La Piadineria Lumezzane Reviews
friendly and helpful staff, very good and plentiful piadinas
I stopped in quickly for a bite to eat during a work lunch break. The staff were friendly and the piadina was delicious.
One of the restaurants in the "La Piadineria" network. On the ground floor, there's a reserved parking lot, wheelchair accessible, air-conditioned, dine-in or takeout, and reservations are required. The quality is a strong point, the price is a weak point. However, the trade-off is acceptable given the quality of the final product.
The traditional piadina is very good, as is the wholemeal one. The room was nice, clean and spacious. The problem is parking, I recommend stopping shortly before on the right or left (coming from Sarezzo).
The piadina is always excellent. The staff is always smiling, helpful, and super fast. You can also order piadina by phone or takeaway. Highly recommended!
Very good piadina, friendly and helpful owner. The location is strategic, although, unfortunately, the parking space is limited to three cars at a time.
Well-prepared, quality products... Perhaps less choice than other similar establishments in the same chain... In any case, you can add any offering to the menu, so this problem can easily be bypassed!
In the chain standard
Good food, shame my piadina lacked a bit of toppings. Otherwise, they were super helpful, but I don't understand why they don't do home delivery anymore... it was so convenient...
We were freezing... at midday we had lunch with a jacket on because it was really cold, even the other customers were all wearing jackets.
On the website today Sunday it was listed as open... it's inconceivable that an organization like this doesn't even take care of the website... a disappointment.
Good piadina, a little thinly filled lately... what a shame they're so rude.
Nothing to complain about the food. One star for the service because zero is impossible. I can't understand why they're waiting for a barcode scanner to credit points to the loyalty card... BAH
After checking the closing time both on Google and on the front door, at 9 PM we were greeted with a sarcastic "Oh, do you eat here too? I haven't closed at 10 PM in months." At 9:15 PM, the restaurant lights were turned off while we were still eating, leaving us practically in the dark. A simple "Guys, if you don't mind, I'd like to close in 10 minutes" or a change to the opening hours prominently posted on the door would have been enough. A shame, because the food is very good. Never again!
A good piadina doesn't justify the staff's absolutely rude and impolite behavior. I've NEVER in my life seen the restaurant lights go out (remaining almost completely dark!!!) while I'm eating. It was 9:15 PM, and the closing time is 10 PM. I've NEVER seen an owner who, when ordering, snorts at disgruntled customers, saying, "Oh, you eat here too???" Let's ask ourselves if owning a business and interacting with people is the right job for us. I'll never go back.
Staff rude to say the least... piadina was good but experience was terrible. I absolutely do not recommend it.
I ordered a "Levante" piadina, which included zucchini, eggplant, tomatoes, arugula, and chickpea purée. I've had it before at another "Piadineria" and really liked it. They told me they didn't have zucchini, but when I got home, I discovered that the piadina was only topped with eggplant, arugula, tomatoes, ARTICHOKES in oil, and PEPPERS in vinegar, which I never asked for. The chickpea purée was also completely missing, and I couldn't even eat it because it tasted only of pickles, which I never asked for!!! The smell of pickles was also very strong, and the dough was soggy. Truly awful.
It doesn't meet the standards of the "la piadineria" chain, the ingredients are sparse, sometimes even missing, and I always can't order my favorite piadina.
Unfortunately, it was bad. The poor chef was alone in the restaurant, taking orders, making piadinas, and cashing in. I waited 20 minutes and didn't even get to order. (I only had one person in front of me and only a 30-minute lunch break.) I'm afraid I won't be back anytime soon.
Cold and uninteresting welcome. Good piadina dough, inconsistent filling... two thin slices of low-quality cooked ham, a lettuce leaf; fortunately you could taste the mayonnaise. Sorry, it's off my favorites list.
