We bought a 125cc atv in 2020 and my kids loved it. It still is running great after them driving the it all around. We just bought a 60cc and 70cc dirtbike and our kids are enjoying them so much.

They changed a motorcycle tire for me, quickly and at a very fair price. The staff was friendly, and they have a good selection of used bikes, scooters, and 4wheelers in stock(Chinese 4wheelers only)

I wrecked my motorcycle and this shop is the first shop that I called. When I showed up with my bike the owner came out looked it over took it off the trailer and started getting everything to fix it right away. They were even able to work with me with payments. Excellent service and staff! Bought the motorcycle new and when it wouldn't start from sitting too long they gave me a two week estimate (very reasonable considering the holiday season). They had it fixed in ready in less than one week and a reasonable price. Would use them again.

Called up the shop trying to locate a front tire for my Harley Davidson dyna low rider. They had tire in stock and were able to put my tire on they said as quick as I could get there! Rode down and had it put on without a problem friendly staff and fast service!!! Good pricing!!!

I have taken my atv to many different places and this is the first shop to actually make me feel like they care! The staff spoke to me in a manner to which I could understand everything that they were gonna do and how much everything would be and broke it all down for me! And then once everything was finalized and I left my atv they repaired it and got it back to me fast! Hands down the best shop I’ve been too!

I was looking all over town to try and get a tire patched or plugged. I spoke to the owner and he was very nice and super knowledgeable, recommended what was best for me as I had a new motorcycle with a tire that only had 500 miles on it. Everyone else was trying to sell me a tire and charge me when he informed me that he could plug it for free. I dont write reviews often as I never get service this good but I knew I had to take the time to make sure I say this place is awesome. I will definitely be passing on the word and bringing my bike back here normally to get serviced. Thank you for all you did for me!!

Pit Stop had the tires I needed for my 2011 Yamaha FZ8. They had my bike in for install immediaty once I arrived. Staff is friendly and the prices are more than reasonable. Well worth the 90 minute ride for me. Definitely coming back.

The owner seems eager to help out other bikers, the unfortunate truth in my most recent transaction is a quoted price and when it came time to deliver, it wasn't available anymore, I ended up paying almost 100 more than quoted and am waiting days later for something that I had relied on them to complete on time. I do feel that they did their best to give me a good price on the new stuff, I just don't like walking in with a quoted price and time to pick up the new tires and when they learn they can't fulfill it I think they should have ate the price difference. The reason for 4 stars after that is they price matched the cost of the new tires. I just had to look them up myself to get the better price .

After further evaluation I had someone pull the carburetor and they found silicon inside of it where the little needle plug was suppose to be. Then after further evaluation it was determined that the starter was fried the guy said it looked like it was 100 years old. AGAIN after futher evaluation it looked like the frame had been bent from whoever ruined it before I purchased the “new” kart. Would not recommend this place. Pictures are of the inside of the carburetor housing and starter on this suppose to be new go kart.

Spent almost $1000 dollars to have my fuel line cleaned out gear oil, oil change, fuel pump and fuel filter. My bike broke down after riding it back to odessa. Called them about it and he said "wish it would have worked out better for you." I would steer clear!

We purchased a 4 wheeler and have had trouble with it since we bought it. We have taken it to be looked at 4 times now and paid almost $300 in repairs. This 4 wheeler is only one month old and only being used by an 8 year old. The repairs this last time were also done without approval by us first on cost. We will not be making our next 4 wheeler or dirt bike purchase here nor will future repairs be done here.

If you want missing parts, an incomplete PDI (pre delivery inspection) and rude with threating calls after the sale, THIS IS YOUR PLACE TO SHOP. Got 4 wheeler with missing flares in October 2020. AS of April 1-2021 still cant install the flares. NO BOLTS. Promised and promised yet NOTHING. WHAT A GREASE SLIME OF A BUSINESS PERSON.... FAST TALKER AND SLICK. BEWARE.....

They have had 2 of our bikes, one which is waiting on parts and one that just got to sit there and wait 2.5 months to be looked into. Even when following up on status of the bikes I was told they were just waiting on parts to find out today that one of the bikes was not even looked at until this past week which we will now have to wait another 6-12 weeks for parts to come in on. Their lack of poor communication has turned into an absolute nightmare!! I understand being short staffed but there is zero reason for after numerous calls to check on status of both bikes, that there should be this awful lack of communication.

