We were in town for business, had to look for something to eat in the early morning, the original glaze donuts and chocolate bar was great, the Jalapeño Cheese Kolache was so good and we killed both instantly. The owner was also really nice of sharing you information of what to pick. We will be back!
This place is heaven on earth. But you have to move fast, because they do close early!! My best advice? TREAT YOURSELF!! Donuts are pillowy, sweet, perfection!! 🤗 I'd be in Miami craving these Breakfast burritos are large, hot, and deliciously made to order. They come with green & red salsa (tastes like Pace but it passes) (Not pictured) There are arguments saying they don't sell "real kolaches". Kolaches...pigs in a blanket...doesn't matter. EAT. THEM. Eat TONS of them!! Their fluffy goodness cannot be skipped. Whether you eat the regular or jumbo..slather on the mustard 😇... heaven!!!

This is one of the nicest guys ,and he makes the biggest cinnamon flowers I've seen in Lubbock you will eat it twice

This place has the best iced coffee I have ever had in my life. Service is great, food is delicious.
First time having there doughnuts. Was doing a field to the college and I stopped by to get something to drink. Decided to get some doughnuts. They were amazing and big. The glaze was just perfect. By the afternoon the doughnuts were still as good as when I had bought them in the morning. The one's in my home town if they sit out for a couple of hours they get hard and the glaze disappears. Thank you Rise And Shine 👍🏻😉

Phenomenal service, I got a bacon, egg, and cheese burrito, two kolaches, and a half dozen donuts. All ordered at the front counter and ready to go within a few short minutes. The burrito was fantastic, ingredients were well mixed and generous. Kolaches were big as well! I’ll most definitely be back.
Plain glazed donuts were so fresh and fluffy. I brought home a dozen and we had 9 very happy family members who raved over them! The jalapeno kolache was fresh and delicious as well. The lady at the register was so sweet and friendly and chatted up my daughter while she rang us up. Overall a great way to start the day!
i absolutely love this rise and shine. i love to go before work and sit and enjoy my morning. the staff is so friendly and they make my day every time i go. the donuts, cinnamon rolls, burritos, and drink selections are amazing. i love these guys so much <3

Loving the new breakfast burritos but not impressed with quality of their cake donuts. Size and texture are awful. I love the service and the store is always clean.

Not fresh, WAY TOO MUCH CRÈME, messed up my order and was rude about it. Lastly you guys don’t have a single sense of urgency. Will not return and I knew I shouldn’t of givin y’all a chance.

Get there way early ! Or you get to sit in line for 30-45 mins only to be told they are no longer cooking food ! Why u would stop cooking food an hr before your actually closed is mind blowing !
Every few months I try the place again hoping it will be better. Kolaches are consistently terrible. Always super dry, with tough bread. Worst Kolaches in town. Normally the donuts are good, but what I was served today I am fairly certain was leftover from yesterday. Not fresh.
