice and response. If the people working there don't want to be there you know what to do. Don't let bad employees drive business away
Food was cold and nasty. The workers here are very rude and not nice. The inside has sticky floors and not very well kept. The bathrooms are absolutely awful and disgusting. Im very surprised to see this place still open
Ordered 2 bacon king meals, they have me two double cheeseburger meals and forgot one of my fries then didnt change anything. Had to wait more than 30 minutes to even see someone
As much as I love Burger King this one makes me hate it they take forever on my order I shouldn’t have to wait 30 minutes for a meal while the employees are joking and laughing like as if I’m not waiting 30 minutes for my food and when I try to get a refund that takes another 20 minutes this location is terrible
Ive only ever used drive thru, but im officially done with this store, the most rude employees, whack training where they dont allow the drive thru to accept more than 1-2 orders at a time and then make the customers park infront out of the drive through while they take 25 minutes to make two drive thru orders. Ive been here 9 times total within 3-4 months and every single time, the lady at drive thru never records my order correctly so i pay for the wrong shit, and or she just fails at her job to add even cheese when i said whooper jr, with cheese. Today same thing had to wait 15 minutes just to place my order and another 15 infront of the building waiting for them to finish. Always excuses this is just a horrible burger king, all staff need to be severely reevaluated or outright fired, ive worked 8 years in the fast food and this by far is the worst service from any company in all of the U.S. i have had enough and i will be contacting corporate about this apaulibg performance at this store.
Waited over 10 minutes in the drive through for my app order kept being told to wait, then was told it wasn’t ready and to come inside. So I went in a bit hard with a bad knee, after a few minutes inside, the food was ready but the app wasn’t enough proof they wanted to see proof of my name. Hard to believe 4 people working and 2 customers and it’s that much of a hassle. Oh 20 minutes total times there after arriving.
Absolutely unbelievable that they are still open my husband just got home with our food and our burgers are not cooked all the way his is still cold when you bite into it and mine is so pink and undercooked and then to top it off all of our fries are still half frozen. But when you try to call no answer of course. This is disgusting and health code violation should be addressed for this location.
Around 7-8 min wait to order at the speaker (even with mobile order) , and then made to wait around front for 1 whooper , drink , fries for a total wait of 14 min - do not come here if your on your lunch break - they had alot of orders mixed up I think as 2 other cars were all crammed together behind me smh