This place has been a great business...for me. After you get your machine back with missing parts and butchered wiring harnesses and post it cheap to facebook marketplace because it still doesn't work I'll probably be the first person to message you. I have multiple times over the last two years attempted to patronize this...business...only to be met with retail costs for half-worn parts and numerous excuses about the costs of the small man doing business. Seriously, anything you're willing to pay these people to do you can do yourself with Amazon parts (which he can't seem to get) and a few YouTube videos. This place is akin to Hot Pockets and Lubbock Powersports...jokes. Make sure you use a good credit card to pay them so you can dispute it when they leave you stranded. lol you'd be happy to speak with me? Sir, this review was only left after having spoken to you and your employees a dozen times. Having hundreds of satisfied customers might help you feel better about yourself, but you're ignoring the hundreds of dissatisfied ones. By all means, as you were, it all works for me.

Ig I could give them 1 star since it requires it for me to add a review other then that they get 0, Would not recommend this place, there lack of communication is terrible. Spent 3k on fixing my bike , rode it once did the exact same problem , took it back and they told me I needed to rebuild my engine fs they just make you waste money and trust me money doesn’t grow on trees.

Terrible shop has no respect for other people property. This is practically a chop shop I would not recommend having them work on anything. Very untrustworthy they will sell your property and hand you the rest of it back in a box.

My bike has been at this shop for 6 months and nothing has been done. They quoted me 1100 to fix it, after numerous calls with no progress, and having to call in to ask to pick it back up, without them answering numerous times, they are now quoting me 4500 to fix it and threatening to charge me a storage fee. I’ve resorted to filing a police report because my safety picking this bike up is very questionable.

Charged me $350 for a tank coating and when I picked up the bike the bike was missing multiple screws. Tank did not look like it had anything done to it. And when called out about it they were angry, terrible customer service. Had to take my bike else where to be able to get the proper maintenance.

First off please don’t buy a scooter from these guys. Not only was the purchase of the bike extremely eye gougingly pain full but the quality of the bike that they say they stand by isn’t worth it. The bike we had purchased has had nothing but issues from the get go. Pay he extra cash get a Honda from family power sports. They don’t charge you for the nuts that hold your dang license plate on. What a piece!!

Do not do business here. Took our 4 wheelers to get repaired and 4 months later still not repaired. Owner isn't a nice person I dont know how he's still in business. And yes I was a customer of yours I am not mistaken you for another business. I am on your system.

Only rating pit stop cycle shop a one star review because I cant rate them a 0. Had 2 four wheelers there for 4 months and absolutely nothing got done. They had excuses everytime i called to see what the status of the bikes were. The owner is very unprofessional and talks very poorly to customers. DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING HERE. Extremely unprofessional owner, cannot take Constructive criticism. If you leave a bad review he will tell you you’re wrong and will passive aggressively say “instead of running to your phone and complaining” what type of owner says that ?? Be grateful that someone decided and trusted to use your service in the first place and if a mistake is made and a bad review is left, reach out to the customer and ask how you can help make their experience and service better instead of being petty and implying you’re not willing to fix a mistake because they left a bad review. And that type of customer service is coming from the OWNER !! So embarrassing not a way to run a company.

These people are Not a Reputable Company. Damage a person’s bike with their negligence and, obvious sub-par mechanical skills. Camshaft sprockets only shred in the engine when they are not properly aligned or installed in the engine and, checked prior to use would have verified the discrepancy before they ruin a engine.

I’m not one to leave negative reviews, I try to give people the benefit of a doubt. I purchased my bike from them, all was fine and smooth. I had to order parts, and getting any kind of ETA on parts was impossible and like pulling teeth. When I finally called elsewhere that was able to give an ETA PRIOR to ordering (which was within 3-4 business days, in which I’ve been waiting a week and they failed to even order the parts until I went up in person to get them ordered) I went up for the part that had arrived and to just cancel the rest. The owner Jerry came in yelling when I asked to speak with him. Did not even give me a chance to speak before going off. I was not yelling or aggressive. I walked out and my partner stayed in to see how to get money back, Jerry proceeded to pull a gun, not point it at my partner, but pulled it. Saying lack of refund was just how it’s gonna be. It’s sad and frustrating. But this is not a local shop to support.

I bought a chain for my sons dirtbike and had such an awesome experience. I talked with the owner and explained that we had a 4-wheeler that needed some minor repair work, he said bring it in and we’ll get it fixed right up. A few weeks later I did that along with my sons go kart that he bought with his savings from selling eggs. Since dropping these two off it’s been at least six weeks and not one time have I been called or had my calls returned. I’ve left at least 5 voicemail messages and spoke with the owner in person who told me they would be ready two weeks ago. This would be a 1 star review but I’m holding on to hope that this will soon be resolved and my kids will have their repaired toys back.
