I've been here several times, always been greeted with professionalism, Friendliness, it's a very clean office, and the work I've had done was 💯 done with no problems afterwards. I waited 3 months to write the review so I knew the work I'd had done was Good, and it was. The owner was very knowledgeable and Friendly, felt like I'd known him forever, the Secretary greeted me with the same, professionalism and was also Friendly. I would recommend The Pit Stop for all your Motorcycle Needs.

Working with Jerry and everyone who is apart of Pit Stop Cycle Shop is nothing short of exceptional. The comforting atmosphere makes you feel like you're working amongst your friends. They are efficient and quick to work with, and every singe question/concern is addressed.

Great service and everyone is very friendly and professional! We purchased a go-cart and 4 wheeler from here and we love them! We will definitely be back for more! We have also had to take the 4 wheeler back for a repair, they were very professional and got it done in a timely manner. We will recommend this place to everyone we know!

Pit-Stop cares about your business which is hard to come by these days. They have a great selection of motorcycles and ATVs available and will instruct you on how to properly maintain your purchase. They’ve earned a repeating customer from me.

Jerry & his staff were outstanding. They took the time to listen & understand everything I needed done. Bill, the technician, was familiar with my vehicle & did an outstanding job of completing everything I needed & more. They are quite busy this time of year yet still got me out in time to head to the mountains for the summer. Really nice guys! I recommend them. Just get in early & show some patience.

I still think they are kind and take responsibility for their mistakes, but my BMW seems to be too complicated for the technicians and every time something is messed up. If you have an older or less complicated bike I recommend them, but with newer models please look for a different place.

I still think they are kind and take responsibility for their mistakes, but my BMW seems to be too complicated for the technicians and every time something is messed up. If you have an older or less complicated bike I recommend them, but with newer models please look for a different place.

Only have 2 stars because the people were at least nice when they were selling me a used and improperly worked on go kart as a new one. My little girl rode it one time and the carburetor was pour fuel. After further evaluation I had someone pull the carburetor and they found silicon inside of it where the little needle plug was suppose to be. Then after further evaluation it was determined that the starter was fried the guy said it looked like it was 100 years old. AGAIN after futher evaluation it looked like the frame had been bent from whoever ruined it before I purchased the “new” kart. Would not recommend this place. Pictures are of the inside of the carburetor housing and starter on this suppose to be new go kart.

Tried calling multiple times and never answer questions. The “boss”/ owner is never around to fix the shit and they are very disrespectful and rude for being a small town bike shop. If they would answer the damn phone or returning a call it would probably fix a lot of issues
